Escape the Room DC (Penn Quarter)

Juwan served us well! And we had so much fun!!!!! Even when our group started frustrated and nervous about trying for the first time it became fun!! Great atmosphere!

Like many escape rooms, this one is getting tired and shabby. Not too much variety in the puzzles and atmosphere was a bit stale. In other rooms, we have had a bit of a scene-setting introduction and clues at good times when we are struggling. We were just put in this room with little explanation and clues were poorly timed, but still appreciated. We went on a quiet night which may have been part of it, but still... Good generic escape room. Too expensive for what it is, even given the location.

A bit tricky to find as its in the basement of a nondescript building next to a gelato place. Once you get inside, it is awesome! We did Jurassic Escape and the experience was very cool and immersive with some fun nods to the movie. Our game master was helpful, doing out hints with just the right timing. Lots of fun highly recommend!

The room was so fun and so humbling. There is no way my group would have made it without April. I definitely recommend it we had a great time!

So cool! We did The Dig and The Agency and they were really cool! They really care about making your experience fun and unique, they re always present if you need help and April and Phillip made our experience very very fun! Will definitely be returning to try the Jurassic Room!

I have done many escape rooms. This was probably the worst one I have done. There were a couple of interesting features; however, our group found it frustrating that we couldn t get engagement from our game guide when we had a question or needed a clue. Some of the clues were near impossible to come up with or understand. I would definitely not come here to play another room for those reasons.

This was challenging but it was definitely a fun experienced. Phil did an amazing job putting the room together. Our team were going crazy but managed to get all the codes. Overall we enjoyed our time here. Thank you Phil for the great customer service!

SO much fun! Went with a group. NiAra was our clue master and she made it really cool! Would recommend.

Juwan was our Clue Master. We did Jurassic room. Awesome awesome room. Difficult room as well. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Juwan was so nice to us! We did the dinosaur room and he was so patient with us. The rooms here have been the coolest Ive seen as well, really well thought out and technical! Will be coming back again

This was the best escape room I ve done, the rooms were well designed and the clues were provided at the perfect intervals to help us complete each task without rushing us along. Phil was the perfect clue master, setting the tone for a fun time right from the start.

First off, I wanted to give a shout out to the manager April. She was so friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She assisted us finding the best game for us in very short notice. April made our experience an amazing one. Thank you!

Did the Jurassic escape room. It was an amazing time! Dr Phil was amazing and very helpful with clues in our time of need. Only made it about 50-60% way through, but the tasks were the perfect difficulty and creativity level. Will definitely come back!

Had a great time doing The Agency - and we won! Ni ara was a super friendly host and made sure we had a lot of fun doing the escape room.

ANTONIO was an absolute delight to have as our game master! He was super friendly from the start and thorough with the instructions. My fiancé and I have completed 15+ rooms across the US & Canada, but I have to be honest The Dig definitely stumped us (it s also their easiest room). We barely got out with a handful of clues, but Antonio made sure we didn t give up and nudged us in the right direction. Definitely coming back for more!

Ni Ara was super friendly and made the experience so much better! Jurassic is the first escape room that I didn t make it out of. So now I m super excited to return and try the others.

Ni ara was the best escape master guide. This was the most fun I had so far this summer and I would love to do it again!

April was AMAZING! Our team building exercise was amazing and we had a blast in both the Dig and Jurrasic Park rooms! We will definitely be back!
