Exit Game OC - Escape Room Anaheim

Jeremiah and Christine are not only great owners and game designers, but even better people. 13th Basement was a fantastic and fun game, that makes light of the escape room industry. Not only did we have a great time, but they encourage the use of social media (minus spoilers) when in their room, which is extremely unique for an escape room. There are plenty of opportunities to do so. I would highly recommend this venue and experience for a fun time with a group of friends!

As someone who has played hundreds of escape rooms I am always on the lookout for something new and fresh. I thought the Exit Game gave a hilarious and appreciated twist to the generic escape room experience. It was one of the most memorable experiences on our trip to do escape rooms in the greater Los Angeles area and I highly recommend this room both for newcomers and for veterans alike.

Ive done a handful of escape room and this is one is by far the most memorable. The staff is so warm and friendly, and they really take the time to make everyone comfortable. The puzzles along with the horror theme is fantastic, cant recommend enough!

LOVED IT. 100+ rooms and it was a great experience. The flow and organization is strong, and the hosts are wonderful. The room made us laugh several times, its a parody of an old school horror room. This room is linear, and even with experience kept us entertained and moving forward. Hosts had a couple strong recommendations for us at the end which matters to us. We are excited for their next rooms theyre developing!

Amazing and super fun escape room! Business owners are awesome and really make for a fun experience. Very invested in your experience and we truly appreciated it. If you are thinking about booking this, just do it, you won t regret it and will have a great time!

We went to the the 13th Basement and it was absolutely phenomenal. All the puzzles were unique and fun, same for the twist at the end. I could tell the owners worked hard on this escape room. We met them after we escaped and they were really nice as well and gave us a lot of good escape room recommendations. They were very patient and kind because we talked to them about those different escape rooms for at least 30 minutes lol The game master was also great and he let us take a picture of every room. Its the first escape room where we could bring our phones into the room which was a nice addition as well.

I came for my birthday and it was such an awesome room!! Victoria was super nice and funny. We felt very welcomed by both her and Chris when we first entered. The room difficulty wasn t too hard for a beginner and the puzzles were definitely interesting. We had so much fun, and they were incredibly patient with us.

This place has all 5 stars for a reason. My friends and I have been doing a lot of escape rooms and this is by far one of the top ones. The room is really well done, soooo many cool aspects, and the theme was really well done. Chris was our game master and was so kind and funny and let us explore around and answered all of our questions after. If I could erase this room from my brain and do it again I would. It s that good. I promise.

This was so fun! We did not know what we were getting ourselves into but it was thrilling. Victoria did a great job with creating a great atmosphere and setting the scene. I love that it has multiple rooms. Definitely recommend!

what a grand time! my friends and i had a really fun experience. the ending was probably the best part, would never of expected it. and loved the photos that we got out of it. chris did a bomb job! 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely loved this escape room our game master was great at answering questions we had at the end. During the escape room we loved the scenery and the puzzles especially being a saw fanatic. Highly recommend for a challenging yet immersive escape room

This is the best escape room I ve ever been to. Me and my friends had so much fun panicking and screaming together. Definitely recommend if you re looking for a new escape room to try or even searching for a good first escape experience. Game master was also really nice and so helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE SO FUUUUNNNN!!!!

This one was wow just amazingly detailed from design work to jump scares, the tech. Made you is laugh fight scream. This had given us everything we ask for in an escape room. Definitely one of my favorite if not the best one ive been so far.(ive been to 18 before this)

Great puzzles and spooky vibes, but not too scary. Our host was Chris, who was amazing and really helped hype up the experience.

Have done 20+ escape rooms and this one was one of our favorites! Puzzles were well thought out and really fun. We were able to complete with a group of 3. Great Game master and the owners were extremely nice! We chatted with them after the room and they provided us with their favorite escape rooms in the area and turns out one of them also runs an awesome blog! (Make sure to ask them about it!) would highly recommend checking this room out!!

Five stars! Great production, several sections to the room, appropriately creepy, not cluttered with red herrings, locks and clues were fun and not frustrating, loved its linear approach We had a great experience. Would recommend for four people. 3 minimum. You start split up. Done around 80 rooms and this ranks in the top ten for sure!

This was such a fun game and amazing experience! Christine made it so fun for us! I highly recommend to give this one a go!

Amazing experience this was our 60th game and I could not be more happy. The props management and game master were the best I have ever seen in all 60 rooms Ive done. We had a blast highly recommend one of my top 3 rooms. #1 as far as the set and interacting. We will definitely be back once they open their other rooms. Must play room for both enthusiasts and beginners. Grace was a great game master and added to the experience.

This escape room experience was fun and intense, it was haunting, and was overall a memorable time to go through and will definitely give you a mental souvenir for your nightmares! Thank you Chris for being an awesome host and guide after! Chris s energy was exactly what we needed to hype us up for the room experience! 20/10!! Fun room!!

One of the best escape rooms I ve been too. Not only was the room and puzzles fun and exciting, but the game master Chris made everything even better. I would highly recommend this to everyone. And hopefully you get Chris too!!

Really fun escape room and owner was very welcoming. The whole place had amazing art. The room itself had alot of cool props.

This is escape room was so fun! If you re an escape room aficionado like I am you don t want to skip this one. This one s theme is unique where it s scary and funny at the same time. Do yourself a favor and book this one, you won t be disappointed!

Came here with a group of 7 and we had a blast! The hosts were super cool and passionate and the puzzles in the rooms were fun. Definitely check it out if youre a fan of OG escape rooms!

this game was amazing. the immersive experience was artistic, strategic, and tactful. no spoilers but you do start blind folded. that really took me straight into the story. jeremiah the game creator and owner was amazing. he really kept our game moving. i was absolutely terrified to participate in this game but the story was too interesting for me to stop. im so glad i came!! recommended for everyone (maybe 13+) even the horror wimps!!

We had such a great time! Loved chatting with Jeremiah and the overall experience was spectacular. Jeremiah was so kind and welcoming and so much fun to get to know. Great set design, really ingenious puzzles, loved all the different styles of solving and team work required. Their 13th Basement room has most definitely made it into my top 3 favorite rooms of all time. I would 100% recommend this place. And our group really loved the twists and turns and comedic elements the room offered as well...
Read full review. Plus, the space was huge and they used it so well. I dont want to give any spoilers, but theres most definitely something for everyone in this room. Horror elements, but nothing that would make you want to stop playing or feel too frightened to move forward. I cant wait for their other rooms to open, because I will definitely be returning! Exit Room OC knows what theyre doing!!
