Secrets Escape Rooms - Tallahassee

Excellent experience!! We did the Tomb of the Pharaoh and it was a blast. The puzzles were varied with different concepts and solutions. Some felt challenging yet not unfair and their methods really helped with the level of immersion they were going for. The gentleman who hosted us was great as well. His character portrayal really solidified the whole experience. Cant wait to go back to try the other rooms!!

Wonderful experience, wonderful room, and wonderful staff! I was nervous to see the room, because in prior other Tallahassee escape rooms it felt like we were in a room with a few decorations, but this one knocked it out of the park! I truly felt like we were in an immersive experience. Got out just in time!

Today we both escape rooms and had a great time. They were very immersive full of fun and cool puzzles. If you are visiting or traveling through Chattanooga you need to stop by.

Aside from the facts that I died, we had a lot of fun! Ok... not literally died, but if you do the Murder In London one, youll understand. A lot of fun!!!

My girlfriend and I went to our very first escape room. This place was recommended by my daughter. The Hourglass Secrets Escapes Room had plenty of parking and was in a very nice area. We were greeted by Carissa with an English accent which was very good when we entered the establishment. We did the Murder in London escape room, I tell you we had the most fun ever! If you are in the Tallahassee, Florida area and love escape rooms, let this be the first place you visit. You will have the best time ever!

Had a great experience at this location. The room we got was the Egyptian themed room and the decor was great, the objects were well maintained, and the clues flowed well. I would recommend this spot against many other Chattanooga area escape rooms based on my experience with this room.

I had a great time at Secrets Escape Rooms!! I did Mystery in the Mausoleum and Secrets of the Pharaohs. Kate was my time professor and she was wonderful! Both of the rooms were incredibly fun and well designed! I couldn t recommend this place more!

We had a great time! Time Professor Cait/Kate made my friend s birthday super special today. We all spent our last few dollars on this escape room. We were scared this would be a poor financial decision, but Kate promised us that if we beat the previous record she would buy us each our own mansion out in Beverly Hills. Even though we did not actually make it out in time, Kate could tell how much we needed help and still ended up making us all first time homeowners. We all move out to the 90210 in a couple weeks. Timekeeper Kate literally SAVED our lives. Also she has great music taste.

We did the Murder in London room. It was so fun! Our game master was so warm, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Took my brother for his 21st birthday and he had tons of fun doing the wizard tower!!! Meg was absolutely amazing, perfect helper getting us to the end. AND WE ESCAPED (with no time to spare)!!!!!

Professor Caroline did a great job as our leader. We loved the Guardians of Giza room. It was challenging without being overwhelming.

Update: Changing our review from a 1 to a 5 in one night. We decide to give this place another shot, as our review gained attention from the manager. This time was just like our first, wonderful. Read full review going to leave this place with five stars, as the rooms are simply so much fun. With a great time keeper, you will have the time of your life! I totally understand things happen that out of their control- people call out, it gets busy, etc., but when people are paying almost $100 for an hour experience, a sorry would have sufficed that night, as we were visibly frustrated upon leaving. Either way, I m thankful they had us back and wanted to make things right. Initial review: My boyfriend and I just got done doing the MYSTERY AT THE MAUSOLEUM. We were very disappointed with our experience tonight. We came about a month ago and did the murder in London and our Tyme keeper was amazing, super helpful, and gave great hints in a very timely manner! Tonight, our girl maybe responded to our hands up 5 out of the 30 times we raised them. The first 20 minutes we had our hands up and got no help and no acknowledgement of our existence. Definitely seemed like she was not watching or paying attention and/or helping other people. We even thought about knocking on the door to make sure she was aware we were in there. We also verbally stated that we need help and nobody responded for about 20 minutes. Then when we finally received our hints, they were not even able to be completed yet.. due to another step needing to be done prior. Very disappointed in our experience tonight. Sucks because we were so excited to go back for date night after our wonderful experience with the murder in London and our Tyme keeper the first time.

