Heist Escape Room Fremont

This was a hard escape room! Definitely dont recommend doing it with just 2 people. The more people the better. My date and I only got to 30%, but the clues we did solve were so satisfying when we got them. The employee was very helpful in offering clues and provided a very immersive experience. Overall I enjoyed it and will be coming back.

It may seem expensive compared to some escape rooms but it was definitely worth it. I loved how you can play the way you want - you can get as many or as few clues as you want. Its quite a long experience, so dont be afraid to ask for clues if you want to have a shot at getting through it all. We even had the host run us through the remaining puzzles we didnt get to while he was resetting the room for the next group. It did mean we cant come back until the new room is added but that is okay with us. Lots of great use of technology including custom stuff made with Arduinos. Super fun!

Owner was very nice, professional, and courteous. I brought several teen kids for a birthday party and they had a blast. It was challenging for my exceptionally smart kids and I loved to hear that. I didn t accompany them inside but seemed they had a good time.

I came here in July to celebrate my sister-in-laws 15th birthday. I took 7 of her friends. I HIGHLY recommend that you dont go. It was SUPER crowded inside, a few clues made no sense whatsoever, and it was EXPENSIVE! I think the total was around $700.. just for an hour. It honestly sucked and I hate that I wasted all that money on this place. They didnt have much fun either. And after it was over, that was it. Just was shown the door to leave. I expected way more especially since how expensive it was. Also, I just read another review that stated you can get as many clues as you want- no you cant. They give you only a few. And you cant ask back to back. Even though youre super stuck.

Great place for team building exercise. The puzzles were good and hints available on request. The ambience was nicely setup with good props. The play of lights was pretty interesting as well. The time was less though

Fantastically crafted escape room experience! Our group played the diamond heist escape room. Loved the very creative high-tech elements and the many different types of puzzles. It was challenging enough to be engaging and keep us thinking, but so difficult as to be overwhelming or impossible. Unlimited hints are also available, which we took advantage of a few times. Hints pointed us in the right direction but didnt give it all away. Kevin is a wonderful host and has really created something unique, fun, and special here. This is the third escape room Ive done and I think it was the best of all them. I definitely recommend this! Easy booking, quick check in, and tons of fun! Whats not to love?

This escape room place was very fun! I think the puzzle were personally really difficult for us, and we did it with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had like 4 puzzles left. However, one aspect that I relly liked was how immersive it is. I dont want to reveal too much, but the live actors made it much more fun

My team and I went here for an offsite event and we had a great time. We did the diamond heist and I was amazed at the attention to detail that went into setting up the environment and puzzles. Its immediately obvious the owner has a passion for the craft and really wants you to enjoy your time. You dont have to worry about running out of puzzles or finishing early. Theres a lot to do and each puzzle left us with a sense of accomplishment. I was really impressed by the technology used to create puzzles and their solutions. The cherry on top is that this is a locally owned and operated facility. So you get to support local while you have quality fun.

Did not know what to expect from the small secluded place when first arriving but as the other guest came it was clear that thinking was involved. The instructor gave good instructions to how game is to be completed. Though small me and the other seven guest all worked together to find clues and solve the mystery. Hour long and had great experience. Recommend for someone looking for quick change of pace outting.

Great incorporation of technology into the puzzles. As 2 people, the diamond heist room was challenging and we only got about 70% through. A little disappointed we didnt finish, but really enjoyed the room and the owner was cool.

My first escape room experience. I thought it would be easy but they had put a lot of work to make it as difficult as it could be. It was fun as well. There is scope of improvement with more human interaction. The puzzles and technology used was good.

My first escape room. I went with 3 people who have been to alot of escape rooms around the bay area, and another that has not been to one either. Boy was i glad i had people there who had done it before. I would not know what to do. Clues we so hidden it was awesome! Almost made it through with the help of the owner giving us clues in the hour given. He was nice enough to let us finish it out 5 ish mins late but at least it got me some confidence to do more. Will be back

I loved this escape room so much! I ve done a few others, but this one had some new elements I hadn t seen before that really made it special. The guy who made/runs it is super nice and also very creative in his designs. A must try.

