Nathan, one of the workers, did a good job last night when we went. Very friendly place, was not hard to find like other reviews had stated. We just used Google maps and it took us right to the door. They sent a text out before the game to remind you of the reservation, which gave directions if you needed them. I also had a problem using a certificate I got on the online website, called and they took care of it super fast. The room we did the puzzles were in a linear fashion.

The location we visited was in Temecula, Ca. For some reason there is not a location tag for it though. The guy who worked at the front desk at the Temecula location had this really deep voice and was great. He was very accommodating and very helpful. Im not sure what I was expecting when I visited this escape room for a party, but for me it was lacking. It seemed like someone rented out 3 small office rooms, made one a reception area and then turned the other two small rooms into a little place...
to put a couple of riddles. The 1st room had a couple of different props but most things were written in marker on the wall and just a couple things hanging and it looked like I could have made it to be honest. The second room was a little better as far as actually looking like someone spent a little money trying to make this look like a legit business. At $30 per person they need to put some money into the design. #LocalGuides

Unfortunately this (Lodge) was the worst escape room I have done. I have done 30+ escape rooms and this one left me so confused. The clues/puzzles did not make sense. I wanted to leave as fast as I could once we were done.

THE FUNNEST TIME IVE HAD WITH MY FAMILY IN A LONG TIME! The gentleman was so patient with us throughout our entire time, they had a nice game room to kill time as our group arrived. Was very affordable and worth the hour! PRO TIP: Use the Groupon or even go through them directly, they are always willing to honor the Groupon rate!

This was my first experience with escape rooms and with no expectations I had an amazingly fun time with my fellow escapees. The puzzles were engaging and very challenging. Led to some spirited interactions. Would love to try the other rooms.

My wife brought my sons here. The staff is very friendly but the equipment is in terrible shape. Your protective equipment should be in great shape or you should replace it as soon as possible. I encourage you to increase your prices if thats whats holding you back from upgrading your equipment. Safety shouldnt be compromised!

very tiny rooms, in a crowded and messy building. lots of trash and looks disorganized and unsafe. we did the paint room and it is a filthy corner. they give plastic poncho and head/feet covers but legs and other areas exposed. paint and brushes are gross. are you just supposed to stand and paint at the broken easels? do you throw paint at each other and get it all over yourselves? we were disappointed as soon as we saw the room and left quickly. everyone agreed it was a terribly...
thought through experience rage room was a tiny corner where they give you some keyboards and glass bottles to break. super tiny and looked filthy as well, the people walking out were complaining ive been to many similar experiences and escape rooms. this was just a subpar version of those. not creative, well curated, or clean. the positive reviews must either be folks who havent been to good ones before or are fake

We did the wanted in the west experience on Sunday, march 26th. Had so much fun. I was in a group of 8 (2 kids) . We had a great time there was a great mix of really hard to simple clues. The staff was very sweet and explained the rules thoroughly.

We had a small team of eight with both introverts and extroverts and we all had a blast. I must admit I was a bit intimidated when I was chained and shackled to the wall, but to put it in perspective we spent more time laughing and cutting up then we did even solving the puzzles. Cant wait to go back and try another room.

This is for the Rage Room only. The room is not a room, but rather a corner walled up. The jumpsuit zippers were janky, so you couldn t really zip up & be completely be sealed off from debris. The room was half crowded & felt like we were in an already used room. The host was like, I left the room dirty for you. Like what? Also, there are hellllla metal smashed car pieces in there. The only things you could really break were the little amber bottles they provided. It was almost unsafe with all the pieces. If you fell, due to janky baggy jumpsuits, you could impale yourself on the metal pieces. Yes, allow us to rage but make it safer. Forty dollars ($40) pp to just hit metal?

My girlfriend misplaced a ring here - while we are still searching for it, Calvin and Avery were incredibly kind and helpful in attempting to help us locate it. Fingers crossed but as far as a rage room goes, a wonderful experience. The service is second to none.

