60out Escape Rooms Los Angeles

Great escape room! We did the Wizards Treasure with a group of 4 and had a lot of fun. Very relaxing and teamwork oriented, and I thought the story design behind the room was fun. They were also very accommodating about our time slot because we had trouble getting there on time. Would love to go back whenever Im in the area again!

We did the senator room this weekend, and it was fast and a lot of fun. Alexis was our gamemaster, and she was awesome. She was fun and engaging when giving the introduction speech, and no spoilers, but she made finishing the room an absolute DELIGHT. The room was great (As are all 60out rooms, honestly), and Alexis was great, too.

We were removed several times from the room because the game kept breaking. Host for the game was unfriendly and never let us play. She just continually said how to do everything without letting us figure anything out. Better places out there for sure.

This is a review for Casino Heist at the West LA 60out. Our game master Rose was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and funny. I wish all game rooms had a Rose. This is a great room. Three of us were able to solve it with about 10 minutes left. The room has some cute techie puzzles (as do most 60 out rooms) and some very low-tech puzzles. Our favorite puzzle was one that used a deck of cards and I wasnt expecting that. It just goes to show that flash doesnt always make a room better. The casino theme is well realized. If you and a group of friends want to make a quick escape to Vegas but dont want to do a four hour drive then you should go and try Casino Heist.

Went this morning and had a great time. Room quality was solid with some interesting and clever puzzle mechanics. Adam was super supportive and gave just the right balance of hints to keep us going otherwise on our own. Looking forward to trying their other rooms and locations.

Tried the Senator Payne room here and finished with about 12 minutes to spare. We ve done 7 rooms total now and this one felt a little older than the other ones. Our game master T was great and did a really awesome job. He was one of the best hosts so far and had nothing to do with us being disappointed with the room. It was more just that the puzzles weren t as good as the other rooms we ve done. The last room didn t have a ton of thinking or solving puzzles. It kind of felt like this room was a bit older and the technology has improved a lot since this was built. We re going to try one more 60OUT room and hopefully that one will be better.

Awesome experience. This company always has high production value and interesting puzzles that make you think. Huge shout out to the ANIAlator our amazing GM for just being super chill with the jokes and helpful. We immediately booked another room right after this one just because it was so fun!

We had such a great time here. Mac, our game master, was super awesome! She was totally into giving us a great experience and entertained us to no end before, during, and after our escape room. She was hilarious and made everything a blast! Then escape room hat we had, the mystery of senator Payne was wonderfully challenging and engaging and made us feel like we truly accomplished something after we finished. Even now, were basking in the joy of what we just went through. This place is a must go!

This was a really great experience. We did the Senator Payne room and it was a blast! I would definitely go back there the next chance I get! The employees are great and the clues are very clever. I highly recommend to anyone looking for some puzzle solving fun!

As loyal customers of 60 out, having played over 25 games and consistently provided positive reviews of other locations, I am disheartened to report the lack of adherence to promised promotions and the subpar quality of the experience. Furthermore, assurances given by the game master when we arrived regarding a credit for the oversight have yet to materialize, causing my frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, as it was my birthday week, I was dismayed to learn that the birthday discount would not be honored. Given the substantial cost incurred for paying for a three-person weekend booking for two people, I expected at the very least to benefit from the two-person price in conjunction with the birthday promotion. The absence of this courtesy further compounded the dissatisfaction experienced during what should have been a celebratory occasion. Adding insult to injury, the Casino Heist 2 game offered at the HHLA location proved disappointingly identical to its predecessor at the West LA location. Had this lack of distinction been made apparent, I would not have chosen in this particular game at such a considerable expense. As a longstanding patron, I have come to anticipate a certain standard of quality and service from 60 out, which regrettably, the HHLA location failed to uphold.

Despite arriving on time, my party and I were left unattended for 15 minutes, with no staff in sight. When inquired, we were casually told that Game Master Luke had stepped out. Adding to the frustration, it took the staff another 15 minutes to inform us that the escape room was non-functional, a delay that seemed unnecessary and inconsiderate. The reason given for the malfunction was that previous customers had failed to charge the headsets, a blame that appears misdirected and unprofessional...
Read full review. The lack of immediate assistance, coupled with a casual attitude from the six employees present, was disheartening. My request for a refund was met with hesitation, as Luke needed to check with a manager, adding to the overall poor experience. While I eventually received my refund, the situation was handled poorly from start to finish.

Did the Casino Heist escape room, and had a blast! Trey was a fantastic GM! They give plenty of time and as many hints as you need so the difficulty really feels customizable. Will definitely come by again!

I took my student staff for a team training and development excursion and we completed the Casino Heist escape room! Our Game Master was Trey and he was super nice and the perfect amount of helpful to complete the room without us feeling like we had to use all the hints! It was an incredible bonding activity for our team and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!

The Casino Heist room was great! Our game master was Rose and then Trey lead us into the room and gave us the whole debrief. They were both awesome - super kind and helpful and made the whole experience super enjoyable.

Casino heist was my brother first escape room and Alexis our game master made sure that all 3 of had fun in the room When we needed her she was their. When taking the picture I appreciated how she had patience with my brother taking a long time to display the props the way he wanted. Thank you so much Alexis!

Staff was very friendly and informative. And PATIENT we had a large group but they remained professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We did the senator room and THOROUGHLY enjoyed ourselves. It took a lot if teamwork and brain power. Would definitely recommend Thank you 60Out!

Becca was an amazing game master. Knowledgeable but didn t give the game away with clues. We would ve been stuck in our wizard Hollywood room forever if it wasn t for Becca.

We did the senator escape room which was a blast with a big twist! Trey was our host. He made the game even more fun when would would ask for a hint giving us just enough information with out telling us things flat out. I highly recommend 60out Escape Rooms and will most definitely be going back!

Adam was SO FUNNY and made us crack up laughing (and jump, when appropriate)!!! We had a BLAST doing the Senator room, the clues were tricky but still pretty intuitive (no math, if you hate those clues as much as I do). (spoiler alert: very mildly pagan spooky if you have scaredy cats or devout Christian moms in your group!) We ll 100% try more rooms by 60out.

Just finished the Senator Payne room here and had an amazing time! Our guide Trey Kochevar was super helpful explaining the rules to first timers and gave the perfect hints when we asked for them. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We played the Senator Payne room and it was extremely entertaining for the entire family! The décor was fascinating and the puzzles were difficult but not too much. There was a great use of the space, as well as a crafty bit of technology in this room that s more than meets the eye! The staff was kind and ensured us of our progress, as well as reminded us when time was running out (a special shout-out to Damien, our game master). We would definitely want to check the other rooms, and any new rooms that follow.
