Red Door Escape Room Oxnard

This was a great escape room. Not as large as some of the ones weve done but I did love the Christmas theme room. Wife is a Christmas fanatic so anything to do with helping Santa is a plus. Weve been out of practice for 2 years but getting back into rooms I will say this one offered some fun puzzles.

So much fun if you love puzzles and figuring things out. We have played 3 of the rooms and will be back. Prison breakout was my favorite so far. Nice staff, good system of hints if you need them. Helps build team work too.

We scheduled my daughters birthday at this place, and informed them their would be 10-15 people. We should up with 14, and they advised they could only do 10.... Paid $263.81 for nothing, as we went down the street and just had a lil something at the pizza place. Really sad tbh, and seeing the disappointment on the kids faces who had to all go home early was not what we had in mind. From the moment we walked in the door you could see the staff was very unorganized, leading us to a room, not showing...

(DIRTY) I did file a claim with Chase, in an effort to get some money back, but dont expect much to happen from that. We used to schedule all our work events here, but after this encounter Ive sent mass emails to all our distributors, and clients to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor, and try another establishment, one that offers an organized event schedule, and who has options to make your party work no matter what! Been a father for 19 years, Ive seen these businesses come and go, and with the staff they have here I have no doubt its only a matter of time till these ones gone aswell.

We had Tiffany as a game master and she was super cool! The rooms itself were well decorated and the puzzles interesting! We escaped both once upon a time and confinement

We came here for our daughters birthday and got the birthday package (which includes up to 7 people for a escape of your choice, then after to put you in your own private room for you and your guest to hang out. They provide pizza, Bunt Cake, and drinks) Her and her friends had a blast! The room has a project which girls used for karaoke and music to dance it up. The staff was amazing as well, even though they where busy they always came to check up on us. Thank you Chase! My family and I had wonderful time. Look forward to coming back!

Weve done two rooms with friends so far and both have been spectacular. The design is fun and imaginative and the puzzles can be pretty challenging. Staff are always friendly and super helpful.

I didnt have any plans for my birthday this year and my daughter suggested we do an escape room. Id never done one before and I didnt know what to expect but I was totally thrilled at the idea. Red Door did not disappoint!!! I absolutely loved it. We did Fair Game, and it was a little challenging being that I was a newbie but so much fun. The room was vibrant, animated and very well designed. I cant wait to go back and do another room.

Went for a first time escape room experience with family ages 8-68. We did the Once Upon a Time room. It was so fun! The staff were great at checking us in and orienting us. The whole experience was fantastic.

Loved it it was me and my family s first time and we enjoyed it i I m definitely going again I already bought tickets, staff was wonderful. And it was a great experience ever I highly recommended to everyone

Family and I went for a game night. We did the Fair Room. It was so much fun. Raina and Sam were THEE TAG TEAM DUO. Raina showed us the rules video and video about the room we chose. She was super friendly, upbeat, and charismatic. Sam was behind the screen giving us clues when we asked for them. Sam s energy matched Raina s energy. Completely cool place to go. We were already planning on returning before we even left the place. We got out with 2:08 to spare (out of 60 minutes). See you next time ladies! We ll definitely be back!

Had a blast today. Took five tweens for a 12 year old birthday party. The host Alyssa was so friendly and funny and chill. The girls were nervous because half had never done it before. They came out laughing and can t wait to go back. It was a unique experience too. We have been to quite a few escape rooms and I have never seen one quite like this. I dont want to ruin any surprises but I will tell you that it s fun and worth the money.

This was me and my fiancés first escape room experience. Ricardo was so helpful and made the experience so awesome that we booked a second escape room the same night even though we didn t escape our first room. Our second time around, Samantha was also so great, she made the experience fun & enjoyable. The rooms were so well put together, the vibes were perfect. It was date night, we never get out because we have young kids, so I genuinely mean it when I say this totally worth the time & the money. I would definitely recommend and we will be definitely be back to avenge our loss. Thanks to the staff for being so great!

I had no clue what to expect as this was my first escape room and I honestly had such a great time. Our game master Raina was so thorough explaining the rules beforehand and she was so helpful all throughout our experience with the escape room without giving away too much. Raina really was a huge part of our amazing experience here at Red Door Escape Room! :) This is such an enjoyable activity to do with your friends and family, it really makes you come together and think. We weren t able to get through the entire escape room in time but we still had so much fun. We re already planning our next trip back, to conquer it next time!

