The Escape Room USA Westfield

Loved it! Group of 6 for the Jail Break Room. Plenty of room for all. There was a wonderful array of interesting, though provoking, puzzles to solve, with unexpected surprises around each turn! The staff was attentive and guaranteed us a good time! Thank you Adam, from all of us! Recommend highly to all walks of people who are looking to have to great time.

Masson was our game master for the adventure in the elves kingdom. He was great. Its a really nice room, although it had a few glitches. The decor is great. Since the goal is to solve as many puzzles as possible I was expecting something less linear. What we didnt really care for was the lack of people to greet us when we arrived. One employee was setting up a room. Instead of talking to us he just shut the door. We waited quite some time in the lobby.

Loved this place. We did the Hoosier Hysteria escape room at the Westfield location and we had a really good time. We went with a family group of 8 people ranging from 80 yrs to 8 yrs old. Everyone was able to participate and had a fun time. We managed to finish with 1:06 left. Cole was a great host and helped us out at just the right times! We all highly recommend this location and Room.

We did the KGB escape room and it was epic! We made it out just in time! Our guide Miguel was wonderful and did a great job supporting throughout the hour as we needed a few clues! This was one of our favorite escape rooms!

For veterans and newbies of the experience, this is a great addition to your catalog! Imagine you and your friends having to challenge yourselves as a group to solve the intricate puzzles. This is an amazing team building exercise for families and coworkers alike!

Excellent experience! Went here with a mix of veteran and beginner players and we had lots of fun. Our guide was Lilly and she took great care of us the whole time. The rest of the staff was wonderful too and the place was clean, organized, and prompt with starting our adventure. Will definitely go back!

Really enjoyed my experience at this location. I was weary of visiting such a small location versus the one downtown or in Fishers, but they exceeded expectations. Our liaison, Kyle, was attentive and made the KGB room fun for our work group. They also serve beer and will deliver it to the room while you contemplate why you can t figure out the combination to locks.

We didn t escape because of one specific clue so we asked them to resolve it so we could see how it was done. They did exactly what we did but couldn t solve the puzzle either, then gave us the excuse that there was another team waiting. When we came out, the place was completely empty. It was just a ruse to get out of admitting the clue was faulty.

We did the sports room this time and the Titanic last time we were here which was my favorite of the two. Each theme has its own challenges but I will say no more so as not to drop any spoilers. Staff were friendly and helpful through out.

We had a great time. The staff was courteous. The lobby and room were clean. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Great time had by all. Headed back next week.

This was so awesome! We did the Titanic room. We didnt escape but it was so fun! Matt was our guide and he was great.

Great time again. Finally bested by a room. KGB is tough! Im okay with a 10-1 record so far. Check em out! Great game masters. COLE is great!!

Did an escape room for my wifes bday. We had a good time. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and in good shape.

We did the Titanic escape room. It was really fun & entertaining. We loved the different puzzles & things. Glad we all got our little moment to shine by finding clues and solving them as a team. Our game master Brady (I think was his name or something like that, we had the 5:40 pm slot on 01/20) was really awesome & super helpful. We couldnt have done it without him. I loved the decor & the set up. This was our first escape room. We will definetly come back sometime. Staff was super friendly & made us feel welcomed. Thanks for this experience, we truly had a blast.

Had a team outing for work here and it was tons of fun. We did the Elven Adventure and although not an escape room it was full of puzzles and we were able to collect what we needed to get an army. Mission completed. Tony the game host was great!!

First time going with my husband and youngest son. Lots of fun. Thanks Mason for the hints. We did the jail escape. Strategy is key. Highly recommend for fun entertainment

The escape room was so fun! I went as a group for my friends 21st birthday and we had a blast! Mason was awesome!!

Very fun - did the elven adventure. Mason did a great job of guiding us through - was challenging and unique.

I have done lots of escape rooms and this place is definitely the best place I have been! The new elvish room was very fun and had so many unique qualities I have never seen before! Mason did a great job!

Awesome time for my daughters 11th birthday! Our host, Clay was really patient and great with our young group!!!! We did the Titanic adventure.

Even the assistant couldnt solve the puzzle when we asked for the remaining clue, then lied to is that there were people waiting to get in so she couldnt show us why it wasnt working. When we got out, we waited a bit and Shocker! Noone showed up. Very disappointing experience.

Hi Christian!!!! Yall, this escape room establishment is 10/10. It was so fun and detailed and was a great group activity for our group of 9. Big shoutout to Christian, made the escape so fun and possible since he showed us the way out after. Slay Christian, you re good at your job! KGB? More like SLAY-G-B

very nice, Christian (i believe thats how you spell their name) was our guide and we had a wonderful time doing Hoosier Hysteria. fun for my whole family aged 8-48! we go here all the time :)

Booking was quick and easy. The staff was very courteous. The room was a lot of fun with several different kinds of clues and puzzles and the room itself was really detailed. We had a great time!

This escape room was very fun. We did the intermediate level and it really makes you think critically. There was a window in our room and an exit button, so if you feel claustrophobic, this room would be a better option. Overall a Great place.

The original Christian was great and everyone was nice and helpful setting us up get helping during our Titanic escape. Intriguing puzzles and room. Great place to go for a mystery!

Cole was really helpful and friendly. He left a great impression of not only the staff but the establishment as a whole. I plan on coming back and its primarily due to the service that was provided by Cole.

Matt is wonderful. The Hoosier Hysteria was great. Matt was great! Give him more money for putting up with us!
