Best escape room Ive done. We did Jewel of the Sea for Fathers Day. Great theming. Engaging puzzles that involved everyone from the kids to grandparents. Nothing cheap like combo locks which Im not a fan of. A bit dark/intense for our 4yo but she was fine with a bit of reassuring. Highly recommend for all and specially for families!

Some of the nicest staff around. Their newest game Jewel of the Sea exceeds all expectations for an escape room. An all around fun time from beginning to end. Delightful and warranted spontaneous applause in the middle of the experience!

This was a really well done and detailed escape room. Our whole group loved the atmosphere, theme and creativity of the puzzles. The only downside was, the room itself was a little too easy for us. I think it would be great if youre inexperienced but if youve done a few rooms and feel confident in your skill level, this may be a bit too easy for you. But would still be a good option to bring your friend who hasnt...

Celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Intrepid escape rooms in Orange county and it was so much! My husband and I had done many escape rooms in the past but it was always with friends. This time I wanted to be special and to just be him and I. Intrepid staff were so kind and helpful and they really amplied the fantasy for us. I recommend this for anyone seeking a great puzzle escape with a partner or even a few friends.

I love taking my kids (ages 10 and 8) here for a fun and unique experience. Danny has helped us both times and has been great. It s challenging but very rewarding to succeed at the end as a team and family. My kids absolutely love coming here and we highly recommend it. Book with Danny, She s the best!

What a fun experience!! 6 of us went to do the new pirate-themed escape room as a mix of first timer and experienced team members and had such a great time between the very wonderful Danni who helped facilitate the room, and some awesome puzzles none of us had ever experienced before! Were hoping to go again next week!

My family loved solving the escape room and finding the Relic! We all had so much fun! Can t wait to come back and try the Terminal. The room is very clean and new and the lobby is amazing. We ve been to some places that seem so old and dusty. This place was great! The only problem we had was hearing the clues because the cool sounds overlapped the voice for the clues. Our amazing host, Lindsay I believe was her name, said that was fixable and she would turn it up.

This was a really fun experience for the twins and my boyfriend. They have not done an escape room and was excited to participate in one. The atmosphere of the place was nice and so was the worker. She was of great help. Highly recommend when in town.

Went here with my family for a birthday. Great time. We did the Terminal Room and it was a blast. Great design, clever puzzles, and cool props. Everyone got a chance to shine and we managed to pull it off together. Good bonding experience and we spent dinner talking about the parts of it, since we had some some splitting up into smaller teams. Booked to do a different room with the same crew in about a month!

Had an amazing time! We played Stolen Relic and loved it! The design is beautiful and it has unique puzzles! Our game master Miles was super nice and gave us so much information after. Will definitely be back! Edit: went back and did Terminal! Yanet was our game master and she was awesome!!! Super great one for beginners!

This place is INCREDIBLE. The staff were super friendly, and our Cluemaster Charles was amazing at his role. We played The Stolen Relic, and as an escape room designer myself, this was one of my favorite rooms Ive ever played. I was blown away by the creativity. Definitely go check this place out!

This was my familys first escape room. It was a ton of fun, a good challenge, and an amazing memory for us all! Charles was really nice as well and did a great job making even the intro to the room fun for us. I would highly recommend this experience if your family likes a reasonable challenge and a good puzzle. We are all looking forward to trying the other escape room here in the future!

The first time escapee in the group really enjoyed himself! The decor in the room (AND IN THE LOBBY) really takes you to a new world. The Relic was family friendly but still challenging enough to get your wheels turning. Overall, we had a great night out with the family! We will definitely be back for more once they introduce new rooms.

Our family had a great time solving the Stolen Relic at Intrepid Escape Rooms! It was so much fun working on it together! The decor of the room fit the theme perfectly and there were some interesting surprises to the puzzles! The staff was super friendly and personable too! All in all, it was a fabulous family night out and we highly recommend it!

I d like to start out that Miles is a GREAT game master! He was very informative and never broke character throughout our entire game, even when we ask for a hint. The room terminal was incredibly well decorated and the puzzles were a lot of fun! We definitely will come back to try out their other rooms!

