PanIQ Escape Room Atlanta

This was our first escape room experience, and we had a very good time. Our facilitator, Parker, did a great job explaining everything and getting us started. If I had to give criticism, it would be that there were a couple things to solve that, while we knew what exactly what we were supposed to do, the solutions werent clear, and time was wasted. The room was very well done. We are definitely looking forward to trying the other rooms.

I loved everything about my experience here. The host on any day were well versed. They allow you to take pictures . The rooms are challenging and fun.

Had a fabulous and fun time pretending to be a secret agent for a day. The Red Wire room (medium level difficulty) was very cleverly designed and Parker, the room guide, was helpful and kind. I went with my three adult children and it was a great way to bond and be reminded that God blessed me with a nerdy and silly brood. We made it all the way to the end with lots of time to spare, but couldnt solve that final clue to make it on the leaderboard, but somehow, I still feel like a winner!

First escape room experience was so dope! My 16 year old daughter and I visited and were paired with another young lady. It wasn t incredibly busy and we got parking right out front. The game was challenging but FUN! Parker ensured our experience was fabulous from start to finish and even offered to take photos of us at the end. Highly recommend visiting and asking to work with Parker!

This was our first time at this escape room, after having went to Mastermind and one other a few times, and I really enjoyed my time here. We went with four from our group, and the other group that was with us brought five. The rooms were only able to be booked for 8, so it was a little tight with the extra person, but we made it work. One woman was definitely more knowledgeable about the room setup, which was helpful when the other didnt give us all of the information, especially about the kiosk (the place you go for hints). Speaking of hints, this place does allow for unlimited hints, which turned out to be nice, due to some things Ill mention below. Please note: the room we went into was the Medieval Madness so please note everything below this is in reference to that and should not be reflective of their other rooms available. YMMV depending on which room you choose. As far as aesthetic goes, the facility did a great job nailing a very good vibe when you entered the room. Immersion was definitely on point, and they spent a lot of time designing the look of the room so you felt like you were in a totally different building. The immersion was broken a bit due to some troubles we had with some of the puzzles not working as intended (we had someone leave to get staff to assist), but overall, very well designed and laid out. The thing that hurt though is that there were only two rooms to navigate through. We spent the majority of our time in the first room, partly because we were figuring out how to work together with the other group that was with us, and partly because of the puzzles. More on that below. As Ive been going to these escape rooms rather recently, it took me a while to figure out that puzzles are designed to be difficult to figure out and obtuse, but I do feel like they were even more obtuse at PanIQ. Almost to the point of where we werent quite sure how youd ever figure out certain puzzles without a hint. I have come to understand that the clues that are left around a room are typically meant to really get you thinking outside of the box, but for a few puzzles in particular, there wasnt even a nudge to say what you should or should not be doing, which made us rely on hints to push our way through. Maybe thats why they give unlimited hints? As for hints, and this is more of a personal gripe, but the group we were paired with also was very quick to grab hints, which took the fun out of it for me. I like to exhaust all options before I rely on a hint, and need to be truly stuck, so maybe having a system in place where hints are sent to phones instead of publicly visible would be a better option. This doesnt have much bearing on PanIQ, but more on the group we were with. The puzzles did have a pretty streamlined connection with once youve done A, you can get to B but figuring out B just on the piece alone was nearly impossible. I would have liked to see something that hints towards what we should be doing, out of context, somewhere else in the room. That way, alone, it makes no sense, but when you DO figure it out, you at least know how to approach the puzzles. Im being intentionally vague here so as not to spoil anything for the room, but Im happy to elaborate more in person for those who design/set up the rooms. Also, and I feel like this cannot be stated enough, I love the stickers that showed what was in play vs what was props. It was incredibly helpful. Overall though, I still give the place four stars because I did have a lot of fun, I thought that even though the puzzles were hard to start, they were fun to figure out once we did get moving on them, and the hint system wasnt bad (it was just a folly of having a group who didnt want to take the time to really figure things out with us, which is no fault of PanIQ or its game masters).

My friend and I came for the Medieval room. I have done over 35 rooms and this one is unlike any other! It was VERY challenging, and I like that! Our game master was nice and very helpful. I was impressed!

Absolutely amazing! Great fun! Challenging but there were helpful hints if we got stuck. It was a great location with parking! . The building is newly renovated, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. We played the Red Wire room. We had to solve the room to diffuse a bomb. So much fun! The staff was exceptional! I can t say enough great things about his place. I would definitely recommend the Red Wire room and this site to anyone looking for a good time with family and friends.

PanIQ Escape Room Atlanta is an absolute blast. Our group had 6 people from ages 11 to 44 and everyone was completely entertained and had so much fun. This is perfect for any occasion! An absolute must do! Thank you PanIQ. This outing made my daughter s 24th birthday extra special.

