This was a fun experience! The escape room is located downstairs in a dive type bar atmosphere which was cool. While you wait for your game you can enjoy drinks at the bar as well as play classic games like connect four. We mistakenly chose the hardest room which was definitely a challenge. If you have an issue using combination locks like I do definitely skip this one. We used all of our clues in the first room and didnt solve anything in the 2nd of three rooms. I suggest going with a big group if possible to maximize your brainpower! Would definitely try again.

The haunting charm of old-time Savannah certainly lends itself to atmosphere of this themed escape room company. The nice added touch of a bar full of friendly and energetic staff absolutely is an added touch that differentiates it from others! The drinks could be a little stronger (or maybe not since you have to think a lot, lol), but other than that an absorbing, fun good time not to be missed!

Interesting environment and really nice employees, but service and cleanliness wasnt the best during the escape experience. The guy at the front was great and accommodating, and the bar staff was nice as well. Upon entering the escape room there was 2 different leftover beer bottles in different spots. At first it can be confusing as to if these are part of the game or not (theyre not). You get 3 clues on a board going in where your time is kept. After 30 minutes, our group couldnt solve anything...
else, so we asked for a hint. It was provided, but wasnt marked off the board. 10 minutes later we ask for another hint, and get no response. For the rest of the game no one responded to us through the walkie talkies. At the end, since we were stumped on the same thing for about 15 minutes, we were excited to see how it would be solved, but the staff just asked if we had fun and immediately had other patrons to attend to. Ive usually been walked through what was left when Ive lost escape rooms in the past! Still great fun!

Okay first, the vibe of this place is awesome! The Hideaway Lounge with games is a great time all on its own. We also enjoyed the escape room that we did. We did the CSI suburban serial killer room, and it was a fun mix of puzzles. It did feel a little repetitive at times because ultimately all of the puzzles led to unlocking padlocks but we still had a lot of fun and there were a lot of moving parts!

Booked the Cavern Room around 3pm on a Friday. Id consider myself an experienced escape room enthusiast. TLDR: Room has an excellent story and production value and presents a low-mid challenge. Overall experience is hampered by the bar atmosphere in the lobby music and inventory. Would try other rooms from the company after exploring other options. Had the in-room been any less enjoyable than it was, I cant say that would be the case. Out-of-room-experience: Very grateful for the easy check-in...
process and forgiving staff. We arrived right at the scheduled start time because of parking issues. The main lobby is a bar and its ambience conflicts with the escape room experience Beer boxes along the pathway to the room, room orientation video was played outside in the hallway and in competition with the bar music it gave the worrisome impression that this was bar first and an escape room second. In-room Experience: Those fears were soon put at ease. I was pleasantly surprised with the production value of the room. I wont go into detail to avoid spoilers, but the set design did a good job at complicating the room and making it seem larger than it was and enchanced an A+ story. Unfortunately, the low thump of the bass bar music could still be heard, which broke the immersion. Regarding puzzles difficulty was on the lower mid range. Id recomend it for a group with previous exposure to escape rooms. Those with a lot of experience will probably easily recognize the puzzles and complete the room quickly especially since room flow is stacked heavily on one end. Gamemaster was superb, chiming in to correct a fundamental misunderstanding.

Our experience would have been 100% different had we known there was virtually no parking. We are not from the area, so we didnt know what to expect, so we actually came 25 min early. After searching for parking for nearly 15 min, we called to see if there was any possibility of trying our room at a later time, as we still hadnt found parking 10 min prior to our time slot. We were told that that is not something they do on the weekends, therefore we had 2 options- find parking and each minute we...
were late would be deducted off of our 1 hr to escape the room, or be out the $80 we spent as there are no refunds. So rather than be out that much money, we continued searching for a place to park, and by pure luck, we found a public parking garage roughly 2-3 blocks away. When we finally got to our room, we only had 40min to attempt to escape, which was absolutely impossible. We were rushed into the room and told that we could start looking for clues while the backstory played since we were so late. It is really a shame to pay so much money and not be able to enjoy it. It would have been nice to at least had a prorated discount of some sort for the time we missed while trying to find parking. FYI: you will also be carded to get in. There is a full service bar on the opposite side of the hallway of the escape rooms.

