Room To Escape Fort Wayne

I brought a group of 6 middle schoolers, my son and his friends, and we all had a blast. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room we did, The Dining Room Caper, is well designed, challenging and a lot of fun. Next time were looking to do an escape room, Room To Escape will be our top choice.

This is exceptionally fun thing to do in Fort Wayne. Amazing for team building for work or families. 60 min to complete a project. Love it

We played 2 games back to back: The Disappearing Act and Cabin in the Storm. They were both great. Weve played A LOT of Escape Rooms and these were both set up well. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making these fun. Well be coming back to play the other 2 rooms they have next time were in the area. Strongly recommend.

Went to this place on a whim with some friends on New Years Eve. We played the Nightmare at the Museum Room. Without spoilers for the room, we had a wonderful time. The puzzles were decently hard, though a few times we needed to have some hints. We ended up clearing the room in just under 45 minutes out of the 60 we were allotted. The host was very gracious, and despite having a hoarse voice from other parties, did her absolute best in order to accommodate us, including a person with severe sight loss. We *will* be going back.

Seemed so promising at first! Cameron started us off and gave a great intro. He had warned us he would be switching off from our game monitor to someone else half way through. The room was cool, the clues were good, everything was going well. We admittedly took too long on some things initially and decided we needed to start using some hints . At that point we could tell the game monitor had changed. We were getting hints for things we already had done and we were directed to find...
Read full review something in a drawer that was literally not there (the velcro attachment spot was there and it was empty). Needless to say, any time spent on tasks already accomplished really makes it difficult to get out in time. After our time was up, she couldnt find the piece she directed us to find. She wasnt able to tell us what we were missing - just a complete lack of an idea about what we had and hadnt performed up to that point. It really left a bad taste in our mouths at the end on what started as a really fun experience. She didnt have us take a group photo. She didnt get us the link to the follow up game. I would say avoid this one unless you can somehow guarantee your game monitor has an idea what is going on... Update: This reply couldnt be more wrong. Upon leaving we were brought to our lockers to get our things and not offered anything after, we didnt refuse a team photo. You werent even there when we left, the questionably drunk lady was. Throwing the clue in another room is just weird and would love to hear what clue was thrown in another room. Just own up to the fact that things werent handled well instead of making excuses.

I took my girls and 5 of their friends for their 12th birthday. They had an absolute blast. I had to help them a few times and we had to ask for a few hints but we escaped! The staff was so sweet and patient with us. 7 tween girls can be a lot. 10/10 recommend this place!

It was one of the best escape rooms I have been to. The gamemaster was incredibly kind, and helpful when needed! The room was difficult, but not so difficult you were not able to move forward; however we got out of order on some clues which created an issue, BUT we still got through the room and had a blast! I will definitely be taking some friends back with me!

First time doing a room escape. Had a blast. The staff was super friendly. They had coffee and games while you waited for the rest of your group. Great rooms for 2 to 6 players with interesting puzzles and stories. We live 90 min away and are still planning on coming back!

Great locally owned business. Game was fun for ages 11-46 year olds, we all contributed to finding the clues. We will be back, thanks for the great evening out!

Our family had the best time at Room to Escape! We solved dining room caper with just a few minutes to spare. It was challenging, but not overwhelming. And so fun being able to work together as a family! Cameron was great super encouraging and you can tell he loves what he does.

Just finished dinner caper. It was a blast! Ive played many escape rooms with my family, and this has to be in the top 2 experiences, weve had. If you are looking for a great and are in Fort Wayne. I would highly suggest you pay this independent business a chance.

Went with a group of 5 total and did the Cabin, absolutely amazing! Very difficult and super fun! The game master gave great hints and is a fantastic guy! If you are wanting to do an escape room in Indiana, come here

We loved Cabin in the Storm! We didn t quite finish, but definitely had a lot of fun. Our game master was very personable, and we plan to return for another game!

Incredible time with my friends! We took 4 people into a 3-6 person room and it was a blast figuring everything out. Definitely will come back in the future to try the other experiences.

The 4Musketeers had a blast solving the dinner murder mystery. This was our first experience with an escape room. The room was just the right amount of challenging and excitement. We did the kid friendly Santa room for a birthday party and the girls had a blast! The customer service was excellent. The whole experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back to try other rooms in the future! I highly recommend Room to Escape!

This was the most personable experience we ve had at an escape room. It s a family owned business, and you can tell they put their hearts into every aspect. We did Cabin in the Storm, and had an absolute blast. Our game master was so much fun, and was genuinely excited for us. The room set up, codes, clues, and puzzles were brilliant. When we were done, they let us take a peek in a couple of the other rooms. They all looked amazing! We can t wait to come back and try them all!