Cool experience. Fun, challenging puzzles. We had 12 people do it. That might have been too many. 10 would be max.

This is only for the rage room. I m giving it a 1 star. First I was expecting a room. This was a small make shift shack. We also paid for premium because it said we were going to have double the items. We go in there there was like 2 old car hoods from a small car and like 2 keyboards to break, that won t take me 20 mins. The people before us basically broke everything and they didnt refill it with more breakablesz The staff was nice so no complain there, but they told we would have to pay more for more stuff to break we left after 25 mins when we another 20mins left. It was our first rage room experience and was not worth it

Such a fun experience. They have great deals and was able to use a coupon. The puzzles are challenging yet doable if you just have two people. I loved the theme and decor. The story was cool and the ending was REALLY good! Cabin Lodge was such a fun experience. They need to sound proof the walls because you can hear all the kids screaming from the birthday party section which was really annoying at times. It just takes you out of the experience. I think its something they can change if they either have birthday procedures or soundproof walls better. The customer service was EXCELLENT and they were just total sweethearts. Overall, excellent experience and would go back and finish their other rooms

Had my first rage room visit tonight and it was really therapeutic. I was the last appointment of the night. Alan was so kind and accommodating. He made me feel entirely welcome, not rushed at all. Thank you for the experience!

We (6 adults) did the Excalibur room. We were meant to be given a dry erase marker at the start, but were not supplied one. We thought maybe we were supposed to uncover one in a drawer or something. Theres basically only one thing to do at once, so I wouldnt recommend coming with 10 adults. Maybe just an unlucky set of circumstances for us, but it was my least favorite of the 3 escape rooms I have done so far

This review is for the Smugglers escape room, and we DO NOT RECOMMEND this room!!! This room was definitely not ready for play and yet for some reason they are allowing people to book this. Which makes me question the competency of their other escape rooms. Clues were released out of order or skipped, and locks were malfunctioning. There was no mechanism preventing you from moving forward without solving the appropriate clues which makes you wonder if things are working. Definitely not a well thought...
out room. One problematic prop was a security camera looking prop. We were afraid of shining a laser for fear of blinding whoever was monitoring them. There was also a LACK of props. We were supposed to use our phones in place of them providing flashlights for the dark section of the room. Totally a non-immersive experience. We ended up escaping before we could solve all the puzzles. It was supposed to be medium in difficulty but we all left disappointed and unchallenged. We do appreciate that the host was nice and at least apologized for the faulty escape room and gave us a small discount to book another room. However, we much rather get our money back because this experience was so disappointing that it just wasnt worth what we paid for. I still cant believe I made my friends drive all the way here from Burbank for this disappointment. They do offer axe throwing and a rage room, so maybe they are just spreading themselves too thin and ran out of brain power to design the escape rooms properly. Who knows. Almost forgot to add that the place is super dusty and looks unclean at first glance. Restrooms were subpar.

Great experience!! This was my third escape room and i loved the theme and puzzles. Great for those who dont like the horror/creepy ones (like me!). My husband and i made it out with about 10 minutes to spare, but it was still a challenge!! Lots of fun, highly recommend!!

I have done over 30 escape room and this company is by far my favorite. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a super friendly staff member, I think his name was Josh. They offer a huge lobby with lots of fun and games to warm up your mind before going in , I appreciated this as most escape rooms only have a small waiting area if you happen to arrive early. Josh explained everything in a simple but effective way that made us feel confident going in. We did the quest room and it was AWESOME...
. You can tell everything is very well thought out and put together. We then came back the next day and did the other two rooms, again amazing customer service and room design. Thanks Brainy Actz for being so Awesome! Cant wait to try out the other two locations.

