Normally, I probably would have given this place 3 stars since it was an average escape room experience. What made it worth four stars? Was the staff. We walked in without a reservation and we were told that it would take about an hour and a half before we would be able to go into the room, after hanging out for a few minutes. They said that they could get us into a room right now if we were willing to go into whichever room they chose. We did and it was a lot of fun. We ended up being there. Not...
much longer than we had originally expected. Without their friendly staff helping us out, we would have been in for a long wait. I dont remember the name of the room that we went into, but we were able to successfully beat it but it took our group of six working together. I would definitely go back. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible

Great experience with exciting rooms. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The Asylum room kept us on our toes the whole time!! Definitely a must while visiting Orlando, Florida.

Amazing rooms! We did the majority of the rooms on our holiday to Orlando, with only one left to complete. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to these if visiting Florida. The only thing which can sometimes prove tricky is the parking which is supposedly reserved for people who have booked escape rooms, is sometimes just taken by anyone, leaving it difficult to park a car anywhere close by.

Games where ok, kind of complex, defenetly need 10 ppl or at least 5 adults. Customer services was ok. The game master spoke too close to the mic making clues difficult to hear and gave us clues to puzzles we already figured out but had not completed at that moment.. ...other than that fun!

My wife and I were itching for an experience like this! My dogs great grandfather recommended this to us last minute while we were in Florida! We signed and escaped The Contract with a minute left to go. Thats faster than my pet hampster can escape my fridge with the carrots I normally buy on a Sunday! It blew my socks off of my feet, matter of fact I think I left them there as a tip or something, enjoy those, I havent washed them. This is an experience so great that not even going to the moon can beat! The Tysons for the WIN!!! Ohhhhhhh.... AND THANK YOU LUIS!!!!!!

My family and I had so much fun, we came back again in the same week to do another one! We did Asylum first and it was indeed pretty terrifying! Then we came back to do the worlds hardest escape room The Caretaker. We escaped both! We also had my 14 year old sister with us, so both were appropriate for younger ones too.

ASYLUM!!! Michelle and Kelvin were awesome! This was the 1st escape room for our 14 and 12 year olds. While we felt that we were but one or two clues away from solving it, we likely needed 15 more minutes. The special effects were great and the puzzles challenging. We definitely would recommend Americas Escape Game Orlando. We are thinking about coming back tomorrow to do another one!

Fantastic experience! We went through the asylum and had a great time!!! We reserved one day in advance, and it was an easy experience! My advice: trust your instincts and talk out loud with your room members. Worth every penny of the experience.

Very fun experience, especially if you want to have a mental challenge for the family. The facility was very clean! The staff were courteous, helpful, and for first time escapees, patient! There are multiple escape challenges to try. We had so much fun we did 2 escapes during our visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone try this place out!!!

Went with the family to do the Asylum room. It was highly rated and our group felt it was possible to complete it as we have done several escape rooms over the years. We walked into the establishment and immediately noticed their success rate on the various escape rooms they had going on at the time. Asylum was the 2nd toughest room with a 15% success rate. We started to 2nd guess ourselves on completing it. We were greeted and then walked as a group into the room where we watched the preliminary...
rules video followed by the theme video of the room. Then, it was time to get started. We had just 1 hour to complete the escape with 3 help clues. We ended up using all 3 of our clues but the room monitor seemed to by detached from our progress and to our needs as his assistance was delayed which held us up. Plus, one of our room clues was completely missing from the room and the room assistant had to slide it up underneath the door to us. This also held us up. We all felt we should have been awarded extra 5 minutes of game play for being so disadvantaged but that wasn t offered to us. And then the time ran out. We were minutes to completion but we failed. We still had a fun time. This was our 3rd time visiting this America s escape room in Orlando. We make it a point to go there whenever we get into town for family visits. Rooms are very challenging. It s a good idea to come with a group of friends/family to share in the experiences together. Not cheap to do but a good way to spend some quality time together and build some really great memories.

The staff is extremely friendly and the direction is clear. The rooms are challenging and the game really fosters team building. We did pandemic and the scenerio was pretty interesting. The props are well designed and matches the theme of the room. I would definitely recommend this for a large group or a corporate event.

