The Escape Game Jacksonville

It s been a while since I ve done an escape room, and The Escape Game Jacksonville got me fired back up again! LOVED the design of the room! There were so many cool elements I d never seen before. Did I mention they give unlimited hints?! This is great for groups new to escape rooms, or if you re running into something really challenging and need a little extra help. After completing Special Ops, I m making it my mission to complete all of the rooms at this location. 10/10 recommend!

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my group of friends and the experience here was amazing! Staff were nice and understanding. Our person who guided us through the playground game was awesome and sweet, I wish I knew her name, I can t remember! She gave us a good amount of hints to help us throughout the game when we got a little stuck. Overall, great experience with staff and in the playground room, would definitely come again to do another escape room!

Sean and Caesar absolutely showed us an amazing time. Caesar was a great host and got us all ready for The Heist. Sean guided us without overstepping. We made it out because of him. He asked for our feedback and how the space could be improved. We will definitely be back for Prison Break!!

Awesome time with coworkers. We enjoyed the escape with 20 minutes leftover. Fun problem solving.

Went a week or so ago with my new husband and our friends. We were on our honeymoon and they were celebrating a birthday. While we were in the escape room, gold rush, all of the staff signed cards for us and for our friends birthday. They also gave us free t-shirts! Everyone was so friendly and so enthusiastic. If we lived in the area we would go back again... and again and again just for how nice they were. But the escape room itself was so much fun too! Our room attendant gave us helpful hints when necessary but let us figure it out for ourselves when we wanted. It was just the right level of difficulty and so much fun! Thank you!

Great experience and so much fun! This is my second visit and first with my kids. Dom was super helpful when we were stuck. Difficulty level is up there so it doesnt feel like its too easy, but hard enough to make you feel accomplished. I definitely recommend.

Jared did an amazing job hosting and doing a special great for my daughters birthday. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a fantastic experience! My family just celebrated a birthday here and escaped the Gold Rush! Travis was beyond helpful & friendly during the reservation process. Ashley made check-in a breeze with a smile. Lastly, Parker was very kind and an excellent guide. We escaped with 20 seconds to spare!! I only wish making the experience a private one was less expensive. Thank you The Escape Game for a terrific experience!! :)

This will forever be the best escape room experience I will ever have and will do. Ive done over 30 escape rooms in my life and this place alone has two rooms that make the top 3. Just themselves and their personalities alone made this an extremely memorable experience. If their higher ups are reading this, I would definitely give them a raise because I can guarantee that they make me wanna keep coming back and telling my friends and family about this place again and again and again.

We had a fantastic experience as first-timers. My wife and I got paired with a family of five who were also first-timers. The guide was great and we ended up solving the escape puzzle with 2 minutes to spare. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing time and a great experience! It was by far the best escape room we have tried to date. This was our first time there but we have already made plans to try another room as our entire family could not stop raving about it. We tried the playroom for my twin 8yo daughters birthday and not only was it fun and entertaining for them, but difficult enough for all the adults. I also have to give a huge shout out to the staff, as they were all extremely kind and they even wrote and signed a birthday card for my daughters by the time we got out. First time at this escape room venue and absolutely loved the rich decor that envelopes you in the theme of the room the second you walk in. Staff were casual, welcoming, and rules were minimal. Loved that we could take our phones in with us!!

Kyle was an incredible game master. Took my spouse there for their birthday and the staff gave us a very special birthday picture!! We ve played at this location 3 times and each time the staff has been so incredibly nice and overall a very fun challenge with exciting sets and stories to boot! I highly recommend anyone looking for a fun escape room experience to check out this location! Again, thank you guys so much! We look forwards to coming back for the other sets!

Raven was awesome we had so much fun, it was a great challenge for us to use as a team building work event. We will definitely be coming back and I will be bringing my whole family

Super fun way to spend an hour with family. We went on Mother s Day and did Prison Break. Made our reservations and filled out waivers online. Arrived like 30 minutes early and since we had everything ready, we just waited until our room was ready. The puzzles were well thought out and reasonable solvable. It was nice to be able to get a hint when we needed. We ended up escaping with 5 seconds to spare. So much fun!

This was such a great family experience! We came with our kids to do the Gold Rush. We were amazed by the surprising twists and turns. Megan was so sweet and helped make my birthday celebration special!

What a beautiful way to spend the evening with girlfriends and new friends. We decided to Escape from the 2nd hardest room. So much fun.! A special shout out to Sydney for her incredible service and going over and beyond to make sure we had a great time, most of all WE ESCAPED!! Woo hoo! The Escape Game Jacksonville creates a great escape room experience. This is the third time we ve been to this location and we really love the different rooms. They have all been incredibly immersive and well decorated. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. This last visit we had Ashley as our game host. She did a great job of welcoming us, explaining the process, and helping out when we needed it. Great times had by all.

The puzzles were very challenging, but not overly difficult, so made it very fun!! Very unique room. The staff were excellent!

The playground was so much fun! I would recommend visiting here to destress. I would return often.

Bree was super sweet and helpful! (I hope I spelled that right) definitely recommend coming here it s a great environment and the games are super fun, inclusive, and lots of clues! We did 3 games in one day :)

We not only had an awesome time with friendly staff like Cesar, but they would pay attention to little details like a personalized celebration card for what we were celebrating. Thanks to Ashley for the clues! There were cool tricks in The Heist room as well.

My husband and I have almost done all of the rooms at Jax Escape Game, we are stoked whether we solve it or not, it s always been a blast! Also, the escape room was cool, but Devin? Man that guy rocks

Admittedly not an escape room goer, but I had a blast. The puzzles were really cool. I played Prison Break and it was difficult, but definitely doable. Highly recommend. The staff was also extremely nice.
