Beat The Bomb DC

We were looking for a group activity that was similar to an escape room and ended up finding something better. Without giving too much away, the puzzles were great and required everyone s participation. When I say everyone - I mean it - everyone had to pull their own weight. It was one of the better places I ve been to where everyone in the party had a fabulous time. We ended up winning the game and chose to still get blasted with paint. Overall amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our experience! They have lockers for your things while you go through the rooms. The waiting area is huge and the bar/food service is available while you wait. There are screens to watch the groups ahead of you and the last game is in a room open for all to watch. The puzzles were really fun and challenging. I had to take off my plastic suit during the laser challenge cause it got hot but I had no issues afterwards. My friends got a package so we ended up getting a shirt and a drink token as well. I d definitely take others here if I lived in the area. Great fun for the age group we had(13-42).

We were on a corporate retreat (there was 6 of us) and decided this would be a really fun way to get a better understanding of how everybody works together outside the office. Read full review attentive and they were there to make sure everyone is safe (once you get done in the rooms and you re headed to be bombed, there s lots of slippery area). Let s talk DRINKS! Haha , I ended up getting the blue Hawaii very tropical drink, which was a slushy and it was really good! I m not someone who really wants to taste the alcohol in a drink so if you re like me, these are perfect. I don t wanna go into too much detail on the different rooms, cause I feel that ruins it, but there are 3 different options of blasts at the end: the slime bomb, the foam bomb, and the paint bomb. We chose the paint bomb and it was worth it. I believe you have to be at least 8 to participate which means the paint is washable and non toxic. They give you a hazmat suit to wear while you go through the rooms that will protect your clothing from getting anything on them ( For anyone wondering about whether you ll be able to fit the Hazmat, I wear a 3XL and I had room, they have sizes for everyone . They also have FREE LOCKERS for you to put your belongings in while you go through the rooms. After a certain time, I believe you have to have a valid photo ID to enter because there is a bar at the facility. I recommend buying tickets in advance because they are very popular!

This is a great time. For the friends that dont do escape rooms. This is the one for them. Full of fun and physical activities.

Ahhhh-mazing experience! Ages 12-38 yrs, all of us had a great time. Would recommend to keep the suit unzipped, especially in the laser room- it gets hot so hydrate before you arrive! So fun and engaging!

Great space, each of the games were fun and engaging. Team worked well but it was hard to hear sometimes. The drinks were good but the yellow Margarita didnt taste good tho so avoid. The people were so nice and supportive. And if you win (which we did) you get to choose to get sprayed

We were visiting my daughter from Ohio, and she made the plans for us to go for her baby brothers 18th birthday. My family absolutely loved this place! Would recommend to everyone!

So much fun. Free lockers to store your stuff. Def make sure to get there early to sign waivers. Great customer service. The lady giving instructions was so patient and kind, considering she had to repeat directions over and over. Also love that we got photo and video taken for us! Our group had a great time. Only thing that was not ideal: seating and waiting area isn t huge. There was a large party happening the day we went so we couldn t sit for a bit. Parking around here was easy too. Totally worth the experience overall!

Had a great time here! It s simple and straightforward- place is well put together, and chill. Perfect for a fun evening with a couple friends. The bar staff are pleasant, and nice. I can see myself hanging out here on a stool without beating the bomb. Didn t try the food, but it looked super chill. Do recommend!

This was so fun, really for all ages! A little overpriced, but it was really memorable. It gets hot during the games before the paint, so dress in layers so you can wear minimal clothing in the suit. They have lockers you can store stuff in. Your shoes and clothes may still get paint on them.. and we all left with paint on our face that would show up in a black light. Went with a group of friends for a graduation party, and we had a blast literally! We did the paint mission, and each 10 min level was fun and challenging! The suits get really hot so I recommend wearing something that isn t too hot. The whole experience took about an hour to finish. Would definitely come back and try out the foam mission and play some of the games outside of the escape room portion!

Really nice addition to the city. Didnt know what to expect but we had a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday. The place is new but properly staffed and managed. They really make it easy for you so just follow their instructions and you will be fine. In addition, the food and drinks are very tasty and everything comes out quickly. Also, Bryant deserves a special mention as he really took care of us. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and fun experience in the city.

Shout out to Em and Mikayla!! We came for a corporate event and they took amazing care of us during our event! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from the food, drink and game bay. Hands down recommend Beat the Bomb with these 2 gems to take care of your party!!

10/10 experience and customer service overall. From the beginning to end, it was a total vibe! Special shout out to our favorites: Shawn + Beno who made our bomb sliming experience amazing and kept us laughing! Definitely coming back and would recommend anyone to go if you haven t!

Beat the Bomb experience was great! When we entered the establishment, we was greeted by the security guy ( Chris ) who was the coolest. He pointed us to the desk where we had to check in. Thats where we met the host ( Ms. Em ). She was the BOMB herself. She was so polite and informative. As my party of 4 walked through the establishment... We were introduced to one of the best bartenders that I have encountered ( Mr. Fish ). He made my group feel real welcomed. The whole experience was very nice. We will return at a near future date!! My girlfriends took me here for my birthday. I saw the add on IG and thought it seemed cool but it was more exciting than I could have expected. Beno was great and he kept the energy up while we had all the energy in the world. It s great with a group, there were 4 of us.

I went today it was Great!!!! I enjoyed the atmosphere, the games, and food. The bar tender Michaela was awesome with the drinks. We took three pre-teens they had a great time as well with the foam package. I would highly recommend this place for family fun..or ladies night out or a birthday party place.You can choose the package you desire for your day of fun.

It was a good time with Michaela behind the bar. She made the experience so much fun for our group of 11! Definitely coming back next time were in the area!

I came here with a group of friends and it was so much fun. I didn t know what to expect when walking in, but from the moment I stepped into this place it was such a fun and friendly vibe. The staff was helpful and just super fun and friendly. Highly recommend for any age they have family times during the day and nighttime vibes for couples and adults.

This place is an outstanding location to take the family, ladies or guys night out! Its like your part of a live video game. Ours kids had an extremely pleasant time doing the interactive games. The service was on point and our bartender, Michaela, made sure we had everything we needed! We didnt have to wait or walk to bar for great service