I would like to start by saying that Americas Escape Game Orlando was amazing! The staff was very helpful, funny, and quick to resolve a situation that occurred during our time there. We booked, for our group of 8, the Pandemic room. The room was very well themed and gave everyone in our group an opportunity to solve different puzzles. Unfortunately, towards the end, there was a minor malfunction that made escaping the room impossible. The staff were quick to realize the situation and provided excellent...
customer service to remedy the situation. They offered our entire group of 8 the opportunity to experience a different room free of charge. We worked out the details and were actually able to experience another room right away. We ventured into The Lost Tomb of Monthu room. This room was amazingly well themed and once again offered everyone in our party the opportunity to solve different puzzles along the way. Amazingly we were able to escape the room with just under 90 seconds left!! Thank you once again to the staff of Americas Escape Game Orlando for hosting our party and providing our group with great service during our entire time there. We are all already making plans to come back and experience the other rooms!

Weve completed several rooms at this location and have enjoyed ourselves each time. The staff is always great, from booking through facilitation of the the escape room experience. The first game we completed at this location was their old Face Off room which had us sold on their experiences. Weve competed The Lost Tomb of Monthu, Asylum, Pandemic, The Contract, and the Caretaker rooms at this location and enjoyed all of them. Asylum was a bit creepy but had some great elements that were...
unique to that experience. We had a larger group for that one and were able to successfully complete the room. The Contract had a unique scoring system that added a new layer of excitement to the escape room experience since you had the opportunity to win extra money that you could count up at the end of the game. The Caretaker room had some scare elements as well, including loud noises and other items. The rooms are well crafted with lots of details that add to the stories they are telling as part of the experience. As big fans of escape rooms, we have to say that this is a great location for them. Book in advance to make sure your entire group can be accommodated together. If you book on a slow day, you may not be grouped with other customers.

It was pretty fun. Hard. But fun. I mean we used all three clues in the first room once the employee left us. And there were 8 of us. I would say the employees are super nice, and the experience is cool, but a bit overpriced and seems like it could be a bit more immersive of an experience.

We love escape rooms and have successfully finished many on I drive. This place has some of the hardest ones. We are typically mom and son duo, sometimes hubby is of and can join. We have done the contract and the tomb so far.... both were fun, somethings a little more tricky than others. We will be back to try other rooms but we were shocked the tomb has 6 rooms, we made it through 5.

It has become a tradition of mine for my birthday that I do an escape room, and Americas Escape Game has proven once again to be an excellent place to go to satisfy this tradition. We had already signed our waivers digitally when we bought the tickets, so we were able to come in and pretty much start. Our Host was Lauren and she was sweet and helpful. She proved to be an excellent source of info and fun. As for the room itself, it was very nicely done. The puzzles were designed well, and the atmosphere...
of the room (we did Revenge of the Tomb this time) was exactly what I wanted out of the Ancient Egyptian theme. I thought it was well crafted for sure. We did it with 6 people, and escaped with ~18 min left. I will continue to recommend my friends use Americas Escape Game as theyve put on several escape rooms here and in South FL that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend them!

So much fun!! Some riddles are a bit hard but you have 3 free clues. You have to work together as a group if you do you can win! I actually had a winning group. You work together to solve puzzles, riddles, & a way out of the room. Its pretty cool & they make it all scary & real looking. They people there are very nice & helpful.

Very good experience, you can go with your own group, not like others, you have to do with another groups.

We did the Asylum escape room on our visit here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us through the waiver process and then brought us into the room. They explained everything to us and also were very attentive while we were in the room. At one point the speaker to the room went out so they paused our escape and brought us a walkie talkie to contact them with if needed. This was a great experience and we will definitely visit again.

Do not go here. Overpriced and not fun at all. The puzzle our group did made no sense, with clues not even relevant to the plot. Some activities were very time consuming and pointless. Staff was not very nice, trying to shove us into the room in order to get rid of us.

Very frustrating when EVERY ROOM WEVE DONE HERE we got ahead bc of intuition and a worker physically walked in amd INTERRUPTED our game and said oh sorry you cant do that yet that wasnt supposed to happen and made us walk out of the second room into the first. Then the second time we went we did the contract and again instead of voicing over the speaker, the person walked straight into the room and interrupted our game. Very frustrating. Do the rooms in the tampa location, the quality is better anyway.

Our party of 8 played the Gold Rush room. It was great fun, and the room design is awesome compared to escape rooms we have in Maine. Cassie was our game guide, and while we did escape, we needed several clues along the way to point us in the right direction. If we had more time in town, we definitely would have done another room!

We had a good time! Puzzles were quite challenging. We had to use all 3 hints, but we made it out.

I had so much fun at Crisis at 1600 escape room. Our game master was so nice, he didnt even make us use clues for anything he told us. At one point a marker stopped working and we couldnt figure out the puzzle without it so he just told us the answer without taking a clue off! They were so nice and professional. Defiantly recommend for groups of 4-5 people. We seemed to do fine with 5.