So far I have done 3 of 4 rooms, and the attention to detail and immersion makes this a really special experience. The puzzles are challenging but fair, and are much more interactive than sone other escapes rooms I ve done. The decor is truly impressive and the effects are SOO well done. Highly recommend checking it out!

I wish we could give this more than 5 stars. We have completed all 4 of the rooms and wish there were more to do. The props are so intricate and the story lines are great. Can t wait for a new room to open!

Great place so much fun! One of the best escape rooms around! Really such a fun time the stories and puzzles are so fun and unique!

Time professor Kate was THE BEST! She played chappell roan for us in the room! WAY BETTER THAN ETHAN, she literally saved my child from a burning building and then proceeded to pay for her college tuition. Also paid my rent for the next year!! LOVE HER!

Me and my friends all came here for a hang out and it was super fun! Our cashier/ story teller was Ethan. During the escape room we all passed out due to poison gas and Ethan rushed in with 6 gas mask. He put one on each of us and then started doing cpr. One of us had a crushed lung and he single handed did a life saving surgery. He saved all of us before the ambulance even got there. Best worker EVER!

My friends and I have gone through all 4 rooms, great puzzles and wonderful clue masters. We just did Mystery at the Mausoleum with Brayden and had a blast!!!

Just cant miss! Finished the BEST Escape Room on all Tallahassee off tonight. Mosaleum held it down even better than thw alleys of London that blew our socks off last night, but then coming off a win, took 2nd stab after a year and last times upsetting defeat at Wizards keep, but Gigantor Mike represented with half a team short and still found redemption and with lil time to spare, but still Ws all week! Keepsake was magical touch and again can not stress, in capital city and not many options, those 2 and Secret Escape (brought to you by steller job from Art-FX Studios) just really not only out shined but eclipsed and are the best of all and THE escape room queens of the realm. Would come back with whole team just to share experience and outstanding hospitality. Something about that accent and positive vibe truly made it special. 6 out 5 DO recommend highly!

Time professor Kate was amazing. We were singing Chappel Roan and she brought Chappel into the room and preformed for us. She also saved my cat craig who has asthma ( he was having an attack mid game). Loved her !! Want to be her bestie fr. I <3 professor kate

My wife and I did the haunted mausoleum room this evening. We have done multiple escape rooms across the country and this one by far has the best look to it. Everything in the room was very well designs and the puzzles were engaging and not too difficult for 2 people to solve. Our game master was delightful and helpful. We are here for the rest of the week and will hopefully be doing another room before we leave. Hourglass, you are doing escape rooms right!!

It was awesome! A bunch of little fun moments to be had, and the puzzle was awesome (I didn t personally solve it, I just danced in the corner). Still, it was an awesome experience.

Time professor Kate was so great. We came for our friends 21st birthday. Unfortunately my friend courtney s car broke downn in the middle of the road Kate, after responsibly ending her shift and resetting the rooms, came to our rescue. Kate came prepared with a new engine, 8 gallons of gas, jumper cables, and even went the extra mile to get me new tires. My other friend Cait- funny coincidence- started to feel famished after our car troubles and timekeeper Kate took us all to a 5-star Italian restaurant and let us pick WHATEVER we wanted off the menu. I came in unsure of what to expect, but I left with a new best friend. We love you timekeeper Kate.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! I had only done one escape room prior and it lacked the dedication and detail found at Hourglass Escape Room! We were so obsessed that after completing Murder in London, we can back the next day to complete the other two rooms. Tyme Professor Ashton did a wonderful job at maintaining the atmosphere and theme of the escape rooms while providing plenty of aid after a bit of struggling. My friend and I definitely plan on coming back to beat our previous times!

I loved my experience. I had so much fun. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. Great staff! We will be back!

My 12 yr old and I completed Mystery at the Mausoleum with one minute and 37 second left. Had a few hints,very fun. Definitely doing another one.

Ethan was a great host! Had him 3 times and amazingly helpful each time. Great theming too and great technology.

Me and my partner just got done with the Murder in London room. It was nicely themed and wasn t too difficult. Ethan was amazing and so helpful without giving it away completely. We escaped with 2 mins left to spare. Money well spent and will be returning to do the other rooms.