I got to experience two of the escape rooms Red Door has to offer and I absolutely loved it. The room decorations were amazing and the quests were so fun. We had the pleasure to have Jacob & Alejandra as our guide and they were so helpful and nice. They really look like they enjoy their jobs. I would definitely come back here to Red Door again !!

Chase went above and beyond for my daughter s birthday party. From serving in the party room to handling waivers, and 3 game rooms for our party totaling 22 game participants he was literally everywhere. Thank you for your service! Both young and old guests told us they had a fun time. Thanks also to Monica and staff! Escape Room in Oxnard overall is a great place party room, ambience, games, & customer service. We ll be back!

Super fun, challenging, worthwhile experience! A friend and I did the room prison break. Monika at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Alejandra our gamemaster was great! She explained everything very well and was there for us when we needed help. We were only two and not super experienced in escape rooms so we needed a little extra help . I highly recommend this place and plan to go back next weekend

100% recommend! The rooms are very fun and the employees are super cool and helpful. We went through The Gift and wow, time flies. Two others did another shorter room right after we finished The Gift while waiting on our other group. They had just as much fun. This is a hidden gem in the Collections. We will be going back again soon to try the harder rooms.

Our experience was excellent! Our niece has autism, and I called ahead to ask for a quiet room and experience for her and you did not disappoint! Our host was very helpful throughout our experience. Thank you for a great family day!

Showed up on a last minute whim on my birthday to see if they had any availability. Reina got us in super quick and she was lovely! Simone was our Game Master and she was AWESOME! The staff was attentive and helpful. We had a BLAST!! Seriously so fun! The best escape room I ve ever done! We will be back and we are hoping they do some kind of membership or annual fee or something so we can go all the time!!! Highly recommend!!

Chad and Simone were amazing. We did the Fair Game room and it was the perfect amount of challenging, with 4 people we finished with about 9 minutes left! Definitely recommend Red door escape rooms

Chase was absolutely fantastic!! Made the game so fun and easy to understand! Before leaving for the night we purchased a gift card for our next visit! Could not recommend Red Door Escape Room more!!

Paige was AMAZING. Best game master ever! She was so so sweet. Everyone there is amazing. Brianna has also helped us several times, and shes the best. Loved this experience for my birthday, and we even broke the record for the room. 20 minutes and 53 seconds was our time. Ive been here 4 times now, and they never disappoint.

This place was so so fun. Our game master Sam was so enthusiastic and encouraging. Dallas was super rad too, incredible people-person and easy to talk to. These ladies really added to the experience and you could tell they enjoy what they re doing! Overall this was a great place to have fun, challenge our minds and put our teamwork to the test.

My friends and I had such a fun time! The room was really fun and the puzzles were challenging but not so hard that it took the fun out of it. Our game master (I think that s what they re called) was Simone and they were AWESOME! Simone you as very interactive with us and made the whole experience so much better. Tickets are a little expensive in my opinion but other than that the whole experience was great!

Had a great time. We were celebrating my friends birthday, and this was the perfect present! Devin was a great gamemaster, and was really helpful, even though we didnt complete the game. The puzzles were fun and challenging, plus they offered us 20% off our next visit, which was great. Alejandra responded quickly to my rescheduling request, and was able to accommodate us perfectly. Overall so much fun, well definitely be back soon!

We had so much fun doing Fair Games!! This is our third time here and Tiffany was our ring master. She was amazing and we seriously had the best time. I cannot recommend this place enough! We have tried other escape rooms in the area and none of them even come close to Red Door. Cannot wait to come back!!!

Ricardo is awesome...he made my childs13th birthday celebration awesome. Love the theme as well it was so colorful.

Ive done three rooms here and have had an amazing experience every time. Alejandra and Jacob were both great game masters and Im looking forward to doing more rooms in the future!

We had SO much fun! It was our first time here and the staff was so nice and made us really comfortable. Lily was our guide and she made it a wonderful experience! She was so sweet and funny!! I would recommend this to anyone. We will be back!! :)