Our group of 5 played the Stolen Relic escape room. What a spectacular experience it was. Miles helped create an immersive experience in addition to the scenic elements of the lobby and intro area. I felt the immersion the moment I walked in and even the restroom had me stay within the word, Intrepid. Wonderful branding seriously in more ways than one. The room was small compared to other games Ive done but that did not mean it was not capable of meeting the escape room enthusiast standards. There was a lot to do and many really cool puzzles that Ive never seen before and were still intuitive. I dont want to spoil this experience anymore by giving details, just go!!

I had my baby shower here a week ago and so many of my friends and family have continually commented on how much they loved it! We were able to book the entire facility including a party room and kitchen for a few hours so it was a completely private event. And my guests got to play the escape rooms during the party, which was honestly so much more fun than your typical baby shower games :). The staff were all super accommodating and worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. I highly recommend having a party of any type here! Thanks to Charles, Yanet, and Krista for being a great staff!

We started on Terminal, we managed to complete it, it s more the beginners room, so we decided to do the second room The Stolen Relic and this was more challenging and definitely a more in depth room! Something for beginners and experts here! The staff are super friendly, good at playing their roles and Jungle Jim the Parrot was an amazing touch! All round a great experience and whether you re from the states or visiting from overseas this is a must do experience if you re new to escape rooms or a seasoned pro!

Pretty new place, and definitely worth it. On the higher-end of production value for sure compared to a lot of other venues, lots of clever tricks and quality props, and not just an endless hunt for keys and codes. Dani was our gamemaster and was great!

The staff of Family Promise of Orange County had a blast with this fantasy experience. Once in the room, the clues were varied and intriguing while some of the reveals were startling but fun. Our group of seven all had success with some aspect of the discoveries and we escaped with only four minutes remaining. One recommendation, bring some kind of light as the room is necessarily dim.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had the pleasure of having Yanet help me coordinate my son s birthday party and she was amazing. The facility was super cute and after the kids did their escape room, we had a party room to ourselves for them to eat and play games afterwards. Such a fun place!!

We did the stolen relic room and it was so much fun! Our party had young kids and adults and everyone loved it. They were also very accommodating for wheelchairs which was nice. The room was super interactive and the clues were clever and challenging! Our guide made the experience enjoyable and the other staff members were really friendly. Would definitely recommend this escape room!

Dani did a great job explaining the room and had great showmanship! The Terminal was a little tricky to figure out at the beginning, but definitely figured it out once we got our groove. Great with the hints too!

We had so much fun here. I didnt know what to expect as my daughter got this for her dad for Fathers Day and I joined in. What a blast! I really recommend this as a fun family thing to do.

Amazingly fun! Whole staff were great, especially Justin! The games aren t as challenging as others and they assist from the beginning so even first timers would do great here. 10/10 would recommend

We did The Stolen Relic room and it was so fun! The room was decorated really nicely and the puzzles were not too hard nor too easy. Our host, Miles, was also sooo great and made the experience even better!

I can t say enough great things about Intrepid! We came here with a group of 10 girls for my daughter s 10th birthday. Every person at Intrepid was extremely helpful in making this day great! They were so patient with all the questions that I had before even booking. When we were there for the party, Krysta was a great party host and Charles did a fantastic job running the Terminal escape room. Read full review! I liked that they allowed me to be in the room with the kids to help them and didn t charge me like most of the other places that I was researching. I would 100% suggest anyone who is thinking to have an escape room experience here, definitely do it! All the touches were so thoughtful and the party room after the escape room was a perfect place to do lunch and birthday cake and hang out!

We did Terminal it was such a cool New York Subway theme. The game master was great ! Shoutout to Justin he gave the best service. We completed the room with no hints ! Would definitely come back!

Had a very good time with my 8 year old twins, our host Danni is one of the best escape room hosts we have had. Highly recommended!

First time players: 1 adult and 3 kids under 11. Very fun! Puzzles were challenging and surprising, but solvable (with a lot of hints from the patient game host). Will definitely visit again! Minor Spoiler below! One tricky part for the kids was an old style communication device. Not an issue to gameplay, just an amusing reminder of how old I am.
