Fantastic memories! Great fun. Alexis was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to her we won! The puzzles were challenging but not overly difficult. The flow from clue to clue was consistent. There was the perfect amount of puzzles based on the hour time limit. The props and room design were well throughout and immersive. Very clever theme and attention to details. Well worth the cost for the life long memories made with friends.

Nice escape room. We did the holiday version where you are saving Santa clause. We needed to ask for advice about 3 times. The last being for the final puzzle . We were completely lost. But we just werent putting two and two together. Thats not a hint. Would love to check out the other rooms

Unity Escape room was EVERYTHING! Me and my family had a blast. It s a very quant location and simple yet fun the escape rooms provided so many thrills you wouldn t even imagine! You have to go and try! Well worth it!

This escape room was so good and detailed! We went for my friends birthday and it was a blast. We ll definitely be returning!

Fun escape room, and we escaped my only issue was the guy giving us clues. The black guy with curly hair definitely ruined the experience with his attitude. And on top of the bad attitude they didn t put a clue where it was supposed to go and made it seem like it was our fault when we asked for help. The attitude did not stop whenever we asked for clues. I would ve 100% given this place a 5 star review if it weren t for him. Definitely disappointed in the customer service, you d expect better for an escape room. Won t be coming to this location ever again. Do better.

We had an amazing time the room was difficult but so much fun to solve!! Our game leader was super nice and gave us hints when we needed them :) we couldn t have done it without him! Great place and fun rooms! Definitely will be back

Me and my family love this escape room! We have done two of their room and fell in love with them. The staff is awesome and we will be coming here for every seasonal room they do! Highly recommend!

The employee that helped us at the front desk sounded like they hated us. Like they just seemed upset to be there. The quality of this escape room wasn t great compared to the other 8 rooms I ve done. The puzzles involved some rounding that could ve gone either way which ended up giving us wrong answers to the puzzles which then costed us time. All of the puzzles were just pad locks and combination locks. There were 7 of these locks in the first room. We also had to communicate with the game master with a walk-in talkie rather than talking to the camera in the room which was quite lame. They need to get themselves some speakers in there. The decor of the room was also just not very fun to me but that could just be personal preference.

It was so fun! My family (ages 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 17, 18, 19, and 54) went as a Christmas gift- all the puzzles were well crafted and while they were challenging, we were able to excape! Such a fun experience!

Took my wife, son and grandchildren and everyone really enjoyed trying to solve the riddle in the Pharoahs Tomb. And we almost did! We had some much fun we plan to another Escape Room later this week.

Did Tomb of The Pharaoh with 3 friends. Had a wonderful time. We made it out with a minute remaining! Thanks to our host Alexis for her amazing customer service. Can t wait to go back and try another one.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. We had a lot of fun and the puzzles were well put together. The hints were not super obvious and more like pointers which helped us have fun solving the puzzles.

Such a great experience!! Very tough room but so worth it. Our host was really kind. Highly recommend !!

While we had a large group, UCRs facilities and personnel made it an absolutely wonderful experience! Happy Birthday for ME.

Such a fun experience, with friendly and fun staff! My group enjoyed our time and felt challenged by the room we were in, but we managed to escape!

We had the detective one and I loved it. We were finding ourselves successful as we worked, and that made it great. We ended up with extra time in our efforts (but we did ask for help), and my husband debated whether this should be beginning or intermediate. I feel a good beginners group could enjoy this as well. Especially if you like detective/who-done-it shows.

My family has gotten addicted to doing escape rooms and these guys do an amazing job! I would definitely recommend starting at their intermediate level no matter how great youve been in the past. Their advanced rooms are no joke!!! The room was very well done and utilizes pretty much everything in it. The affects are great and the staff is wonderful. The only thing I would recommend would be if there was a little bit better of a storyline of a direction that youre going for the advanced rooms. The storyline doesnt necessarily have to give away any clues or anything but it does make it nearly impossible when youre in the room and there is no storyline to what the goals are. We will definitely be coming back to try a different room!

My group and I did A Killer s Lodge and it was really fun! I would definitely recommend this room for beginners to advanced

It was a great experience for the family The wife and kids had a good time we used 2 clues and escaped with 5 minutes to spare. We are planning on returning to try another room

We did the saving Christmas room and you can tell it was thrown together for the season. The concept was cool but nothing led to another. We have done over 20 escape rooms and this one is at the bottom of the list. The letters were pretty much useless and only 1 was needed.

Done 3 of the 4 rooms at the Rancho location and had the best time! Very unique and fun rooms. Jessie was our game master for 2 of the rooms and he was amazing! We had a girl for our first room but forgot to get her name, she was awesome too. Definitely appreciate that they don t place separate groups together like other places.

We had a fun time hurting our brains lol It was a good bonding moment that we needed due to always working.. They couldn t do it without me, I was popping open the locks We will be Back !!! So Bring On The Next Room !!!

It was so much fun, very clean, organized, and friendly staff, I am going to highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to an escape room.

My cousin booked us this experience last minute but we had THE BEST TIME! I cant remember her name but one of the associates was so helpful and patient with us when we asked for clues during the moments we were a little stumped. It was our first time at this facility and I would definitely recommend this escape room and try out the Person of Interest arena!

My husband and I have all our date nights at Unity, both their Redlands and Rancho Cucamonga locations and each time we have ao much fun. The rooms are very well thought out and the staff is always so kind as well. It s 100% worth it!

I give Unity a 5 because I had a lot of fun. It was my first experience with an escape room, and I was glad that two people in our group had an idea of what to expect and how to proceed from their experiences in other escape rooms. It was VERY challenging! Make sure to go with at least one experienced solver. We asked for a clue three times and were glad we did because wed never have guessed at the next step. Anyway, it was a lot of fun, and were glad we chose Unity.
