Escapology San Diego

Having done many Escape rooms back in NZ, we had to try out a US one. We arrived early and were offered the opportunity to utilise a vacant room before our booking. We did both the Lost City and Scooby Do rooms. May have been a bit rusty for the Lost City, with a few of the puzzles stretching us. We certainly got a good workout using the Hieroglyphic type codes in this room !! Really enjoyed the Scooby Do experience and completed it with time to spare, seeing some new puzzle concepts from what we are used to. Great fun. A great experience with very friendly welcoming staff. Thanks so much Escapology San Diego for a great couple of hours.

Absolutely amazing experience! The Lost City was challenging but not impossible. Sabah was an outstanding Game Master. Truly enjoyed myself beyond measure and will definitely return.

Slyvi was very courteous and patiently explained the rules of our particular escape trivia game, and that contributed to a lot of our success; the rest of the staff was also excellent. San Diego gives the best escape rooms in Southern California.

The escape room was a lot of fun. The room was well maintained and all of the puzzle pieces were correct and where they should have been. We did the Scooby Doo room, which was fun. The only thing was the host congratulated us over the you did it! Audio after we solved the puzzle so we didnt get to hear everything. We escaped with about 10 minutes left, There were 6 of us.

Finally finished all the rooms at this Escapology location. After having done close to 100 escape rooms, The Lost City is definitely in the top 3! Danny and Iris are great! Thank you!

Such a fun experience! We couldn t get enough so we booked another room for 30% off the same day! Michael was the best game master and really made the experience better than any other escape room! Will have to go back again!

We just moved from Pennsylvania recently and I ve always wanted to go to an Escape Room. Luckily, Escapology at Belmont Park came up for the best recommended Escape Rooms in San Diego and we had an amazing time! Our game master, Lew, made sure we felt comfortable and well-prepared before we delve into the escape room challenge. We chose The Haunted Mansion, and it quickly became our favorite escape room! The atmosphere was thrilling, the puzzles were intricately designed, and Lew s charisma made the game even more entertaining. We highly recommend Escapology and can t wait to try another escape room there soon!

We made our reservation online and completed our waivers. We arrived a little early and they got us in quickly. We did the lost City and had so much fun. If you re on vacation this is a great way to have fun for an hour.

Mj and Michaela gave me and my friend the best experience! They were so nice and cooperative with us and their humor made the experience even more enjoyable! This was a 10/10 and I would definitely go back not just for the ride but for the service they gave as well!

Our group has kids from age 9-15, they can solve most of puzzles by themselves. They struggled with the last two puzzles and our game master Aaron is very nice, he even gave us extra times. By the end we still out of time but all the kids surely had fun with the experience. Thank you.

We have done over 2 dozen escape rooms across the country. We have done other Escapology locations in other states. They all have been well decorated the puzzle challenging but fun. What really set this San Diego location apart was our Game Master, JACK. This guy was awesome! Very nice, and understood exactly our family s play style. We did two rooms and by the second, we were burnt out from being out all morning. Jack helped nudge us along as frustration rose. He was very professional, positive and moved everything long smoothly. Thanks for a great experience Jack! You are appreciated.

Our game was on 6/6/24....We had so much fun! Shereen, Augustus and team were Awesome! Great energy and engagement with our group! We had a dilemma which would not allow us to make our original game/time. No questions asked! Shereen booked us for a later time in another available room so I wouldnt have to forfeit. MUCH APPRECIATED! We did the Budapest Express. Tough room lol..we encountered an issue with one of the room locks and Shereen came to our rescue. She realized the lock had been reset...
Read full review incorrectly And made sure that we were credited missed time on the clock. We also used a lot of clues and they didnt even make us feel like idiots! I would have hahaha.. Ive done rooms at this location before And have always had a fun experience. The lost city was one of my all time favorite games ever! And I ve played well over 50 games. Dani and Iris were great hosts, you can t go wrong coming here!

So fun! Our guides Shaq and Jack were awesome. It was harder than we thought it would be! We took our two kids ages 7 and 9 and they were able to help with some of the puzzles, great family event!

Staff was wonderful! So kind and helpful. We did the scooby room. Everything was very well put together. Everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!

For my birthday I was treated to do an Escape Room for the first time. It was a lot of fun. Augustus was very helpful and patient to my daughter and I as first timers. As my son said it can be addictive thing to do. Thanks again Escapology and Augustus.

Just did 2 escape rooms and had so much fun! Shak was an awesome game master and was nice enough to give us 10 extra minutes on our first room after running out of time since we were so close. I highly recommend their escape rooms and cant wait to come back again.
