Wild Goose Escape Rooms - Fullerton

This was my first escape rooms experience. My family and friends (3 adults+2kids) had a wonderful time in Starship room. This theme is kids friendly. The decorations and tools look very new and work well while we playing. The staff was very nice, patient and helpful. She lead us to be a part of the story even before we entered the room. Read full review, the location of this facility is perfect. After we played, we had a nice walk within downtown Fullerton to enjoy the rest of the weekend. A lot of great restaurants, coffee shop, and stores nearby. I HIGHLY recommend it for fun with family and friends!

I did an escape room for the first time here and had a great time, I can recommend S.A.S.H.A because it was so much fun. The staff here were also really fun and helpful, so overall this was a great experience, that I d do again.

Had a wonderful time. We did S.A.S.H.A. and I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail that went into creating the room. I really believed for a moment I was in somebodys home! This escape room is appropriate for all families and friends. I highly recommend trying this escape room just to experience the detail that went into creating this room. Read full review. This location seems to house several escape rooms ranging from moderately challenging to extremely challenging. The only downside to our experience was the extra fee this place charges to switch time slots. We booked the last time slot for the evening (8:30pm) the previous night as it was the only one available. Yet this afternoon we noticed an earlier slot opened up. When we called to switch to an earlier time slot, they requested $35 extra. They should consider some flexibility for those customers who have booked reservations.

Went with my family; my parents were skeptical at first, but then ended up loving it. They said theyd be down for another one as long as its not too intense. Matt was very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. Would definitely go again to try the starship one

We had a great time in the SASHA escape room with Jared as our game master. The room was well-designed, and the puzzles were just the right level of difficulty. Jared also invited us to try the beta for their Starship escape room. Alyssa and Joe were our game masters for that, and they helped give us a great experience.

Awesome Experience! HIGHLY recommend!! Joe greeted us for our Starship Escape Room. He was super cool and full tilt Dungeon Master, it was dope to see him being so into it. He gave us some background context of what was about to happen, showed us a video, explained the rules, and led us to our space to play the game. The room aesthetic was honestly incredible. Read full review were fun, though I feel maybe a tad bit too easy. This game wasnt so much brain-power puzzles as much as it was physical matching type stuff. Super fun, dont get me wrong but not like thinking cap on lets figure this mystery out. Story was super cool, They had videos of characters that were leading the way and very space-themed. Like everything made a lot of sense given the context. At no point was I taken out of the game by something that felt out of place. Even the Radio to ask for hints made sense in the context of the game. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and a ton of fun. We arrived literally on time but kept them up a bit to use restrooms before we got started and they were totally accommodating. Again, Joe was great, super into it and played his part exceedingly well, he didnt give us hints to solve anything but did remind us of time and that there were things we left undone. So the reminders were actually extremely helpful. It was such a blast, I honestly cant wait to go back. Were already planning our next adventure and cant wait! I definitely want to do all of the ones here and then check out the other locations.

The four star rating is my comparison of the many other escape rooms Ive done. While it was fun it didnt meet the top tier. We went because I had done the prison escape one with my job in Huntington Beach a while ago and it was really amazing. We did the zodiac which wasnt as fun as the prison one but still had some unsuspecting surprises. Love that they have a leader board posted at this location. Parking is a bit difficult in this area on the weekends compared to other locations.

It was just ok. We completed the zombie apacolypse room. There was a lack of detail to the room that made it kind of DIY. 15 years ago, it would have been 5 stars all day. Some of the props made no sense and did not align with the theme. One key item was missing in the room making it impossible to move forward without the answer. We would try again in another room at this place, but the cost is also the most we have paid anywhere in North America and Europe. 50 a person same for kids.

Went with people from work to celebrate a birthday and after our initial experience, we really want to do this again! Our GM Joe was great and the hints were helpful! Answered all our questions before the game and even taught us stuff afterwards. Will be back again!

We had so much fun! The challenges were difficult, but attainable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Matt was very funny and improvised well when the child in our party kept asking questions during his spiel. Highly recommend for a fun group outing!

I played at Wildgoose Fullerton today and had a great time and experience! My friend and I are pretty active when it comes to playing escape rooms and we decided to impulsively book the SASHA room that they had available. We called ahead of time cuz it was close to the start time and Jeff, answered the phone and said it would be fine for us to do a walk up booking! Me and my sisters were in the area and came across this escape room and decided to give a try. We re not experienced at all and chose the most difficult one . The Zodiac Killer was great even tho it was scary but our game master Natalia made it so much fun! She was great and guided us throughout the game. She scared the shi out of us but it was worth it. Definitely ask for Natalia! Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend to large friend groups who are in the area and want a fun activity to do!