I had a fantastic experience! My group and I did the Red Wire escape room. It was creatively challenging and very fun. The staff was personable and friendly, and the facility was clean. I will surely return to experience the other two rooms. The only negative is the parking situation. If you enjoy escape rooms, you should definitely check out PanIQ Room Atlanta.

Such a fun Sunday afternoon date activity to get out of the house for a bit. Parker was awesome and did a great job getting us set up and helping us a little along the way. We did the wizard room where you got to use wands for magical stuff. It was challenging but not impossible and you can ask for hints. 10/10 recommend and thanks to Parker for making it a great experience!

This was SO much fun! We did the Wizard Trials and had a blast. The room is handicap accessible and they were very accommodating for my son. Parker was super nice and informative. Also, the bathrooms are pristine. If you are looking for something fun for the family, check this place out!

It was a super fun experience!!! Marco did an amazing job!!! I have never been in an escape room before. I couldn t believe how much fun it was. Can t wait to do it again! Annie gave us a tour last week. She was super informative and gave us her time even though it was close to closing. Her outgoing attitude surely brought us back today. A great time was had by all!!

This place is really great! We ve done lots of rooms all over, and all of these rooms are creative and fun. They are well executed and offer unique puzzles. The game masters pay attention and give great clues when you ask for them, which is a critical element for any escape rooom.

My friends and I loved playing medieval madness! It was challenging but we had lots of fun with the help of our awesome host, Parker, who really made the experience come together. Cool puzzles and an immersive room with some pretty neat effects :)

We chose medieval madness as our escape room and had Parker as our escape guide! She was very sweet and helpful and the experience was overall very fun! I would love to try other rooms at another time.

This was an absolute blast! We did the medieval madness room with just 2 people, and it was very challenging but SUPER fun! The creepy atmosphere set the mood great! Our host, Parker, was very helpful with the hints when we needed them and was super friendly! 10/10 would recommend!

The Medieval Madness room was fantastic!! Our group had a ton of fun. Low lighting in the whole first half so just know that going in if you struggle in low light. Puzzles were all very fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend this room.

Really nice place, we had a lot of fun enjoying the puzzle solving process. The staff were really kind and welcoming. Definitely would go back again.

I brought some kids in for a birthday party. We experienced excellent puzzles and abundant kindness from our game coordinator. We sincerely appreciated her and had a blast. We ll definitely be back!

The wizarding room was full of cool props! It felt like we were in Dumbledores office. The hints were also helpful while managing to still give you enough of a challenge to be fun. Annie was epic!

My team and I did a team building activity at PanIQ and we had such a great time! Parker was super helpful and answered all of our questions, she was very engaging and made our experience a good time! Thank you again we really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend others for a solid team building.

The worst escape room ever. We are a family who loves to go to escape rooms. Avoid this place. Our appointment was at 11:00, and we received a message that we have to arrive 15 minutes earlier. Everything stayed bad. It was closed at that time, a young lady came to the door and told us that they open until 11, and closed the door. So at 11:00 she unlock the door and told us that she needed to finish to set up the room. Ok, we waited. When we started the game, we found the 1st clue (magnet) to open...

We tried to use the magnet to unlock the next door, but it didn t work, so we asked for help thru the camera where supposedly we will ask for clues 5 minutes we were trying and at the same time waiting for her response. She never responded so I left the game to find her, she was having breakfast. Finally she needed to unlock it because the system didn t work. We continue with the game, another issue happened, this time she came immediately. She needed to make a phone call, I think was the owner, and he said to shut down the computer and restart it. By the way, she tried to stop the clock, but she couldn t. We were at the end of the game, we were solving everything. The last clue we found AGAIN didn t work. She gave us 5 extra minutes. The game ended and she said that the clue they gave at the end WAS wrong and they changed for another BUT THEY never updated in the game. WHAT So we asked her what is the correct clue, her response was I CANNOT TELL YOU because you didn t finish the game. Everything is old, in bad shape and dirty. I try to always write positive reviews, but always be honest. There is no way that this place can have stars. Whoever was in the phone with this lady, knows how many problems we had. This place is Waste of money and time. Pay $8+ dollars and go to some other place. We were here on May 18.

Annie (like the musical) was FANTASTIC! Super helpful and sweet. The Medieval Madness room was super challenging but very fun.

Awesome experience! Party of 5 and two others we didn t know! We opted for a public room! Best decision! Our room was the Medieval room! Took us a minute to get out of the first stage lol! Very challenging, must have your thinking cap on tight lol! We made it with 1 minute to spare. Didn t think we would Our guide was amazing! Highly recommended! You won t regret it!

Wow. This was my first ever escape room and the details in the room was insane . Every clue lead to another to complete the story . Parker was amazing in helping me find my way out . 10/10 would recommend doing the medieval escape .

Actually great escape room quality! Super unique and more techy than most rooms I ve been to. Wizard trials was great! Parker gave us some wonderful and needed hints with a helpful and kind attitude.
