One of the cooler escape room arenas I ve been to! The entrance is super cool and the decor is well thought out. They sell wine and beer and you are allowed to bring it into the game. My family and I had a great time solving the room.
Went in with a group of 7 it was a cool looking room overall. Storyline was bizarre with the egg and hard to follow. We ended 22 minutes early solving the room but didn t even know we solved because the hologram didn t work at the end. I just didn t enjoy this as much as other escape rooms and the. We had a group that went in to another room and had 6 of them and they couldn t any of them tell us what the room was about. They said it was confusing and that they just didn t think it was great. I guess this is not something we are likely to repeat. ;(
The best escape room I have done so far! I have done quite a few. This one is so interactive and everyone had a role so nobody felt left out. My teens and I had a blast and we will be going again. Great storyline, challenging but doable. Staff was fantastic. Felt clean and updated.
Excellent facility staffed by excellent people offering exceptional experiences. Our game master Ky was very courteous and instructive, and helped prepare us properly for our mission. Alexis was kind enough to answer all of our questions about their games and helped us decide what game we might like to play next. Their new Game Show looked like it would be awesome to try if we had more time!
This was such an awesome experience! We are definitely an escape room family but have never done one that was tech based, we had a great time!!! Its so immersive from the minute you walk in the door! They did an amazing job with the theme and even the waiting area is SO cool! Really love this concept and the staff is so friendly. We did the UFO room! Thank you Coral for helping make our experience even better :) we even got some souvenir cups to remember the experience. We cant wait to come back!
Ive done 3 different rooms at The Bureau ( Puppet heist, Haddon heights, and Lab at Loch Ness). And they have all been nothing but a blast! I enjoy the fact that they DONT do locks, but within each room is still a challenge to solve or a mission to complete. So you never really feel like its an easy task without them. All the rooms are beautifully designed and immersive in their own respectful worlds. Youll be given a tablet whenever you enter a room to help with clues if you need assistance, which is always handy whenever youre in a pinch. If youve tried other escape rooms in Orlando, please try this one. Itll set the standards with their amazing staff, immersive rooms, and soild discounts to come back!
This place was so fun! We did the UFO escape room. Challenging but fun and we did succeed with 13 mins remaining, team of 6. Room was set up nicely and really felt like a real challenge. There were 4 rooms to get through so very interactive and enough for all to do. The staff was friendly and played the part. Highly recommend. 10/10!
Super cool experience the room was very elaborate and immersive. There wasnt a second of boredom. The staff is also very nice and the facilities are clean and organized. It is a very fun experience if you like escape rooms or for your first time.
Great escape room experience all around. Ive done 30+ rooms before. I did the Haddon Heights room. The effects and theme are excellent. It is definitely scary, with jump scares, but not as bad as a haunted house. The puzzles were interesting, challenging, and thematic. It didnt take me as long as other rooms typically do. Definitely above average and worth the price
We had an amazing experience! From the minor puzzle process starting right away trying to find a way into the building to the front desk, to the amazing service from Kyle, to the extremely fun escape room and different aspects weve not seen at others. We definitely recommend coming here and will be coming back again!
My family did The Puppet Heist kids range from 6-11. We were able to complete the mission, there was the perfect amount of difficulty. We had an awesome time, will definitely go back and try another one.
Unfortunately, everyone in our party thought this escape room was very underwhelming. The 1 star is because on top of this, its the most expensive escape room we played and probably our least favorite as well. We were expecting a much more immersive experience based on the description but Escape Ventures for example is 10x more immersive. We thought the atmosphere or set would be a lot more detailed, but they were one of the worst looking ones we have ever seen in 40+ escape games weve played. The tech advertised is super buggy and the puzzles were too easy to solve. I really dont have anything positive to say... the staff were friendly at least.
This escape room venue has a unique feel, which begins the moment you walk into the door. The room we played is not a series of locks to find keys or combinations, like most escape rooms. Instead, it is a series of functional puzzles and provided a level of interactivity, in this room it was social media; to provide depth to this immersive story. My wife and I have done over 30 escape rooms and this venue surpassed our expectations. If you wanna try out a escape room for the first time or 50th, we suggest you check the Bureau out.
Was so excited for this, given that I love high tech escape venues without padlocks and keys, but the room felt a little easy, short, and the storyline was hard to follow. I would give the venue another chance, but the room we did was the first high tech escape game that didnt make my top 10. Edit: came back for the UFO room and it was a much better experience. Upping from 2 to 4 stars. Will update if I ever come back for the loch Ness room
Had SO MUCH FUN! Did the UFO: a quiet place edition. The set was amazing. The puzzles were perfectly challenging. It got lots of laughs and squeals out of us. We made great memories! Beat it with 17 seconds to spare! I m coming again and bringing my friends!
Kevin was a great host. We played the Puppet Heist game with our 19 and 9 year olds. They both liked it alot and overall it was a really cool experience. Different than most rooms. No locks or keypads. Only interaction with the props. Fun!
I had heard nothing but great things about the quality of The Bureau. Even with the very high expectations, this was one of the best rooms I have ever done including ones in other states. Production value was very high and I really felt immersed in the world. I love that there were no traditional or lazy escape room puzzles. Everything was very interactive. I also loved how there were as many hints as needed. I am a fan of seeing the whole story as opposed to feeling like I overcame a very frustrating challenge so I am glad I got to see the whole experience. I will not only come back myself but will recommend The Bureau to anyone in the area!
