The Immersive Machine Phoenix

This was our family s first time participating in an escape room. We chose The Immersive Machine because of the 5 star reviews and we couldn t agree more! The owners are so kind, welcoming and do an amazing job creating a great experience! The girls loved that we could dress up or use props. Our youngest loved the interaction in the rooms and the rest of us had a blast figuring out the puzzles. Highly recommend this place!

Wow, wow, WOW! I have done about 140 escape rooms so far and EVERY detail about our experience here was amazing. To start, the extremely friendly and humble owner met us enthusiastically. This is my absolute favorite escape room thus far! We have done sooo many escape rooms in Vegas and California and this one has the coolest vibe, props, storyline and most importantly the puzzles. I highly recommend trying this one out! It was just 2 of us and it was fun to do with just the both of us. Thank you for a fun night.

This was a great escape room! My husband and I have done over 180+ rooms and came to this one because of their high rating. The game was super fun. I enjoyed the puzzles and the atmosphere. This is a must do!

This escape experience was awesome! Ive done over 100 rooms and this is definitely in the top 10. The set design is great, the tech involved is awesome, and the hosts were fun and inviting as soon as we walked in. Highly recommend this place if youre in the Phoenix area looking for a quality escape room.

What do you get when you combine an Eggplant, Hotdog and a Banana? You get one heck of a good time. We had the best time playing Sal s Cybernetics for Tracy s 300th escape room. Huge thanks to the owners Scott and Krave for making this amazing room.

An incredible experience from beginning to end. The owners are in the process of converting an existing art co-op to an escape room destination with multiple rooms and their very first room set a superbly high bar. The overall theme is futuristic cyberpunk with each room adding a destination to their sprawling city. My wife and I have done countless physical escape rooms and board game escape rooms and I can say this has very unique puzzles. There are multiple puzzles to work on at the same time...
Read full review so you are encouraged to divide your party to their strengths. This really engaged my son as well as my wife since they both felt like they contributed. There are a lot of rooms that are linear and have 5 people looking at the same clue and that gets long in the tooth very quickly. Kudos to the owners, very very well done. CRUMBZ.

FANTASTIC!!!! This is my favorite escape room I ve ever done. The theme is SO cool, and the way it s done with the decor, costumes, and puzzles is leagues above most other escape rooms. Just an exceptional attention to detail. Our host, Kay, was excellent as well. The way this room does the hints actually blends in to the room and theme, unlike most other escape rooms where it s just an employee on the loudspeaker. We just visited this escape room and had so much fun! Had multiple different rooms with various puzzles and combinations. The theme was something we hadn t seen before and included costumes! They offered snacks and drinks when we got there and overall was so welcoming and good atmosphere! Definitely worth it

My favorite escape room that I ve played. Our host was so awesome! Helped with hints when we needed them and never broke character as the toaster. Great off-the-cuff wit. He made the experience so much better.

We had a such a great time! Puzzles were fun and seemed a perfect level of challenge for us (Dad, Kids 12 & 15). Amazing designs with lots of similarities or nods to movies and games, as well as cool original pieces. The host was fun, helpful, and hospitable. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have done over 150 rooms and this one easily ranks in our top 3. Their title is spot-on: they are definitely one of the most immersive rooms weve done. Even the in-room communication with the game master keeps you immersed in the theme (I dont want to spoil anything, but honestly, I forgot the thing we were communicating with wasnt actually sentient itself). This was one of the first rooms in a long time that I havent wanted to leave after we finished.

This escape room was next level. The tech and engagement was awesome. The host/owner did everything to make it such a fun experience; they even had costumes! This place is a must if you enjoy escape rooms or even id you haven t done one before.

Absolutely one of the best escape rooms I ve ever experienced! The entire room was designed with well designed and fair puzzles, and the immersive environment of the room really pulls you into the whole experience. I would highly recommend this room to anyone who appreciates high quality and fun escape rooms!

This was my first time doing an escape room with my family and it was literally the coolest thing Ive ever done. It was so so well made and it really was extremely immersive. The puzzles were so creative and both challenging and fun to solve. 10/10 recommend, especially if its your first escape room!

really neat room!!!!! Well thought out, the technical integration was amazing, the puzzles were engaging and fun, not too hard but not too easy either - we had a BLAST as a family doing this room! My husband and I have done a lot of rooms together, but this was our first time with our 15yr old for his bday and he was even able to do a majority of the puzzles! This one is a MUST try!!!

Such a great expierence! My partner and I were visiting from Seattle and had very high hopes for the room going in from all the reviews on here/Morty and this room blew those expectations out of the water. Immersive and detailed to a level that is hard to match. You can truly see the passion these owners have for the industry and getting to talk with them a little before and after cemented that sentiment. One of the must stop locations in Phoenix for enthusiasts and also a great entry if someone is doing their first room.

Review from a couple who have done 75+ rooms. We heard raves about Immersive Machine and they are all true. Escape rooms are tough to get right. How do you balance puzzle challenges, story, set, thrills, and fun? Immersive Machine did this across the board! I think I laughed more in this escape room than any other. We were so excited to meet Scott and his escape room buddy. We will be talking about this one for a long time! Scott, we look forward to coming back and trying your next rooms!

Best escape room Ive been to in years! You can tell the creators have so much love for escape rooms. The care and detail that went into every aspect really pushed it over the edge. I cannot wait for them to make more games

Run don t walk to the Immersive Machine! My husband and I have done close to 50 escape rooms across several states, and this was one of the most fun, creative, immersive rooms we ve ever done! The pre-game lounge was incredible (they have a variety of beverages as well as tons of cool outfits you can wear to fully immerse yourself in the theme). We LOVE Crumbs (you ll understand this reference once you go) and we LOVE supporting talented people in their creative endeavors. Scott was so warm and friendly, and we will happily give him more of our money once their second room opens up (we ll be waiting!).

Was a really fun and immersive experience! The owner was very friendly and engaging as well. They have optional costumes to wear, the rooms look awesome, and the puzzles and challenges werent too hard or too easy. Would recommend!

My friend got lost and the owner was very accommodating even though she ended up being late to our booking time, we were still able to get the full hour. The owner was very nice and the room was super fun and immersive. Crumbs was funny and witty and super helpful as well. We were able to complete the room and had a great experience. Came here for my birthday so I d def recommend others to come here as well!

What a great room! It was so well done. The tech was great. The puzzles were fun and it was a terrific experience! One of the owners even took time out of his day to visit with us and tell us some of their future plans. I can t wait for the rest of the rooms!!

I have done roughly 25 escape rooms throughout Arizona and California and I have to say, The Immersive Machine was a top 3 room! Not only was it incredibly designed with innovative puzzles and solutions, but the way the staff lead you through the room made it 100 times better. It is a perfect room for those getting started, as the staff understands this and wants you to have a good time, or those who are masters and want a challenge (the staff make it more of a challenge). Definitely worth the money and time.