My son had his 14th birthday celebration here with his friends. The boys had a blast and raved about how tough it was to crack the case. It was a fun 1 hour for them.

This was a great room! We did it with six, and the difficulty was about what we expected. We were able to escape comfortably. Kevin ran the room for us, and it was a really cool room with great set design and electronics and even some interactive role play elements. Looking forward to new escape rooms designed by Kevin!

Came with a group 6 at 10:30pm and had a blast. Quite a challenge that really tested us. Thankfully, we were given unlimited clues to ask because of how many puzzles were incorporated into this escape room. It really followed the theme of a heist. The owner was a great person and helpful throughout our time there. Definitely going to recommend to others!

Awesome escape room!! This was the most interactive one I ve seen out of maybe 8 or 9 I ve done. The atmosphere is really immersive and the puzzles are very well put together. The room is also the most challenging one I ve done - our group of four used a 3 or 4 hints and we still didn t complete it! We chatted with the owner for a bit afterward, he s a chill dude.

Me and my wife really enjoyed the escape room. We went with another couple on a double date. I ve been to a few other escape rooms but I never really had one with a live actor before. It really made the Experience more thrilling as if you were actually breaking into a building and hiding from security as you make your way to solving clues to get the diamond. The one thing I did like is that all the equipment was well kept and was easy to use. Was a great experience, we didn t get the diamond and escape but got real close.

The experience is fun! I already knew going into the escape room that with 2 people it is going to be difficult. Having said that, the level of difficulty was a bit too high as compared to other escape rooms that I have done in the past. I wish the hosts were a bit more friendly Great layout for the diamond heist

The diamond heist room was incredibly enjoyable! The puzzles were really clever and creative. There were some interactive elements that made it truly an unforgettable escape room experience. Would recommend to beginners and more experienced players alike. I know this sounds like a marketing ad, but Im just a regular person and its really how I feel.

So much fun! I went with some friends a while back, hands down the funnest and most interactive escape room I have done. We were the last group that night and Kevin was super nice to us, he definitely made the experience fun. I tell everyone about this escape room!

We went as a group of four adults and had a blast. The gentleman (Kevin) who acted as our host was amazing and very supportive. The location was convenient and had enough parking (in the back). The building and escape room was well maintained and the clues were perfect. I would 100% recommendation this escape room to everyone as a funny and somewhat stressful family outting. Thanks Kevin we ll be back again.

It was a lot of fun! My friends and I had a great time with the puzzles and the man who helped us was really cool and helped us without giving away the answers. Great place if your new to escape rooms too.

Having been to 15+ escape rooms, this is one of my favorites. The storyline is well thought out. The lasers were super cool and I have not seen this in other escape rooms in the bay area. Will definitely come back for their next room when it is ready.

I was planning a double date with some friends and booked a 6pm escape room at The Heist. We were a little late but Kevin was very accommodating. It was uber fun and it turned out to be a really great activity to start off our night! We finished with a few minutes on the clock and there were lots of surprises in store for us. We got costumes and a complimentary polaroid group picture, it was a nice touch! I plan to come back when the next room is ready :)

I had a great time last week for Thanksgiving with my family! We did the diamond heist room and we were so close to getting caught. I loved how the security guard part. It keeps us on our toes. Kevin (our host) was so friendly and it made our experience that much more enjoyable. Im looking forward to their next room when its ready :))

Heist Escape Room was an awesome experience overall. The friendliness of the staff and thrill of the escape room are what keep me coming back. Great place to bring your friends. 10/10 recommended.

Ive done maybe 15 or so escape rooms, and this one was really special, one of my favorites! I totally liked how the puzzles were non-obvious, you really have to look around to connect the dots.

It was alright. Did not have any type of thrill that happened through out the whole game. There was a security guard that came in to check only once and that was probably the best part of the whole puzzle. But other then that, there were no thrills and it was a short escape room.

One of the best escape rooms Ive ever been to! Ive done over 10 escape rooms and this one had very unique puzzles and they did a great job at making it an immersive experience.