Ive never done an escape room but I actually love it down here when it comes to getting a low key drink to start or end a night. Very chill and calming atmosphere- usually isnt packed and youre able to carry out a conversation. One of the hidden late night gems down town.

Had a lot of fun in the Greyside Manor room, (technically didn t make it out in time but we finished the last puzzle 30 seconds after the timer ran out). All of the employees were very nice. Really cool bar set up and games in the lobby area. Parking can be tricky especially if it s a busy time in the area so keep that in mind and give yourself plenty of time to find parking! Would love to come visit again and try a different room the next time we come to Savannah.

This was our first time doing an escape room & we had a great time! The website was very informative and user friendly. The communication was great and checking in was easy. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was challenging and fun. We have already recommended the Alcatraz room that we did to a friend. 5/5!

This was the perfect way to end our trip to Savannah! We thoroughly enjoyed the escape room experience, the bar, and the games and would come back if in Savannah again! My group of 3 friends booked this as a way to escape the heat and we just had the best time. Highly recommend!

It was great, we had a large group so we split up. Both rooms were fun and the staff was friendly. The waiting room with the bar and games was good for the time we were there before and after our slot. Anyways, definitely a place we recommend.

Fun! High school juniors & seniors enjoyed the escape room. One group escaped and the other did not. We all enjoyed table games in the lounge area.

Our group had an awesome time doing the Speak Easy room! It was very interesting and had some exciting twists and turns! We would go back and do more rooms if we ever come back to Savannah.

My family and I had a lot of fun doing the Savannah speak easy room. It was challenging but not too hard. We were able to enjoy the time and make it out! The rooms were dark so we used a flashlight on our phone. There were chairs in the 2nd room which was nice because my parents were tired from walking around the city. I love how the bar has games outside too! The location is right in downtown so you can step out of the action and crowded streets into a fun game to get away for an hour. The host was very good at explaining the rooms. The bar area and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.

We have went twice - Speakeasy and Alcatraz - both times were great!!!! The staff was welcoming and helpful alongside a well designed escape room challenge that our family really enjoyed!! We are looking forward to going back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! I brought some high school students from Atlanta for a Savannah trip and this was the perfect nighttime group activity! My students said the rooms were so well thought out and detailed!! Each group raved about the themes and complexity of the experience. The customer service experience was also 10/10!! Thank you everyone for a great night!

The experience overall was a 10/10. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were fairly priced considering how well made they were (delicious- we got the bug juice and Augusta lemonade). The whole family did the Alcatraz room and had the best time figuring out how to escape. Room was very well thought out-giving us the challenge we d hoped for. Already planning our next visit!

I like the theme of the speakeasy escape room. I ve never been to an escape room and they don t give you the first clue. We had to just start pushing buttons. One of the clues involves lollipops on the top shelf. The tallest person in our group was 5 1. We couldn t see the numbers and we kept asking for help. At the end, I mentioned this to her and she others had the same issue but what can you do .ummm fix the problem. The 2nd room is so dark we had to use our cell phones for light because they only give you 1 mini flashlight. We didn t make it out. We also had technical issues with the walkie talkie so we couldn t communicate well. They eventually came and fixed it.

What an amazing experience!! Our office decided to take on the challenge of an Escape Room to grow our communication skills outside of the workplace. We had such a great time. I cant wait to go back and try the other room!!

We had Liz as our host for our escape room & she was the nicest/most helpful escape room host I think I ve ever experienced in the many escape rooms I ve done. <3 The escape room itself was spooky & themed after Savannah. Definitely recommend for tourists but even as a local, it was still fun. You can start a tab at the bar before you enter the room & then order drinks from the room & they will be delivered to you! That s super unique & fun! Thank you Lizard! We had so much fun~ P.S. We all still love your Dino earrings!

Cavern room was a great concept, but the cavern broke in the middle of our experience. Multiple people had to come in and out of the room to fix it and after 20 minutes the game continued. No re-do was offered. We were disappointed.

