This company has had quite a lot of great and immersive escape rooms and Ive enjoyed them all. Definitely found the kidnapping one to be more thrilling than i thought it would be, and inheritance was a very fun room. This company really makes an effort to make the rooms feel immersive so definitely give it a try. Hosts have also all been great.

We did the pillow palace and it was SO cute! Our guide was a doll and explained everything so thoroughly. One of the cutest rooms and puzzles weve done. Its great for kids and they have children pricing.

Such a great experience! The room had a lot of detail and was challenging. The puzzles made you think outside of the box and work as a team. Would highly recommend, not scary like some escape rooms I ve been to but extremely fun. We escaped with 45 seconds left!

A group of us(6) did the lethal injection escape room. Let me tell you, this escape room was so much fun Chase was our host. He was completely in character which made the whole experience even more thrilling, but the room itself was phenomenally planned out. If you like escape rooms, you need to check this place out. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back to try our luck in another room!

Awesome experience! We did the Pillow Palace room. Our party consisted of 9 and 10 yr olds. The room was very family friendly and not too hard for the girls. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure the girls had a great time. They are a Christian company too which is definitely a plus!

The Open Door Escape Game in Redlands provides a great experience for those that like timed puzzle solving with a small group. Our group of six was perfectly sized for the most difficult game provided by this venue. I had not even heard of this kind of an experience before going and I highly recommend checking it out. BTW, we won the game in 59 minutes!

We had so much fun! It was our first time going to an escape room and we loved it. We chose the pillow palace because it was good for beginners. And we were worried about it being childish, but it really wasnt, just whimsical like the website says. It was just challenging enough that it kept us interested. Ultimately, it was great and we will definitely have to try some of their other escape rooms.

Really fun escape room! We did Inheritance and I loved the vibe of the room. I liked that we could pick a level of clue-giving before we started. The room was challenging but far from impossible. Our inexperienced group ALMOST made it to the inheritance (with mid-level clues) and had fun the whole time. Ive only been to a handful of other escape rooms but Ive noticed some are particularly worn out and dirty so I appreciated that this one felt clean and well maintained. Well be back for more.

I cant say enough good things about Open Door. Weve been to two of their locations and they really get the escape rooms right. The theming is always spot on and the rooms are generally not linear, so different people can work on different puzzles and switch off if necessary. Our host was excellent as well, monitoring us and giving aid when needed to make the experience worthwhile.

Went for my sons 13th birthday, had some adults along also...did the pillow palace room, it was pretty cool! Challenging for the adults and easy for the kids...it had everyone working together and we all had a lot of fun. Its a tad pricey at $30 a person, but the experience was worth it. I would also like to try one of the more mature themed rooms, like the kidnapping or inheritance game rooms. Try it out if youve never been to an escape room...its an hour well spent making memories that last forever!

This company provides several fun, family-friendly experiences. We played four of their rooms, and had a great time. Were experienced players, and even though some of the rooms are on the easier side, theyre still super cute and enjoyable. The staff is fantastic as well. From the owner to the gamemasters, everyone is incredibly friendly and truly committed to showing their customers a good time. Check this place out!

The staff is always friendly and helpful with hints. The rooms are very well designed. The Lethal Injection escape room was really tough, but its a really cool room. We will definitely come back to try again!

What a fantastic experience with Open Door Escape Games! We were visiting family and looking for something fun to do indoors due to rainy weather. We called ahead hoping to book as soon as they opened. Well they went above and beyond to accommodate us, their awesome employee came in early to work just to open the facility for us to enjoy. Once inside, we enjoyed the Saving Christmas escape room, and made it out just in time! Thanks for making our family time unforgettable! We will definitely be back soon!

Family friendly. We had the best time. We successfully escaped Pillow Palace and Operation Save Christmas. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms.

my family and I went last night and did the Christmas Inheritance room. It was our first time ever doing an escape game and I can say it was the most fun I have had in a while.. the man running it was so helpful and made it a experience we cant wait to go back!

My first experience at an escape room and this place did not disappoint!! It was fun, suspenseful, and well thought out! I went with my work team and we were able to escape with time to spare! It has me wanting to go again.

We have been to a few escape rooms now. 2 of them have been open door escape. We have done kidnapped and lethal injection. I cant say enough about open door. Their rooms are incredible! Their puzzles make sense for the story line. And its just so much fun with them. We have plans to do all of their rooms, and Im bummed for when we finish all of their rooms.

