The vibe of the place was really cool. The production value and back story of the room we did was great. Would have been the best escape room we had ever done but the whole experience was ruined. About 20 minutes in we got stuck and couldn t figure out the next step for about 10 minutes. Turns out a key clue wasn t in the room. Once we realized it they had to give us a bunch of clues and walk us through a bunch of steps. Completely took us out of the experience and ruined the whole game. Was offered an apology and nothing else. Me and my family will not return to this place and with so many other escape rooms out there I would recommend going elsewhere.

Super fun! I went with my siblings (ages 14-18) and we played the Antidote room; we escaped with 9 minutes left and needed a few hints. Overall great experience, and the decor was crazy cool!

Very cool decor in the front. Well-thought out escape room and love that it was authentic Scooby Doo. Great clues, entering worked except a Scooby snack that didnt want to come out. Definitely recommend as this escape room is better than most and worth the extra money.

We will definitely be going back! When you walk in the lobby is so inviting. We loved it! We loved to room and the lady taking care of us what great!

We participated in the Code Escape Room challenge. It was very entertaining and fun experience for our group. The staff was very professional and friendly. We highly enjoyed the activity and the building atmosphere was great not to hot or too cold in side and was a great value for us. There were about 6 of us so I do recommend trying this place out !.

My fiance and I completed the Scooby-Doo escape room just the two of us with 5 minutes to spare! It was really fun. Not too hard or too easy. The staff were friendly. Were looking forward to visiting again to try The Code room. It looked like there were some rooms under construction, so who knows what the future may hold!

The staff (Miloh, I think?) Was absolutely fantastic, and the Cod3 room was well done. It was challenging but not overwhelming. Had a great time. Would recommend!

This is my first escape room Ive been to, and it was a great experience. The story was interesting, the puzzles were challenging, and the staff were helpful with hints and directions.

Went for our granddaughter s birthday. The Scooby Doo themed room was awesome. We are all a fan! The staff was great. Will be going back soon.

My friends and I enjoy trying new escape rooms! A few of us are Scooby-Doo fans so we decided to give that room a try. Let me tell you, if youre on the fence about it thinking it will be too easy because its for little kids its definitely challenging while still being cute and nostalgic. 10/10 would recommend!

Scooby Doo themed escape room was really cool! Just right difficulty, really satisfying rewards throughout the room. Update: Went back again this week and did the Code room. This one s a little harder, but still fair. It might be my favorite between the two, but not by very much.

Amazing! Scooby was soooo fun!! The facility was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and excited about the experience(s) they are offering. A great evening spent solving a difficult mystery with my favorite meddling kids and sleuthing dog.

Recently partook in the Scooby Doo Spooky Castle. It was incredibly put together, had a variety of challenges/puzzles, and overall well done. Despite the theme, its still plenty challenging for meddling adults as well! The facility itself is new, clean, and very inclusive. The staff is super friendly. They know and like what theyre doing, and are happy to talk with you about it. Cant wait to go back and try the others they come up with!

We had a great time playing The Code at Escapology Greenwood. It was very challenging and lots of fun. The staff were great. Wish they had more game options.
