Fox In A Box Escape Room Chicago

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We loved the game and escaped with 4 1/2 minutes left. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend them to anyone! The building architecture is a bonus while you wait. Thank you Fox in a Box for the fun!

These were incredibly fun escape rooms. We did three Prison, Bunker, and Zodiac. They were so interesting and creative, the flow of the games made even the harder aspects of the rooms satisfying. My friends and I highly recommend Fox In A Box, we had Game Masters Steven and Alex and they made the whole experience enjoyable, we will definitely be coming back for the fourth room and getting our free T-Shirt!! The postcards are so cute!

Amazing time. Our game master Robert was sooooo good. Zodiac room kept us thinking and working together. VERY well done. We got out with less than 2minutes left.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. We went with our friends and had a blast. We chose the zodiac room and it was well worth the money, giving us the best bang for our $. To find it, just into dearborn station and then you will find a sign next to the stairs heading down that will show you how to contact your host. Our host was Zach who was lovely. There are two options for your room, by the book or with some help meaning they can help give you hints. Either way we had a great time and would do again. We even wish we were able to solve more puzzles. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends.

Marina was the absolute best!!! We had a large group and they accommodated all of us between the rooms. Everyone had a blast! Marina kept us on our toes and completely entertained the whole time. We cant wait to come back and play again. Thank!

Adam was a great host! He was very patient and a very kind. He was also very helpful, He gave really good hints! I would definitely recommend doing the prison course. It was a lot of fun! We actually made it out with 31 seconds on the clock!

This was my first time doing an escape room and it was a great experience ! We did the zodiac room and it was a perfect amount of creepy. The puzzles were challenging and clever and kept us working hard the whole time, we barely got out in time and it was fun the entire hour. Our game master Tremaine was fun and great at giving us little hints when we needed them.

My family and I escaped the bank last night! It was a challenging puzzle but it was a great time! Adam explained everything really well before the game started and was great during the process! He really made the experience fun and was just as excited as we were when we escaped! Would recommend for a fun night out with friends or family!

I took my nephew here and we did the zodiac escape room. WOW!! It was really fantastic, smart and so much fun! Our game master was Alex and frankly speaking I dont know what we would have done without her.... This room was so interesting and so challenging but that was part of the fun! Alex could not have been nicer and she really got into the character she was assigned as our game master. We also bought a couple of souvenirs which included the zodiac pin and a fox in a box T-shirt. We have every intention of going back and trying the other rooms cannot wait! Thank you for such a fun and great experience!

This place is fun. The room was challenging and well designed. Tremaine, the game master, was really nice and into it. It would have been nice if there were some audio queues when we solved something; a couple times when we solved a puzzle, we didnt notice what we unlocked.

My friends and I went to the Zodiac room and we had so much fun! One of our members was very anxious at first, and Alahna was very nice and understanding and talked them into it, by showing them the room first to decide if they wanted to continue with the room or not. Her friendly nature calmed us all down a bit and made us fell comfortable. The room was decorated so cool and all the puzzles and challenges were fun! And once again there was a part where I was separated from my teammates and Alahna was very supportive when I started panicking. 10/10 will go again. And also Happy Birthday to Alahna!!

My friends and I rocked two escape rooms here, The Bank and The Zodiac. Both were incredibly interactive and fun, with clever puzzles that challenged us. The game masters, Adam and Tremaine, were fantastic! Their enthusiasm and guidance made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an exciting escape room adventure!

My friends and I had a blast at this location. We did the bunker challenge, it was super interactive and challenging. Well worth the money. Plus, it was our first time so we really didnt know what to expect. Marina walked us through the whole process and helped us when we got stuck. Her hints were just enough to nudge us in the right direction. She even gave us personalized cards with our code names and a cute drawing! A keepsake from our trip. Thank you Marina for an incredible experience.

This place was amazing! I have never done an Escape Room before however, our gamemaster (Adam) explained everything clearly and answered all out questions politely. Me and my group did the Heist and it was hilarious, especially with Adam making witty commentary as we played. Overall, clear ruleset and very fun.

Alahna was the best game master we could have had. The Zodiac was so fun to get through, and she had the perfect balance of knowing when to let us figure it out and when to give us a hint. Happy birthday month queen!!

Just left after doing the zodiac killer and it was incredible! Our game master Alahna was amazing and made the experience so much fun! From the minute she picked us up to the minute we left, we had an absolute blast. This was my first escape room and now I m hooked! Wish we had this in Canada so I could take all my friends and do the other rooms.

A group of 6 of us did the bank room while on vacation, and it was so much fun! Id highly recommend it. Our quiz master Amanda (a.k.a agent possum) was brilliant. If you like escape rooms then youll love this one, definitely 5* stars

My Boyfriend and I just completed the Zodiac escape room and it was amazing! It was just the two of us and honestly it went perfect. We have both done multiple escape rooms in the past, but we both agreed that this took the top spot! Our game master was Alahna, and she went above and beyond to make the experience not only feel so real but also enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back to this location to try more rooms!

We had so much fun as a group today here! And on top of that, the fox mascot is so cute our host Steven was super cool too! He helped us when we needed but gave us just enough of a hint to nudge us in the right direction. Overall super fun and definitely want to come back! - Agent Chichi

The Fox in A Box has been one of the best escape rooms I have done. Our gamemaster, Alex was one of best gamemasters I have ever met. She was comical, entertaining, understanding, helpful, and one of the coolest people. She elevated our experience. We did the Zodiac room and we barely escaped. But it was one of the most challenging rooms but one of the best. The puzzles were challenging but at the same time Alex guided us. They were super cool, the plot twists were amazing, and overall we as a group would do everything again. Thank you so much for everything, Fox in a Box. Youre a number 1 in my books. NO LIE!

Took my sweetheart here as a secret surprise date. It was our first time doing an escape room. Our game room host, Shannon, was so amazing. She made this such an awesome experience. The Zodiac escape room was very clever and really well done. Were still talking about how much fun we had here. Highly recommend going here for a unique and interesting time.

My mom and I did the Bank escape room. It was very unique compared to other ones that we ve done before and had a good balance of challenge and skill. We highly recommend trying it out. Amanda was our guide and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Amanda!

Our experience today at Fox in a Box was awesome! We were a first time escape room family (four of us - me, my husband, and kids 9 & 7) and it was challenging and super fun. Adam was a phenomenal host/guide for our doing the Prison. Before we left the kids begged to come back tomorrow. We will certainly return!

My son and I had fun here. We were in Chicago on a day trip and flew in on the first flight and hit place after place so by the time we came to Fox we were too tired to care but the bank job was fun enough to wake us up after a while and we got into it and had a lot of fun. The staff here are really cool and helpful. We would most definitely come back on our next visit to Chicago.
