My coworkers and I had an absolute blast here!! Though we didn t escape , we did solve a whole bunch of clues. I m pretty sure if we had another hour and a few more hints from the owner, Paul, we would ve been successful ! All in all it was a great experience! Truly a great team building event!! We will be back!!

Loved this place! My group escaped from the Secret Agent room, had lots of fun. Its really easy to book, not too crowded. They often offer promo codes to save some coin. My only complaint was that they were in a rush to reset the room before we started and some things were out of place. Otherwise, great fun.

Our family has enjoyed Room With A Clue for a few years now. The staff is always helpful, the rooms are themes that intrigue and challenge all ages. We did A Stranger Case and LOVED the Stranger Things - like Theme.

We had a great time here. Paul, the guide, kept us moving at a good pace and was very much invested in our enjoying ourselves. The creators packed a lot into as mall room! The setup looks simple and isnt ultra-posh but we were totally absorbed in the puzzles. Would recommend this spot! Its hard to find though - Id recommend the hosts add arrival instructions (unless we missed them). Its on the second floor of the small mall complex, which we thought was just a parking lot. Staff were also very responsive over text messages.

We had fun, a little hard to find in the back of the shopping area. Rooms were well put together with a very engaged game master.

Ive had better experiences at other Breakout rooms on the island. My group decided to tackle the Strange Case room since it has the lowest success percentage according to the website. Our expectations were increased by one of the staff members claiming to us that these were the best escape rooms in the state. Once we started playing, things fell apart pretty quickly. On the other hand, most were either unintuitive or had such a strange solution that they evoked a seriously!? from us rather than a sense of satisfaction. On top of this, our game master spammed us with hints way more than was warranted. We didnt even end up using any of our allotted clues since we got a free hint as soon as we spent more than a minute thinking about any given puzzle. By the last 15 minutes, some of our group actively started ignoring the GMs screen to avoid the unwanted hints. Also, the room was very linear, so there were very few opportunities to break into smaller groups to work on separate puzzles and we instead often found ourselves crowded around a single puzzle. Overall, it was a below average escape room experience due to the quality of the puzzles and the excessive amount of handholding from the GM. Will be returning to other escape room establishments for future experiences. As a footnote, the website advertises a discount code in the form of a riddle. Spoilers ahead: the solution is in the form of Roman numerals, although Alexander the Great was not Roman. We should have taken this as an indication of the quality of the puzzles we would find in the escape room.

We were only the fourth team to try the new room (The White Room) and it was very good! The Game Master (sorry, I forgot his name!) was super helpful and was even giving us words of encouragement towards the end. The puzzles were pretty good and complex and I was very happy to solve the extra puzzle. The last puzzle was really making my heart race haha, we thankfully finished with 1:30 minutes to spare! I will be coming back to try the other two.

Great experience! There was only 2 of us so we did the haunted mansion. Great room if youre new to escape rooms. It wasnt too overwhelming and the puzzles werent too challenging. They have about 4 rooms to choose from, as of time this review was written. I cant wait to find some more friends and come back and try the museum room. It REQUIRES 4 people. Dont book this if you have less than 4.

We were here with the wife and three young kids, and did the white room. The experience was a huge amount of fun, and Paul was very helpful. They wanted to come back the following day already, that must mean something :)

I took my 9 yr old daughter out for a date night and it was my first time doing an escape room SO MUCH FUN!! Talk about a great bonding experience, working together to solve the mystery Erik, the staff member who helped us was also 5 stars, both my daughter and I agreed he was so nice, encouraging, and really helped us make the most of our time. We were really impressed with the sushi room setup and how things would open awesome place all around, we will definitely be coming back for more!!

Going in, I had expectations. They were met and exceeded. Ive done a few in recent years and this one ranked up there. Our Game Master Rayne was superb. She was fun and very easy going. This trip was with co-workers and we all had a great time. A Strange Case was indeed challenging as stated, and thanks to multi-generational friends, we got the job done! Aloha!

great breakout room! Loved the theme and puzzles we had to solve to escape. Ive done a couple escape rooms with different companies and I think this one was definitely one of my favorites. The room is private, unlike some other companies, and its more challenging which ultimately creates a more fun room. The only thing I wish was a little different was the interactive storyline. Some other rooms Ive done show multiple videos or have things that relate to the storyline a little more to feel more immersed in the room/scenario youre trying to escape from. Overall though, definitely a 10/10 would go again! :D

Room With a Clue is so much fun! They keep their rooms updated and fun. The game master, Rain, was great, and clues were spot on when needed. At only $34 a person you can have some serious fun here. With multiple room themes and difficulty levels, there is something for everyone. I highly suggest booking a room and testing your escape skills with Room with a Clue. Weve been twice now and will be back again soon!

