Trapped! Escape Room Upland

The Trapped Escape Room in Upland was so much fun! This is the 2nd time I have come here. Two of my grandsons and their friend choose to do their Down The Rabbit Hole escape. I stayed in the waiting area because I had already done this puzzle before. I could hear them as I sat there, and knew they were having a blast! They were able to finish and escape in the nick of time. They gave it a 10 out of 10 because it was that much fun!

What a fun experience. we came because it was my youngest son birthday (14) and he was curious about it. great choice it was mom, older brother (16) and me and we all had a really good time. Im positive we will visit again

Awesome experience! Both the employees and room itself are amazing! It is also very clean. Our family of 5 did Grandmas surprise; what a fun room!. We will be back to do the other rooms in the future.

It was our first time doing an escape room. I am so glad we came here for our first experience. We had so much fun! We were scared that we wouldn t be able to get through the whole experience, but some guidance was given when needed. That made all the difference in making our first experience an enjoyable one.

Weve gone twice now and had fun both times. Two of the people from our party were coming from over an hour away and unfortunately didnt time things correctly and missed the event and the lady who checked us in was kind enough to give us a a voucher for each of them to redeem to come back! Great customer service! The puzzles themselves were not overly difficult or overly easy. We did the menagrie room the second time and felt like the objective could have been a little bit clearer, but again, we had a good time.

This was so much fun!! I loved the whole aesthetic of the room. Who doesn t love a good Wizard room? It was not easy, but not too hard. It was the perfect balance. I would 100% recommend this room to anyone. But I think what helped make this room so much fun was our game master, Syd. I d give her 10 out of 5 stars if possible! She had us laughing so hard!!! She made an already great game, greater. Bonus, today is my birthday and they gave me a free shirt.

My son and I really enjoyed playing Down the Rabbit Hole . Creative and beautiful room. Was much harder than rooms with locks and codes but soooo much fun. A must play. Staff were incredible and inviting. Cant wait to play other rooms.

Trapped in Upland! We haven t had that much fun in a long time!! Kayla was our host and explained everything so well. She gave us hints when needed but didn t make it too easy for us! Will definitely return to try another room.

I had an awesome time! We did the Puzzlemaster and Merlin rooms and they were a lot of fun. The host made all the difference in bringing the rooms to life. I highly recommend!

Went out there with my kids during a weeknight and we had such a good time. My daughter had been to multiple escape rooms before in Florida and she said they were nothing like this one. The gentleman who assisted us was phenomenal and played a role that really helped get us even more into it, thank you Chulo and thank you trapped in Upland

We completed down the rabbit hole as a four person team. It was so fun!!! We had a blast! Annabelle was our game master and she was so fun and stayed in character the whole time. Highly recommend! And very family friendly

The Merlin was outstanding. The kids and I had a great time. Unfortunately we were only able to complete 3 or the 4 puzzles. On the other hand, we also did the Puzzlemaster and we completed that with 25 minutes left. I wish that was harder or at least, had a continuation puzzle as I didn t feel I got our monies worth.

We played the Trials of Merlin tonight and it was fantastic. One of the best escape rooms I ve ever played. Syd was our game master and was very interactive and funny throughout our experience. Syd was excellent and enhanced our experience . I highly recommend Trapped, their escape rooms are excellent!

The Menagerie had unique, well thought out puzzles - some of my favorite Ive ever done! I didnt find them too difficult or too easy - we didnt ask for any hints, but we were given hints automatically. Which was fine, as the point is to get through the story, so being stuck on something silly like not knowing a certain box is there to be opened immediately without the need for a key would be wasted time. I liked that the game master(s) were involved in the experience and playing their part the whole...
Read full review way through. As a group of 5, we managed to complete the room fully, which made me feel satisfied. It could be done with 2-4 people in my opinion. Strange we didnt have a timer in the room. Im undecided if that bothered me or not. I guess it didnt in this case because we finished with time remaining. My only issue is that something in the room didnt execute properly, which was too bad as it broke immersion, but its not enough for me to give it any less than 5 stars. I highly recommend this room! Amazing job, Trapped!

We had a fantastic experience at Trapped! this weekend. We did Down the Rabbit Hole - I think my partner would have liked something with a little more suspense and drama, but I loved the whimsicality of this storybook-themed room. Fwiw, this specific escape room would probably be great for a family with kids. Our game master, Emerald, added a fun touch with her librarian character. Well definitely be back!

We did the Down the rabbit hole and it was amazing! Annabelle was our game master and she was amazing, my son loved the beginning and her acting. Different than other ones weve done before. Highly recommend!

A lot of fun! Our group got stuck...and we had to be given clues. We received just the right amount of help from the owl when we were taking too long. All of the employees or characters were great! We had a group of 8. 6 would probably be ideal, but we all had a great time!

This escape room company is great! We just played The Trials of Merlin. Syd was a wonderful gamemaster! The storytelling and puzzles are beautifully done. Highly recommend for all ages.

Army made our escape experience great. Trapped always had really unique and cool detailed rooms. We will always go here every time they open a new room

My daughter and her friends did the Menagerie room for her 16th birthday and they all had a blast! And they got through with 6 minutes to spare! We did the rabbit hole years ago, as well. Great staff. We will be back.

Amazing experience!! Kavin was a great host! The Menagerie had such amazing detail. They really care about the experience and making it a fully submersible experience! Will be back!

Just did Lair of Puzzlemaster and it was fun! Definitely a room you have to think A LOT. I ve done Trials of Merlin and the FBI one, both are fun! Definitely like Trials of Merlin as my favorite! Thanks Syd for helping us and making it memorable! Will come back to redo Merlin in the future haha.

Did down the rabbit hole with my family including a 12 year old and 15 year old and they LOVED it! Great story and puzzles and the staff Hayley was awesome! Totally worth the drive :)

My girls having spring break this week and wanted to do an escape room with their friend, we had so much fun, the game room is very nice decorated theme, and our host was very nice and very well communicated with our girls ! We will definitely come back for other game and definitely have birthday events here!

Wonderful experience! Did the Trials of Merlin. Lots of cool props and videos. Celine (sp?) was great!

Best escape room experience ever!!! Staff was amazing ended up doing 3 rooms in upland and 1 in san dimas in one night. Best to say we got cool shirts! Big thanks to the staff in the upland location Emerald, Kavin, Hailey and Roary (btw he told us his name was micheal ) ohh and nick all i have to say is shake my head.

We did the Puzzle Master with Kavin as our host and it was a great experience! Two of the three of us were newbies and Kavin made the experience really fun and less stressful than we thought it would be. He gave well timed hints and his British accent is impeccable! I m recommending this location to all my friends!

great room and employee participation was hilarious, they really played the parts. They were able to help without giving away too much, overall great experience.

Our experience couldnt have been better. We got Trapped as a team bonding exercise and being able to work together, each of our individual skills to add to the collective whole, to break codes was so much fun. Ready to escape again soon!

Had a party of 4, Emerald was in charge of our group and she was AMAZING! Super interactive and helpful. Highly recommend! Cant wait to go back for more.
