I want to start with Shy is amazing, great attitude, hype personality, she chimes in at the right time when you are so close but completely stumped. She had us all excited, ready to win and get our names on that board! Super, super fun place, we kicked butt and almost made it to the board.. just off by seconds for 3rd place!! Definitely want to go back and experience their rage room and axe throwing!!!

We were here 8/20/22. The escape room malfunctioned (The Smuggler) and the end of the game revealed itself so we couldn t even keep playing. In response the girl gave us a 15% off card our NEXT visit. Why would I ever come back to drop another $200? It was insulting. It was $206.70, that s too expensive to have the game ruined midway through. It should have been a refund of the visit. I didn t review back then, but was cleaning out the console of my car and found the discount card and remembered how ridiculous that whole thing was. Booking Ref: #8265

This was our first escape room ever and let me tell you it was so much fun. The staff is so awesome I think it was Zac, Leslie? And another gentleman. They were very informative and made us feel comfortable. They answered all our questions and any concerns we had. We tried the pirate escape and we didnt finish in time however the set up was very nice. We are definitely going back again.

Great experience and very friendly and accommodative staff. We tried the Pirate Escape room and we were only 2 but it was obvious that it was geared towards groups of 4-6. We had a lot of fun even though we didn t finish it in the given hour, Zac was more than welcoming to give us more time and he helped us in finding the final clues. Zac showed us the nerf guns, axe throwing and a room where you can destroy stuff. We are definitely coming back! Btw The location is kind of confusing to find on the maps.. it s next to the cherry berry quilts. A sign with some lights on the store would ve helped to find the location easy.

This was really neat. Had fun but I suggest bringing items of your choice such as cups, bowls, even a small TV they said lol. They dont provide you much to break other than small little items. You get about 20 min. I suggest bringing water because it gets very hot inside due to what you have to wear. Definitely would go again.

I booked the Axe throwing with three teenagers and myself. Weve been to several other axe throwing businesses on the East Coast and northern California that were amazing! In comparison, Brainy was horrible on so many levels. It was highly unsafe! The blades were dull and some even had chips. Because of this, they were bouncing back past the throwing line. The handles were sharper on some than the blades! One of my boys cut his finger on a janky handle. They allowed other customers to play some...
Read full review hardcore rap with derogatory language. Typically dont care about this, but another family with 7-8 year old children were also in there.... highly unprofessional and disrespectful! They even shut the door going from the lobby to the axe throwing area, leaving all of the customers unattended without any employee. Not to mention, the place just seemed unkept and unattended to - trash all over from previous customers. No paper towels in the restroom, and Christmas decorations still up (Its March!) Although my kids did have fun throwing axes, this place seems very unsafe and unprofessional compared to the two other places my family has experienced and thats what we were looking for here...Sad we didnt find that experience.

My husband and I did the pirate room (definitely geared towards bigger groups. I recommend doing it with at least 4 people instead of 2). The girl helping us was only 17 but she was so kind and patient and fun. We had an amazing time and made it out with a few minutes to spare. The puzzles are challenging and fun. Axe throwing is super fun too.

Its one of the best things Ive ever done. That is what my 12 year old daughter said when we finished the paint room. The team there was super helpful and took great care of us.

Kids of all ages my kids oldest 24 my 14 my 7 my 5 and then even my 1 yr old grandson joined them and had a blast

Wonderful aesthetic, wonderful experience, and perfect service. My family and I did the Pirate Escape Room experience, and it was so much fun. All the twists and turns when thinking through our escape made it just so much more fun. Whether you are good or bad at them, I think it was just the right amount of difficult. And the ending was themed very well with the whole experience. Certainly memorable. Our game master, Jewel, was super fun and helpful and just made the experience that much better. Hints were very helpful and straightforward, and they helped ease the nerves of never doing an escape room before. Thank you so much Brainy Actz, and keep up the great quality!

We took our two boys here today. First off, they had a blast! Second, Kevin who helped us was great! Highly recommend them for their customer service and an awesome experience. Our youngest jist told us he wants his birthday here. Well definitely be back.

The receptionist Shy was so attentive and gave immaculate instructions. She is a master of her craft, overworked, and underpaid. I will definitely be returning because of her. Kevin however was very obnoxious, rude, and didn t seem like he had my best interest at heart. Go Shy!!! I can t wait to come back.!!!