We had a great time! Puzzles were challenging and well designed. We did the Kobe Sushi Co and managed to get out with 9 mins to spare. Our host was awesome and friendly. Cant wait to try the other rooms.

Renewing an old review after a renewed experience! Our first time was months ago and the room was awesome but we unfortunately had game master issues. We gave it another shot and our recent experience with game master Rain in Strange Case was so amazing Ive upped my review from 3 to 5. As an experienced escaper i should say the rooms here are top notch. Highly recommend checking these guys out.

Had a blast. The sushi room was a good challenge. We only took 1 clue at the very end and only had about 8 mins left. 2 or 3 very challenging puzzles. Rain was very nice, did a great job making us feel welcome. Wish I was on vacation longer so I could try the other rooms.

It was our first escape room and what an awesome experience. They were so helpful with the hints and will definitely go back. It is for 2 to 6 people and I went with just one other person. I recommend more because the rooms are easier with more minds.

This place is good! we had host (rain) guide us to some of the critical clues and she was attentive and clarified us how to get through the puzzle clearly. We played a strange case , managed to solve it with 2 people but it is quite a challenge. if you are experienced and willing to take on a challenge then give it a try. prices were about average compared to other places. puzzles require deductive reasoning and some work to solve which made this game fun. Whereas, I have played at some other places that when you get to the last stage they hit you with like 10 more puzzles when time is extremely constraint. If you are new to puzzles then give them a try! The location of this place is somewhat hidden on the second floor of a Nimitz plaza, plan to arrive early to find the location.

Room With a Clue was so much fun we went twice in a week! Our game masters, Rain and Casey, were awesome, the quality of puzzles was excellent, and the themes are great! Room With a Clue is perfect for team building, family fun, or challenging yourself!

So much fun!!! Tonight my group enjoyed the White Room. It was so hard but fun that we agreed to come back the very next day! Facillators, especially Mr. Dylan, were so kind and helpful. We appreciated all the nudges they gave us! Ive been to a couple of other escape room businesses and I love how cared for I feel in this one. Definitely a top notch establishment!

This was a challenging room. We barely got out. We have done many escape rooms across the country and saw some new things here that surprised us. The staff had their hands full, but were very friendly and helpful. We were in Hawaii when rain took over for a few days and this was a very fun activity to keep our minds off the weather. Id recommend it even if the weather is nice.

My partner and I just did two rooms here (The White Room and Kobe Sushi) and had an absolute blast! Dylan was a great game master (really friendly and helpful). The games are creative, unique, and thorough. Highly recommend!

My friends and I did the Sushi Bar Escape Room. We re a group of 6 university students (19-20 yrs.) and found the room reasonably difficult. In effort to not spoil anything, it was interesting and there were many locks to my delight! If anything, I would like it if there were more rooms/more space/detail and closer attention to the plot . Lastly, the staff were great and I d like to say thank you for the experience guys! :)

Did all 4 rooms during our stay. We kept coming back due to Dylans excellent customer service and friendliness. Rooms are super fun and challenging and, staff is phenomenal! Thank you Dylan, for making our time memorable here. Room with a clue is awesome!!! Dont miss out on this experience.

Our group of three teens and two moms had a BLAST doing three escape rooms here. So. Much. Fun!!! We did three rooms in three days to get the discount: Island Missile Crisis, The White Room, and A Strange Case. We broke out of Island Missile Crisis and A Strange Case, but The White Room stumped us (although we were sooooo close to breaking out). I had an absolute blast doing the Sushi Bar escape room. It was their newest room and I found that it was just the right amount of difficulty. Our gamemaster was so helpful throughout the experience. I will definitely come back to try one of their other rooms.

We had so much fun trying to solve the clues. We went as a family ranging in age from 11 to 44 and every single person had fun and was able to figure out clues along the way. Great way to promote teamwork in a fun atmosphere. There are multiple rooms to choose from when making your reservation. We plan to go back next month and try a different room.

Really great experience here! While we were close, my group unfortunately couldnt escape in time, but the room and puzzles were set up well, and we received clues when we needed them. The game is challenging but fun, and is a great activity for friends or family!

Best Escape Game experience. I went with a group of 6 of us. We had so much fun. Some parts were easy and some parts were very hard and we had to ask for clues. The game masters were really nice and helped us along. Our group did not escape but we did have a great time! Location was easy to find from Google Maps. There was plenty of parking.