We just finished Kidnapped at Open Door and it was so much fun! Puzzles were linear and so fun to figure out! We definitely were spooked more than once and our game master Riley was amazing and helpful. Also they did a great job decorating the room, our group of 6 can not wait to try all their other rooms! I dont write reviews often, but I must say this place definitely deserved one. Ive done a number of escape rooms (20+ at this point), and Inheritance is probably my favorite escape room that Ive ever done. Diego, our game host, was super sweet and funny and the room itself had such a great theme to it. I love a good challenge and this room certainly didnt disappoint. They even let you choose how often youd like hints to help customize your experience even more, which I thought was a nice touch...
Read full review. I dont find myself in Redlands often, but Ill admit, Ill plan another trip just for another escape room. Highly recommend if you love escape rooms as much as I do, or even if youre looking to try one out for the first time. Highly doubt youll be disappointed.

Inheritance was a great room the scenery and props are top notch. Highly recommend definitely worth playing. Ive played 85 rooms and this ranks as my top 10. Loved the amount of time and thought that went into this room

Let me start off by saying Grace is an awesome person, super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Ok now for the rooms, we did two the Pillow Palace (easy room) to start off with . We barely finished that one with a few minutes to go. Next was Inheritance , that one was hard for us ( first time doing an escape room )we didn t finish :( . We booked the room a few weeks later to try and finish it. Overall an excellent experience from checking in to solving the rooms. 5 plus stars. Thanks for the Fun times and Keep up the great work.

Pillow Palace was an awesome introduction to the world of Escape Rooms! My husband & I had an amazing & fun experience! Very well thought-out & the aesthetics of the room were just beyond expectation. The host was very friendly & helpful & even offered to take our photo before we left. Overall, an experience I d definitely recommend & one we most definitely will be returning for :-)

Recently did the Pillow Palace with my kids, ages 23, 10 and 8. It was a birthday gift for my 10 year old daughter. My 23 year old daughter has completed many escape rooms, I ve done one before, and it was a new experience for my youngest two. Overall, we had a wonderful time! The employee was friendly and helpful. We completed the room in about 30 minutes. I would say the difficulty level was spot on for an 8 year old and 10 year old. Read full review) The beginning of the room requires you to be physically able to get down and crawl several feet through a tight spot. I don t believe this is mentioned in the description, and as the mother of a child with a disability, the first thing I thought of was how disappointing it would be for a person with a disability to arrive, and realize it wasn t completely disability friendly. 2) the lighting was pretty challenging. Both my son and I suffer from migraines that are triggered by flashing lights, and there was a clue wall in the dimly lit room that was full of continually flashing lights. I wasn t able to look at it directly, and again, it is something I think may justify a warning for in the description for people sensitive to flashing lights, such as migraine sufferers and people with epilepsy. Overall, we loved our visit to this escape room, and we definitely would do another!

Such a fun time! Even though we did horribly lol. Want to go back now that we know more of what to do/expect. Grace ( the girl that worked the front desk/escape room) was so awesome. Very welcoming and supportive and kind! Definitely recommend the experience! We shouldve started with Pillow Palace as its the easiest room, rather than Inheritance, which is the most difficult, but we loved the outdoorsy set and had a great time anyway!

Such a fun experience! Very clean and incredible set design. Our group played Inheritance and while we didnt complete it, we had an absolute blast! The puzzles were clever and unique. The locking mechanisms and hidden secrets around the room(s) made each puzzle difficult in its own way. Highly recommend!! :)

*****Update***** Angela the owner was quick to respond. Thank you Angela. It is great to know there are still responsible business owners in the world! I wish I could rate this more. The room was well done and puzzles were great. Unfortunately, they had a pivotal puzzle that failed to function. They did not notice that we had solved it for almost 35 minutes. It is a shame to pay so much and have it malfunction. They apologized several times but did not offer any compensation or recourse. This was supposed to be a present from my mom and we were all very disappointed.

So much fun!! Had a bachelorette outing for our first escape room. Did the Inheritance room. Still can t stop talking about how much fun we had! Plus size friendly!

We have done a LOT of different escape rooms and Ooen Door remains some of my favorite!. They ensure you get the experience you are looking for with an escape room. The rooms are so well themed and built. It immerses you in the world. The puzzles are clever. They do a great job and I highly recommend their escape rooms. You wont be disappointed

Had an amazing time on a girls night out. We worked as a team and escaped! Truly a Hallmark evening! Highly recommend.