This review is for the BowlBall. The staff is friendly and there s no complains there. Walking in and seeing where it was set up was underwhelming to say the least. For starters the set up is in the back of the warehouse surrounded by a huge mess and inventory. Yes, you read that correctly. You re literally in the back of a warehouse full of junk and then off to the left center there is two wooded pallets with bowling pins on top. This reminded of the games my coworkers and I would set up...
in the warehouse so we could play during lunch. It was exactly that. Now to the game, you just shoot your bow and try to knock the bowling pins down and then you put them up yourself. That s all you do over and over for an hour. Since there s no designated area for this, your arrows bounce up and end up in other areas full of clutter. My friend booked this for us and it was $30 each so $60 total. What a waste, its not even worth $5. As soon as we got there we both wanted to leave. I ve had a better set up at my job and children s bday parties. The pictures on the site is not at all how the it looks like at the Irvine location. I would not recommend. We did about 25 minutes of this and left. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Ive been here a few times for their groupon, of course because of the good deal. Overall the games are pretty trash even though they cost little compared to others. They just dont really seem to care about guests having a good time. Will definitely not recommend them ever

We hosted my son s 10th bday party here with 10 boys and it was an absolute BLAST!!!!!!! Rick our party host and Kevin who scheduled the party for us went above and beyond to exceed our expectations in every way. I truly think these boys will remember this party forever!!!!! My son was beaming from ear to ear at how much fun everyone was having at his party. Rick set up a separate food room for the boys and cleaned everything up so we didn t have to do anything! He even cleaned midway...
through the party! He let the boys explore the escape room as well even though we weren t doing one, he understood boys just messing around and being curious. It s a very low key place, the kids had a blast running around making a mess and breaking things in the smash room!! What a dream for a bunch of boys!!! And it was carefree for us not having to worry about the mess! Thank you soo much for such a great experience!!!!!

We had a great time doing the Wanted in the West escape room! We did this with 3 kids (5-12 years old) and two adults. It was engaging and fun for everyone and everyone was able to participate in figuring out clues. This was a great family activity and we all loved it! Highly recommend! Thank you for the fun outing!

We did a paint party here and had an absolute blast! The staff was very courteous, efficient and helpful. Harrison and Robby were excellent hosts. Also, a special thank you to Josh who took extra effort to help us with something special. We will definitely be back!

We did the Excalibur room and had a fantastic time! I forgot to ask our host s name, but he was wearing a Spider-Man shirt. He was great, friendly, and fun! The puzzles were fun, and the room was great. We d definitely like to come here and try another room. Thanks for a wonderful date night!!

The staff were very nice and great however if you want to book the rage room it is not what you expect and I would not recommend. The website says they have furniture, electronics, etc., however when we got there they only had 2 beat up company phones and glass bottles. We were scheduled for 20 minutes and if we didn t try to make the best of it, we would have been done in 5 minutes. Definitely not worth the money. With that money I could have gone to dollar tree and bought the same things + more things.

My girlfriend and I had our second escape room experience, it was so fun and our game master was so nice and patient with us, I cant remember her name but she was awesome!

So much fun! Big big shout out to Bobby. We came in near closing time. I thought we were too late but Bobby welcomed us right in. On top of that, he gave us a few extra minutes in the escape room when our time ran out. The room itself was big and interesting - there were a few hidden things that surprised me. Usually I can see what s to come but this room threw me for a loop. My son was ecstatic when we got the excaliber sword. Thanks for a great experience! - family visiting from CT

This place was awesome. This was my first time doing an escape room. The location was easy to find. The staff were great in helping me and my family with understanding the concepts of escape rooms and giving us directions and clues along the way to make our experience above and beyond. They had some really cool games in the lobby and provided us with a lock station to help us familiarize ourselves with the locks that we would come across in the experiences. We participated in the Quest...
room and had a blast. It really is a magical room with cool technology throughout the expeience. My wife and I took our family here for a fun time out and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a fun and unique time out!

Our escape room was the log cabin one which had multiple clues missing making the room impossible to solve without the game bring interrupted. Ive never been to an escape room were nearly every section of the game had problems that required the employee to come in to plant or fix the clues. Overall the experience was awful and the nearby rage rooms constantly made loud noises which further ruined the experience.