My group did S.A.S.H.A.!! It was super fun, and our game master JEFF was super nice and helpful! I do recommend going with a slightly smaller group so your whole group can get the full experience!! Overall, it was super fun, and I highly recommend it!!

Came here with my sisters and a week later we are still talking and laughing about it thanks to our game master Natalia! You can tell she is passionate about her job which showed and made the overall experience better than I expected. I will definitely be coming again with friends

This place was super cool, the two of us escaped the starship room and the detail in there was awesome. We did get turned around a bit because we thought we HAD to destroy asteroids but it was more of a side mission. Overall, the employee was charismatic and helpful. Would for sure come back.

Our group escaped the prison starship and it was a great time. Joe was a friendly, great host and explained everything well. The quest was a well designed story with escape options. Great use of video, sounds, sparks, lights and props. Highly recommend

Went here for my birthday, rented two rooms, boys versus girls, it was absolutely amazing not all of my friends knew each other so I think it was an incredible way for all of us to get to know each other; we went to dinner afterwards and it was something that we could all talk about, the experience, how much fun we were having, how hard it was, how we wanted to do it again soon!!! Wild Goose escapes is absolutely amazing! And they couldnt have been nicer to work with, I made a few errors in my scheduling of the two rooms, and they just help me out so much to get everything squared away. Id recommend this in a heartbeat to anybody asking

We played the Cold War Bunker room and had a blast! We were in good hands with Jamie who set the stage for us and helped us with a few (many) clues. All we needed was like 10 more minutes!! We signed up to play on a whim and had a great time. Would love to come back!

Such a great experience! Super fun room with linear puzzles along with non linear puzzles. We had 7 people and all of us had something to do.

Had a wonderful time. Came to do complete the Zodiac Killer escape room and it was pretty difficult The first loss for me out of all of the escape rooms I ve done. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful! Made the experience a lot more comfortable for all of us!

Weve played here four times and after having Niall as our game master the first time, we made sure to request him every time after that. He has such a great sense of humor and makes the games that much more fun for us. Highly recommend Sasha, and we highly recommend Niall.

Our first time doing an escape room. We settled on Wild Goose due to the reviews and tried the Zodiac Killer room. Around midway through, we experienced an issue where one of the locks did not open, even though we had the correct combo. The GM even assured us several times via hints that we were on the right track and had the correct combo. They had to send a worker in twice; once to try it out themselves and a second time to literally (!) drill out the lock. All this confusion and back and forth...
Read full review cost us a lot of time on the clock and they only re-comped us ~10min. Not to mention the total break in immersion, which is kind of the whole point of an escape room is it not? As we continued the attempt, we ran into yet another issue where we were told a door malfunctioned and didnt automatically close as it should have. This caused a ton of confusion because now we werent sure what moves were allowed or not because of this 2nd malfunction. Obviously, we didnt manage to complete the room, but we were a little disappointed that none of the staff really bothered to compensate us in the aftermath for that botched experience. I can look past the first malfunction, but a second one just shows me that the rooms werent thoroughly tested and vetted. Im sure this would have been a cool experience had everything worked properly but our experience as a whole was just... disappointing, considering the price you pay. Edit: Just saw the response. I have to reiterate that it was TWO malfunctions: the nightstand combo lock and the bedframe door. Like I explained to the owner, a single malfunction I can understand. It happens to the best of us. But a second one in the same session? That just tells me the room was NOT tested beforehand. Otherwise, they would have noticed these sequence breaks. To be fair, the owner tried to reach out via text...but only after posting this review. I tried explaining the issues we had with our experience over text, but he didnt address a single thing. Instead, he was strangely insistent on calling. To the point where it weirded me out.

5 stars!!! Absolutely loved it we did the zodiac killer one. Our host Matt made the experience that much better. I genuinely thought the zodiac killer was gonna get me it was GREAT

My friends and I did the Zombie Apocalypse and it was so much fun! Ana was super helpful and sweet! Def want to go back again

Natalia was awesome she talked us through the entire process as we were first time escapees and she was an amazing game master definitely returning!!

My daughter and her friends had a great time. Theyve been in escape rooms before and the S.A.S H.A. room is their favorite so far.

We escaped the Zodiac Killer! What fun that was! We were scared, surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the art of escaping being murdered by the Zodiac Killer! We are the Saggy Libras! Natalia is the best and had us screaming for our lives while she watched and laughed at us with a sinister chuckle!

The room was awesome, we did the Zodiac Killer and it was very intuitive. The puzzles were really good, and challenging. Our game guide was Max and they were awesome, very much recommend them! Overall a very good experience, and I would come back again.

Had a great time. My partner and I did three of the four escape rooms at our location. Garrett ran our run through Sasha. Matt ran our run through Zombie. And Daniel ran us through Zodiac. They were all great. Special shout out to Daniel for making the atmosphere in Zodiac so great. Great rooms overall
