We went on a weekday. There were 6 of us and we did the Blackout Motel. It was fun, everyone had a blast. None of my party had ever done an escape room we did not know what to expect. They take you to the room, its quite dark but sets the mood. After the game was over we all agreed we were given wrong direction regarding the dead body which did not allow us to go further in the game. If you do the Blackout Motel the dead body is absolutely a clue no matter if they say not to touch it. Get you monies worth. Its not just a prop in the room. They do allow 4 hints in the 60 minutes and there is supposed to have a game master watching. It was fun but a one-time thing for me. I do suggest you try it if you have never been.
My husband had never been to an escape room & thought it was going to be a boring experience but he ended up having so much fun! We did the Blackout Motel & it was so fun! So happy we came here
We did 2 rooms this weekend. Speakeasy and the Asylum. We were able to escape both with just the two of us. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The Asylum is not for the faint of heart. But actually pretty cool. Have fun.
Had so much fun! Was able to beat the blackout motel for a girls night, and the staff was great, definitely recommend!
Took a family member for their birthday to the Treasure Island theme and whoever set up the room did a terrible job which ruined the experience. Three times where we were supposed to solve the puzzle, the locks were open and the items were in the wrong place making it super easy to get to the end. Not really an escape room if the puzzles are already solved for you.
Came here with 11 family members from 10 to 85 years old. This was a first for some, a second for others and then a few of us (including me) have been to several different escape room games around the the US. This was my absolute favorite which is in Brentwood, TN but this was an excellent one and definitely the most beautifully decorated AND the only one Ive been to that serves alcohol! Super cool. The alcohol is pricey but we didnt care. It was a nice option to have! We did the Blackout Motel...
. I dont recall the level but it was possibly the easist one weve ever done. We escaped using 2 out of our 4 hints (one was on accident (ahem, Peg) and in about 45 minutes. But I guess Id rather escape easily than not! Lol There were a lot of clues that were irrelevant. They were in the process of building a new one that looked awesome. Maybe well do that next time were in town. The two staff members we talked to said the 20s speakeasy was their favorite which was the one we wanted to do originally but it only holds 8 people. I definitely recommend this escape room. Good technology and they put a lot of thought into decor!
Group of 5, each of us have done between 10-30 escape rooms. This trip we completed Blackout and Speakeasy. First note Id like to make is service was excellent. All staff was incredibly friendly, Jasie even stayed late so we could do both rooms before we left town. She was a fantastic game master and everything in the rooms ran smoothly. Blackout (4/5 stars) - The set was a lot of fun, they made fantastic use of the limited space. The puzzles connected cohesively and some props really added...
to the thrill of the room. Our only note is that we finished the room having skipped a puzzle, apparently thats pretty common, and we wished it was more.... prominent(?). 19 minutes left. Speakeasy (3/5 stars) - Once again, set was really nice, but this time we felt the majority of puzzles werent integrated as well into the props. We wandered around the room a little more with this one, wishing some of the red herrings were actually part of the escape (looking at you, false bottom drawer). On the other hand, one prop was used four times and felt a little repetitive. 9 minutes left. Thanks for letting us take photos in the actual room! Its a little thing but we appreciate it. Also, once again, the staff was great. They say they might add another room - looking forward to it :)
We participated in the motel escape room. Ages, 11-34. Its was very neat. The entire experience from booking to figuring out clues was very fun. I did take photos of the room itself, but will not post them as they maybe spoilers. Overall, great experience with this establishment. Business was clean, kept and tidy. Staff were informative and friendly. One member of our group opted not to join the escape room, but felt perfectly welcome in the sitting area that had a bar and welcoming environment. Will return.
Wow! This place was amazing. We went as a foursome to do Asylum. Two in our group were rookies. We all had such a great time in Asylum we actually booked another room to play immediately after! Very quality room decorations and themes. Puzzles were pretty tough to solve making your experience well worth the money. Cant believe how much fun we had! Next time were in Phoenix well be sure to visit again
Loved it!! We did Treasure Island and well be back to try another room, they had the perfect amount of clues and support while staff was friendly One of the best escape room experiences weve had yet
We enjoyed ourselves, and actually solved the room. It was the mid level room and had plenty of secrets. I would go back to try the hardest level soon.
The asylum, glad I had friends helping, we all contributed unfortunately we had run out of time before finishing , so close lots of puzzles to overcome great time
This was a fun experience, our host Andre made us feel very welcome and we were excited to solve the room. We thought we were off to great start, but it turns out we had a lot of work to do. Without spoiling the room, it was a lot of fun and had unexpected puzzles that really got us thinking.
My daughters and I did the Assylm room for a birthday. It was so much fun. We were so close to finishing but ran out of time. I would recommend this to anyone looking to do something different.
My friends and I did the Asylum of Lost Souls room for my 50th birthday and it was a blast! Made it out with less than 2 minutes left. Great staff, great experience. Cant wait to come back to do a ladies-only night.
The staff made us feel super welcome! They explained everything thoroughly and although we couldnt get our desired room they still managed to accommodate us and make this a very enjoyable experience for my friends and I! Will 100% come again in the future.
My wife and I have been to several escape rooms here, in Idaho where I am from and in Washington state where she is from. So far The Room is the best place we have been. Weve done all 4 rooms and the only regret we have is that there are not more rooms. They are immersive, they arent just a room you constantly chase lock codes in, they rooms arent linear in that once a passage opens you still have to backtrack to other rooms to clear the puzzles. The puzzles themselves are VERY well designed, from how the puzzles work mechanically to how the puzzles tell a story of the room. A warning though, the asylum and the blackout hotel are not for children. That said, they are FANTASTIC! Treasure Island is a family friendly room in my opinion.
Had a blast! We were there for a birthday and when we booked they asked about special occasions, it was for their sign outside! So cool and very personalized. They have beverages inside and a unique way of delivering house rules and the back story. We did the Speakeasy and was very fun!
Our family enjoyed Blackout Motel! Well be back to try the other rooms. Appreciated the clean facility and restrooms as well. Great location.
We had a really great time! This was our first experience. Did the Treasure Island with kids ages 9 to 16. Host was really professional and Friendly. Definitely will try another room soon. Excellent customer service. A business that values their customers opinions and concerns.
We had a bloody good time. Clues were a bit challenging for two people but we made it! Fun
Solid production value, fun room. The staff was late, seemed a rare thing. Management completely made it right and we had an action-packed escape. Would definitely go back.
So much fun for the entire family. We did Treasure Island and it was perfect for us. They have different levels of difficulty you can choose from and even kid-friendly options. Kids 6 and younger were free and allowed in the room which for us was a big deal because we wanted to spend mothers day together. This one had a max of 12 people so I was so happy that everyone we had was able to join. The host was so nice and you get 4 hints if you choose to get help. I am definitely coming back again. Thank you guys for a great experience.
My fiancé and I have been here three times due to us loving it SO much! We ve done all but asylum because I m a little terrified of it lol. I love how detailed each room is and how well executed they are. Rayna is always super kind and truthfully we love watching/hearing her run around cause she s always on top of it! She even remembered us and made us feel special :) Anyway, we always have a great time and will be coming back for asylum when we get more people for backup lol!
We have been here twice. I recommend the treasure island. Frienly staff, clean, and best of all, a great thing to do with friends and family.
