Such a great time even though we almost finished lol . Staff were very friendly and environment was good. This location is pretty far from me but was worth the trip. We did get some scares it was pretty fun .

My group had a blast! This place is top notch among escape rooms for atmosphere and customer service. We had booked a premium room (Intrepid), which has the MOST immersive scifi space station feel. Very ! There was an issue with one of the room mechanisms (which was super cool) which took a bit of triage, and they determined we couldnt play... But no worries! Read full review let us play Spider ball for free while we waited, and got some complimentary waters/photos. But most of all, they were super helpful and we had a blast! We solved our room using our clues, with a minute left. The Slaycation definitely had a great vibe. We had an 18 month old with us, and she loved the room (except for one moment when it was dark and some loud jarring sounds played), so just a heads up about that. But hot dang--this was an awesome experience! Cant wait to visit and play again!

We completed our second escape room here and have really enjoyed both. The first one we did, Sabotage, we split into two groups and competed against each other! The second, Intrepid Explorer, was space themed and had some fun puzzles. This is one of my favorite places to go for escape rooms.

Teenager Birthday escape room fun! Did PlayStation and all in all it was difficult and kept you thinking. Lots of locks and hidden doors. Had a great time! We ended up not making it out but just barely.

Lots of fun. The staff is very friendly. The facility is nice. The room I tried was fun, engaging, and took critical thinking. Compared to other escape rooms this one is better. I would highly recommend.

Ive done around 50 escape rooms and this one was superb. The puzzles are challenging without being impossible, cluemasters can tailor clue giving to your liking. Stories are cohesive and fun. Environments are well done. We felt like we were actually in a real setting. The staff is amazing. We will be back to do more!

Our room had malfunctioning puzzles. Pluss clues written on props from the previous group that were not erased. We did receive a oh sorry about that

My wife and I did six games here and really enjoyed them. We particularly enjoyed Outdoors II and Steampunk Railway. We have done more than 900 rooms and strongly recommend Steampunk as one of the most original we ve done!! The gamemasters, David, Jillian, Taylor, and Alyssa, were awesome (thanks for making it fun)!! We strongly recommend doing these games!

What a great time! My 10 year old son loved it! Don and Steve were so helpful when I was booking our same-day visit. Our family of 5 had a great time. Taylor gave us dome help, but we made it out alive. Fun!

Our group of 2 very experienced, 3 with a few rooms experience and 2 first timers had a great time. Our game guide Sarah was awesome. She was timely on our clues led us on the right direction without giving us the answer. The game itself was fun and the puzzles were intuitive. We will be back.

came here last minute with 9 people. They were so kind and accommodating. The escape room was well thought out and so much fun! We escaped with about 2 minutes left. I highly recommend this place! Ps the owner is also very kind and they build all the rooms themselves.

Our Family Loves Escape Rooms and we have gotten to be quite good at them. We have escaped from some of the hardest in the country. North Valley is our favorite Go To Spot in Phoenix area. All their rooms are well put together and its a first class operation. Worth the drive from Scottsdale. We just did Escape from Fall Mountain today a 75 minute room and we escaped with 15 minutes to spare.

Me, my girlfriend & my 12 year old daughter went on Saturday night. We successfully completed the journey to space room! This place was seriously the COOLEST escape room experience I ve ever had!!! If you have kids this one is so much fun & interactive!

I got to do the Escape from Alcatraz escape room with some of my family. 1.5 hours of awesomeness! It s their hardest room, but I would highly recommend. Challenges your thinking. Tells a great story.

Took 4 teenage girls and 1 10 yr old boy with 2 adults. We all had a blast in the train escape! Great idea for spring break fun. It was a little pricey though, as its all one price for kids and adults. We finished with 28 minutes left, but we took 2 clues. We all wished we hadnt taken the clues. But I think well be back for sure.

Such a fun and creative experience! We ve completed multiple of their challenges and they are always a blast for kids and adults alike. The staff is very professional and super friendly.

I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. This was by far the best escape room we have been to. Location: I can honestly say the location and looks from the outside do not accurately reflect all of the hidden gems inside. It s about 30-40 minutes from Phoenix where we re vacationing, however, the drive was ABSOLUTELY worth it! Booking: The booking process was easy. We did the Curse of Fall Mountain & it was creepy with small scares and effects that kept us on our toes, but also allowed us to focus on escaping. I won t spoil too much from the room, but it s LARGE with multiple rooms. I also loved that we got 75 minutes instead of the average 60 minute timer. The pricing is amazing for what you get as well. They try to only give 5 clues, however, our guide was very helpful with guiding us when he realized we were stuck in one place for too long. Do not leave Arizona without visiting this location. I promise I would never mislead y all !!

NV Escape Room is my favorite! Ive done 20+ escape rooms throughout the valley, Flagstaff and other states. North Valley was my very first that got me hooked and set the bar high, no one else compares. I always come back here and recommend it to friends and family. A lot of the other places are smaller so youre stuck in one tiny space the entire mission or they only offer a few rooms. NV has so many to choose from and they update with new rooms more often. The rooms, props, puzzles or well thought out. The staff is always nice and helpful you can tell they enjoy their jobs which makes your experience that much better. Well keep going back and totally recommend it for a fun outing.

We had a large group and we were able to split into 2 groups for 2 different rooms. Both groups had an amazing time! The employees were awesome and we were very grateful they were able to accommodate our group. Definitely recommend North Valley Escape Room to all and we will be back again soon. Thank you!

I had booked a room online to do while on holidays in this area. We arrived , not realizing it was a day early. The business was closed so still not realizing my mistake I called the business number. I reached the owner Don, and he soon figured out my mistake... but he offered to come and open up the business for us..on his day off. We did get to do the room and it was FANTASTIC! We will definitely come back. There are several rooms to do..and with the friendly attitude of Don and him going above and beyond what was expected, this place deserves all your business. We did the Big Top Circus and it was so fun! I do got to say for beginners it s a bit challenging but honestly was so much fun! I recommend to anyone looking for a fun challenge!

We did the genie in the lamp for our sons 17th birthday with his 2 year old little brother and Grammy and papa. This was fun for the whole family!!! We will definitely be going back again to play!

Had an AMAZING time doing The Curse as a family for outlet left teen twins birthday! Great new room! We ve now done 4 rooms with you guys and they are always fun!

Celebrated my daughter s 10th birthday here and all the kids had a blast! They found it challenging but the staff was super helpful. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic time. My son booked this for our family to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time. Ian helped us out and made it even better. I cant remember the name of the other guy but he was great too! We have done several of these across the valley and this one was definitely top 3 for us. We will be back to do alcatraz after we return from our trip to the real alcatraz in a couple of weeks.