Neither me or my parents have done this before in our lives! I didn t tell them what was going to happen, I took them as a surprise! After the Game Show, my dad said: this was even more fun that I expected! We were all so connected and focus on the Trivia s, on the ganes! We had so much fun! I definitely recommend this experience! We arrived 15 minutes prior so we could sign our waivers ! Our guide was really fun ! Me and my parents are immigrants, our english is not the best! But we could understand everything and participate in the whole experience! Actually we almost won! We just didn t because of the very LAST trivia question!
I searched for an escape/ adventure room near our preceding dinner venue. I then checked Groupon for a coinciding deal. I read the reviews and decided to go for it! I liked the speakeasy vibe to find the office. The waiting room was welcoming and themed. We got there a bit early but only had to wait about 15mins. Once we entered the room, there was plenty to interact with. When we appeared to be stuck, gratefully the staff dropped a hint to our pad. Our group was very excited to resolve the clues we did on our own but the hints given definitely helped us not feel stuck . The premise was slightly different than traditional escape rooms & it was a fun mix-up. Would definitely recommend and considered returning for other adventures!
The Bureau is one of the most fun escape/adventure rooms Ive ever been to. You can tell they really pay attention to detail here. The rooms are incredibly immersive with puzzles that dont feel chosen at random, but feels like one leads to the other based on whats happening in the story. Along with that the staff has always been incredibly friendly. Everyone there seems like they care about what they are doing and really want to do a good job. Id recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience. Its a lot of fun!
Whatever you do.....do not play the robot rebellion. Stupidest escape room I have ever been in. Its one of those where they just shove you into the next room, whether your getting the clues or not. One of the rooms you couldnt complete it because the touch screen was broke. Do not I repeat do not play this room.. I have played over a hundred escape rooms. This is the worst room and waste of money. we will never be back.
This was the best escape room I have ever done and best escape room I ever will have done please make more locations near Toronto area or maybe dont because you will make us go bankrupt. Best employees who were themselves escape room enthusiasts and new all the best places to go to. Overall best escape rooms ever!
Went with a group of three for a bday activity. I LOVED everything about it. We completed, the Dr. BrainGood mission. I cant say too much , but it was definitely fun. This was a beginner friendly. It was very interactive and encourages teamwork. I can wait to go back for the other rooms.
This was our second time going and it again was, again, an awesome experience! We did the Puppet Heist adventure and it was so cute and clever, the puzzles are interactive & fun (no locks and keys!). Ophelia and Covey were great hosts. These are the best escape rooms weve been to, and weve tried probably 5 or 6 other companies. Its immersive, the theme and game starts at booking and runs throughout the experience, the rooms are large and unlike any other experience weve been to so far. Its so cool! 10/10 recommend!!
From the booking experience to end of our journey it was phenomenal. 9 of us escaped the Lab At Loch Ness, definitely the best experience for most of it being our first time. Bobby was super helpful and very detailed making sure we all had a great time. Looking forward to checking out the other rooms they offer.
What an amazing experience! From walking into the lobby to playing through their Posession room, every single one of us said same thing at the end, WOW!! Not only are their rooms top notch, the innovation behind the no locks or keys simply blew me away. The level of immersion in each room throws you right into the story with no hesitation. This is something no other escape room has been able to accomplish, until now. Hands down, The Bureau has the best escape rooms available in this greater Orlando area and I genuinely cannot wait to come back and experience the rest of what they have to offer!! Still not convinced? They also have a selection of Craft Beers, wines, energy drinks and sodas for sale.
My wife and I do escape rooms all over, and after experiencing many different escape room styles, we found this one to be particularly unique among many of them that weve played. We really enjoyed the special entrance, the staff, and our room. We did the UFO themed room and were able to get out with a tiny bit of time to spare, haha! It was a good challenge and it was definitely refreshing to play a room without all the keys and locks that most escape rooms have. This one felt more organic and less puzzley. Overall, it was a great time for us and we hope to come back!5 out of 5 stars from us!
I dont write reviews very often, but Im going to be honest here in that they really, really want to push for reviews, which tells me that they need the support. And you know what, I had a great time with my daughter, so Im going to offer my support. My daughter was down from college and just wanted to get out and do something before going back to dorm life. She suggested an escape room. Something thats not an all-day affair like the theme parks. She started looking through the websites and she...
came across The Bureau. What really made the decision for us was the video for the mission. Its just so stupid in a good way and fun and right up our alley. https://youtu.be/PZM3kbpFldM Its my first escape room but she has done a couple in the past. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I had a great time with my kiddo. Whether youre a tourist looking for a break from the theme parks or a local just looking for something different, we had a blast. Obviously, the company youre with can make or break the experience, but the room we chose was quirky just like us. So, give it a try.
This is the most unpleasant escape room experience me and my friend have ever had. It was not worth 41$ each person. We went to the Robot Rebellion, the technology is advanced; however, the plot is too simple, the puzzles are not enjoyable to solve. Also when we got to the second room, a screen malfunctioned and we were unable to solve the rest of the puzzle for that room and there were no communication devices except for the hint tablet, we had to press the hint button and the staff just opened the door to the next room without us finishing solving the puzzle. The puzzles just feel perfunctory. It also ended very suddenly. It s just not worth the money.
had a great time and loved the possession game, covey was an amazing host when we came in so sweet and inviting! alex was our game master and they were super attentive and very kind when we got out! overall a great experience!! thank you <33 we will be back