We had the most amazing time trying to solve our room! We unfortunately ran out of time but Mike was cool and let us have 10 more extra minutes to finish the puzzle since we were on the last room. This place has a bar and a plenty of other board games you can play after or before doing your room and all of the employees are AMAZING! 100000000/10 recommend!

Beware if you have any physical limitations. Inside Alcatraz, one action that was needed was physically impossible for us, no matter how far we reached. I asked if the action I was performing was the correct action and was told yes. We sat trying to complete this one action for over 15 min until we just gave up and walked out. I kept repeating that our arms were too short. It would be damaging to the body to keep trying. They were watching and wouldnt help. It would be different if we hadnt reached the correct action, but apparently it was correct, just impossible for women with shorter arms to complete.

The speakeasy room; some of the things were broken/ not attached. We were told if you are supposed to move it, then it would be easily moved or picked up.. but if it s broken . We were brought to the room, told that the guy who brought us would be our contact, however when we needed help/clue, nobody answered us until the 3rd Try. Then, the person who was working the door and also bartending answered us, but didn t help until we tried to contact a few more times. We were then told that they are...
super busy out there and a lot was going on so 20 minutes of our he wasted, bc they are busy and nobody helped us. The locks to some of the boxes are very hard to open, we had the right combination, it just would not open until I finally jiggled it like crazy and it popped. That happened two diff times!!! Also the help/clues were nothing like that the first time we asked got help and actually finally got an answer on the walkie talkies. I tried to tell the person that we had the combo but could not open The lock, all they would respond was that we need to look at the Lillie pops but we had that figured out! By the time we got to the second room half the time was wasted on the fact that we could not get help and then the frustration of the fact we felt alone and no one helped Us! When the time was up, a diff person jsjt came and opened the last door & told us we were free to go not very welcoming nor friendly. I would not recommend this escape room place to anyone!! I really wanted to say 1 star, however they had the right idea with the puzzle, just a very poor execution.

Schedule for 12:35. Showed up and guy at desk was on phone, sounded like helping someone book, no big deal. At 12:46 he gets off phone and asks if we need anything so we tell him who we are and he says you re past the 5 minute mark so your timer already started L O L so we just sign in and move on since we just paid $130 for this he then requests someone to come get us so now we have to wait for him, we finally get in the room and dude speeds through so we can get started, he says if we need him...
to use the walkie talkie-we do and no response I had to ask multiple times. Then one of the clues didn t actually pop open so we had to manually do it, okay move to room two everything is broken off the little candles are robbed of their batteries the alcohol bottles they tell us not to touch are all ripped off and not replaced and then I step in water and my shoe is soaked so I use my phone flashlight and the room is starting to flood from under the one wall area. In this room again we have to ask multiple times and it s a different person, we finally are about to get to proceed and a THIRD GM comes over the talkie talkie. The game itself was decent, the room was a joke, the GMs were a joke. We asked for a pic at the end (I ve never had a room not take a pic) so she agrees, takes my phone and does a sky angle so once we left and I unlocked my phone we looked deformed, not the end of the world but it was the cherry on top.

Did the speakeasy with 4 total people- the very first room the door to the next room was already unlocked- we had to call someone to come relock it. Then towards the end of completing the box for the guns was already open before we got a chance to figure it out a girl came in the radio congratulating us for completing even though we had just started the room. We explained this to her and she said oh well at least you can say you finished. Bathrooms were disgusting as well- had some fun too many big mishaps that happened due to them not completely resetting the room. Wouldn t recommend.

We loved it overall! But, we wish that it was stated somewhere on the website that the escape rooms were down a flight of stairs. I had a friend who who was with me and has back issues and cannot go downstairs easily. We did not know that this establishment was underground until we had gotten there since none of their online presence stated that they were underground. Having Call for assistance didnt really imply what we needed to know. EDIT: The owner and I have resolved this issue. There was a simple miscommunication between my group and the person manning the door and he was very understanding and was quick to offer an explanation about how hard him and his team has made the building accessible. There IS an elevator available!
