Will To Escape Orlando

We had a reservation here, and they were really flexible with us. One of the members of our party was sick and we were running late. We did the Stolen Relic and had a great time. I would definitely visit this place again if I were in the area and looking for an Escape Room.

Such a great time - we had a group of 8 and everyone was so nice and explained the game very well. The room was very well done (We did A Christmas Story). Having a white board to jot notes was a nice touch and a great help as we solved the clues. Fun night!

My friends and I stumbled upon this place by accident. After chatting with Cassie, at the front desk we decided to give them a try. It was an exceptional experience! Staff (Cassie) was friendly and helpful throughout our time in the room. The room itself was challenging and well themed and left us feeling excited and accomplished that we finished. We played with a party of three but perhaps having one more player would have helped. We will definitely be back soon to try another room. For anyone curious, we did the Disappearance room.

While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, my recent experience at this establishment warrants an exception. Id prefer not to dwell on the negatives, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment. There was a booking error made by my son between a PM and an AM booking, which occurred just before the lockout period. Given the circumstances, it would have been a simple gesture of goodwill to allow us to proceed with our booking, especially since we had already paid. Instead, we were offered a mere 10% refund, amounting to a paltry $4. At this juncture, accommodating our request would have entailed no additional cost to the establishment, yet it was evidently a matter of profit over principle. As avid escape room enthusiasts, having played over 100 rooms, we were genuinely interested in exploring more of what this venue had to offer. Its disheartening that the focus seemed to be solely on financial gain rather than fostering a sense of community and prioritizing customer satisfaction. I urge potential patrons, particularly those who hold voting membership at Terpeca, to consider this aspect when deciding where to spend their time and money. To the business response...You dont pride yourself on customer service, the girl was rude on the phone which is why the person who called(not me) was getting frustrated. Nobody argued the policy, I admitted it was a mistake. We went to another room and discussed many rooms including yours. I know the policies across the other rooms. They did however agree that with nobody using the room you could have allowed us to play. That was your brilliant customer service and money first attitude. Dont spend your money here people!!

We have done 6 rooms here and every one seems to get better. They re creative and immersive. The game masters are friendly and attentive. One of our favorite escape locations.

Honestly, when my family wanted to do this I was annoyed...... then I tried it and now Im hooked!!!!! This was the most fun Ive had in a long time. I learned a lot about myself and even more about my family. I saw them in a new light and enjoyed them so much. No regrets here!! Cant wait to try every room!!!!! Love Andrew!

Overpriced for what you get. Save your money and go to an alternative escape room. Spent $170 for a family of 4 to try out the Christmas Story escape room. The experience had us only wandering 1 living room and 1 room room the size of a half bathroom. For the price we paid we could have went to a more established escape room company where there could be 3-6 rooms and a lot more experiences and props to play with. This is the last time I come to this place, I wish I could get my money back.

The level of service was beyond anything we could have imagined. The lost relic game was like staring in our own indiana Jones movie. Shania was super attentive and always asked if she thought a helping hand was needed. 100000% RECOMMEND!

Excellent experience. My daughter (10) and son (13) had a blast with Sector X. We had some time to kill so we immediately did The Gate right after. Both were very well done where the clues and puzzles made sense and you could likely figure them out without any hints with the right amount of attention and thought. Logical, fun, and amazing props and atmosphere.

This was one of my favorite escape room places I ve been to! We did 3 rooms, 2 of which are originals. I m usually not a fan of scary rooms, but Cinema 7 and Disappearance were so much fun and so detailed! Drew was such a great game master, and I had a wonderful time.

We had an incredible time, the game masters were attentive and super friendly! We had a great time chatting with them after our game. Scenic and puzzles were both a hit and would definitely recommend for enthusiasts and newcomers alike!

Alexis and Trevor were awesome! We did our first ever escape room on a Sunday night with Alexis and didn t finish because we re a little dumb sometimes. We had such a good time and needed to redeem ourselves on Monday with Trevor. The rooms are detailed, the staff is great, super helpful, and stayed in character with our clues. We did another escape room recently and it couldn t match or come close to Will To Escape. The next time we re around, we ll definitely go back.

We did the new Cinema 7 game and were lucky enough to have Alexander as our game master. The room was super unique with fun and innovative puzzles. Will to Escape consistently delivers an excellent experience.

Will to Escape is a great addition to the landscape of escape rooms across Central Florida and keeps getting better as they add new rooms. We are escape room enthusiasts with more than 150 rooms played and we had a great time playing Disappearance and Cinema 7. The game masters are friendly and add to the experience. The location at Pointe Orlando is convenient on International Drive and near the Convention Center. It s surrounded by fun restaurants and other entertainment so it makes for a great day or night out.

While the games at Will to Escape can leave something to be desired, the staff are top tier. We have been lucky enough to have Shania for all of our games and she makes the experience great each time. She has a great personality and makes sure to run the game however you like to make sure your have the best time. While a majority of their games are purchased from an outside vendor, the newest game Disappearance, was designed by their game masters and it is by far their best game. If you are in the area, absolutely give this place a chance.

Absolutely the worst experience with an escape company in the over 100 rooms we ve played. The owners of this business have gone as far as trying to delete reviews rather than reaching out to make a sour experience turn sweet. I heavily recommend people that want a great experience from start to finish to go to some of the better escape rooms Orlando has to offer.

Pretty Disappointed. After stopping by and doing 3 escape rooms over 2 different nights, our group tried to book another room. Unfortunately, I mistakenly booked it for tonight, and not the next night. I stopped by within half an hour of making the mistake to see if we could just change it to the next day. Read full review leaving, we received a call (8 minutes prior to the accidental booked time) saying they could not refund it or adjust the booking, and what we paid for is all we could get. Obviously, we were unable to get our group and get there on time. Maybe the hardest thing to understand is the amount of open spots to book they had. If we hadnt taken up a spot on a busy Friday night I could understand. But its a Monday, there are plenty of bookings open, we did nothing to take away any business. They actually lose out on the 5 more people that would have paid when we came in (our reservation was for 3 people prepaid, 5 others would pay upon check in). Very unprofessional decision I feel like. Great rooms though and great staff actually working the rooms! Casi, who worked the first night with our group, is also absolutely fantastic.

Drew was our game master and was great. He was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating for our party. We played the Gate and had a blast. We will definitely be back! Thanks Drew.

Love the Disapearance. The puzzles were well made and the story was great. Casi made the whole experience more immersive with her amazing acting. She was also so nice that asking for help was easy and appreciated.

I had so much doing the Stolen Relic, definitely recommend. Taylor was our gamemaster and she was great, she offered help at the perfect times when we were stumped, nudged us subtly in the right direction. I will definitely be back.