The rage room is the Best place to take out your rage. Safe, secure and so much fun. Shy & Dave were the best! Cant wait to try out the rest of the entertaining rooms. Like the axe throwing or Escape rooms.

My family and I had a blast. We did the pirate escape room. Much harder than we expected. Buy after some clues and help we were able to navigate through it. The staff was super helpful shout out to Eric I believe. My family was definitely chaotic but he was able to guide us and help with the clues. Great time with the family trying something new. Definitely recommend.

We had a group of 9 for a team building experience and had a great time! Shy was our host for the day, she was energetic and fun. She made it fun before we even began the escape room. The escape room was challenging, but manageable (yes, we had to use the walkie talkie). Even with a larger group we were not cramped in the room(s). After we managed our escape we spent some time throwing axes. Most of the group had not done either of these things before, but everyone enjoyed it. Thanks Brainy Actz and Thanks Shy, you made it a great day!

One of the best experiences and absolute best customer service hands down! Shy and Dave were very attentive, made sure everyone stayed safe and had a blast! I can not recommend this place enough and cant wait to go back and try some of the other experiences they offer. Great price, wonderful staff and highly recommend the rage room!!!

Yesterday I took my kids to Brainy Actz, we had a great time!!! Dave was hospitable and helpful. Made sure we were taken care of the whole time, explained how everything works which made the atmosphere great! I highly recommend this place for anyone!!!

Shy and Dave where the most amazing help with very supportive and friendly welcoming they let me play my music and got me water when my asthma got bad they were very lovely people who made my experience just that much better I will 100% be coming back to do more of there activities with these amazing people

Shy was amazing at my sons birthday party! She took extra care in making sure our party was comfortable and having a fun time! There was a double booking mistake made by another employee and she was able to not only ensure that I wasnt charged erroneously but that we were going to be return customers. I will use her to book my next event!

Representative was beyond rude we had a family of 8 people and I asked simple questions regarding inquiries and he was being very rude with his answers and seemed bothered. It s 7:37 and he told us if we want to go it wouldn t be till 9. All kids ready for nothing and the guy on the phone was so rude I expected better services especially when we were willing to pay the $375 for the kiddos ..

I have been here twice now to do the rage room and paint splatter room! Both times I had Colby as my host and he was super helpful and friendly! He made the experience comfortable and fun, I cant recommend it more. The place has so much to offer and is a very clean environment. I will definitely be back to do more of the activities. 10/10!

SO MUCH FUN!! My boyfriend and I purchased the pins and arrow activity and had way more fun than anticipated. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and super enthusiastic. Dre was our point of contact and photographer, lol. He allowed us to play music so the overall tone felt like ours. We are definitely planning our next adventure here.

Shy absolutely ruined this experience for my friends and I. Throughout the escape room she kept giving unsolicited tips that would drag on far past us figuring them out and she would deliver them in such a condescending tone that was almost insulting. When our walkie broke and we couldn t hear the tips that we asked for, she came in our room and literally showed us how to advance. Read full review just fixed our walkie. This advice continued on and just stressed us out because we literally never asked for it but she felt the need to constantly tell us what we should be doing. Also she didn t clarify the actual price I was paying and only did so when I noticed my change back wasn t correct. Then she told me the $20 I was missing were booking fees. I ve been here before with a different employee and I did not have this experience. He only gave tips when asked and wasn t overbearing or controlling. So if you come here, make sure to be careful with Shy and don t be afraid to tell her off because I feel like I just wasted $120 and was indirectly called an idiot. Also, her BO and breath were the cherry on top.

Shy and the gang, took really great care of our group! She was helpful, funny, and very delightful! The UG boys had a blast! Highly recommend for any one looking to have a great fun, filled mystery of a time!! Five stars for sure! Thank you very much!! We will be back !

I will definitely be back for the rage room. The owner (Shy) was very kind and accommodating, she gave me lots of tips and in general had a good energy about her. I discovered how Id like to do it next time and got a great workout...youll definitely want to stretch before and after this.

It is a great place and has a lot of different activities... the only drawback, if you reserve and pay upfront, and someone in your party cancels, there are no refunds, just future visit credit

I have been to the rage room twice and the paint splatter room. Both are amazing!!! Zach helped me both times and he is wonderful! Definitely booking again and will definitely be booking when Zach is on shift!
