Super fun! Went here for my birthday and we did Nora s Nightmare. We completed it with 4 minutes to spare! According to their lobby. Only 31% of groups are able to get out! Highly recommend this place. A great place to have a night out with the family/friends and is a good challenge.

Great customer service, clean bathrooms, & knowledgeable staff! Ive played a couple games here & theyve all been fun & made us all think & work together !! Id highly recommend Puzzling Escape! Its a great way to have fun while escaping the summer heat too!! Ill definitely go back & play the other games I havent tried yet!!

5 of us went and did the Speakeasy Room. Our moderator, Eli, was great. He answered all our questions and made sure our experience was great. We didn t solve the room, but we had a wonderful time trying. Highly recommend this experience. We are all over 60 and had so much fun!

So we did the Nora s Nightmare. It was really fun. We had to come twice to complete it but my kids loved it! Definitely coming back for more escape rooms!!

We did 2 of the rolls here. Nora s nightmare and Houdini. Both were absolutely terrific!! The rooms are done up so well and completely immersive. The puzzles are challenging yet fun. Our game master was AWESOME!! His name was Josh and he did a phenomenal job. He created such a fun environment and we will definitely be back to complete the other room!

Had a great time with the family here. We did Noras Nightmare and loved it... challenging and fun for a family of five with three teens. The lobby/waiting area was clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained. The owner was super nice and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

On our second trip there today, we did Noras Nightmare. What a great time, we beat it with only 13 seconds to spare. First time we did Becoming Houdini and only completed about 60%. This is a great way to spend time with your family. Our kids were astonished at the puzzles.

We did the Houdini room and really enjoyed it. We have done a lot of escape rooms and this one was definitely one of the better rooms out there in metro Phoenix. The decorations, clues, and puzzles were creative and had well done. If youre on the fence about coming here, dont worry - come and have fun. Youll be happy you did.

My husband and I love escape rooms so we were super excited for this one. Especially since we have not had a date really in years. We hardly ever get to venture out alone so this was a big deal. First complaint is that there was a key that was supposed to be in the maze on the wall. This was literally the very first place I looked. After 30 minutes of getting no where, the guy ask if there is a key on the maze on the wall. I said no. He had to come in and check and returned a couple minutes later...
Read full review with a handfulnof keys. He finally found the right one and we mentioned it would have been helpful 30 minutes ago and he said he would add time. He literally added only 5 minutes. So we lost 25 minutes. This ruined the whole vibe of the experience and we clearly didnt make it out. What is supposed to be achieved in 60 minutes, we only got 30 minutes to do. Paid nearly $100 and not sure for what. I asked for customer satisfaction and got no where. This is so disheartening. I asked if I could speak with someone and he said he messaged them but they are not good at replying. I said of course. I said so we are out than and wasted our time and money and he just said sorry and shrugged his shoulders. Wow. He could have given us our time back but didnt even do that. It was absolutely horrible and all becaise the room was not reset properly. We CANNOT get to point B if we werent even given point A.

Came in from out of town with a friend and they suggested to play this Escape Room. It was so fun we ended up playing two rooms. Challenging, yet fun and some pretty good wow moments. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Terrible customer service. There was a mistake with my booking time, and they fought with me when I tried to fix it. When I asked for a refund, because they werent going to help me correct the issue, they fought with me again over a $5 transaction fee. I was fine eating the cost of the fee myself if it meant getting the rest of my money back, but they would not work with me. They got their free $80, but Ill never consider them again.

We played two games back to back and loved both games. The owner was there and she was so incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this escape room!!!

Eli was theeeee best game master!! Made things so fun and easy to understand. We did the Houdini room, so fun! We ll definitely be back to do the others!

Once I found out the owners also ran the Chandler Escape Room, I knew this place would be great! I did the Houdini escape room which is by far the best one I ve ever done. I also learned so much about Houdini himself! Pretty cool starting puzzle to be handcuffed before entering the room.

We had so much fun and Jon was great. We would definitely do another escape room.

We had a great time! Ive done a ton of different escape rooms and this was a good one. We did the speakeasy and it was super fun! Pretty standard puzzles but with a few surprises. Eli was our gamemaster and they did a great job and were so fun with our group. I will def be back.

Room descriptions say 2-9 people when you try and book for 2 it forces you to book a minimum of 3. I recommend going somewhere else that doesnt have these issues.

Our group did the speakeasy room and it was so much fun!! My husband and I do escape rooms pretty frequently and found this room was quite fun and interesting. We went in a group of four and everyone was able to find and solve various puzzles. I loved that no one really ended up getting left out and that we were all able to work together to win! I would say this room is on the easier end but I definitely plan on coming back and trying the other two rooms out soon. Additionally the staff was amazing! They didn t give the whole room away with to many hints but also gave us really good hints when we needed them.

Great place. Owner/operator was very friendly and enthusiastic. We did the Houdini room. Clean, the puzzles were challenging and all the props worked great. Great way to get clues through a mirror, that was pretty fun. Outstanding service! Would highly recommend.

Me and my wife and 2 kids did Noras today. We really enjoyed the room. It was very clean and had great puzzles. It was our 49th room and liked the quality at this place compared to most. The owner was awesome and her alone understanding how we wanted to play made us instantly want to try their other room. We decided to hold off but we will see you soon. Thank you. Highly recommend.

We did the Becoming Houdini room as a group of six. We have all done quite a few escape rooms in the East Valley and this is now one of our favorites. We really enjoyed the creativity and variety of the puzzles. It was non-linear so we all stayed busy working on different things, but we also worked together a lot. The owner was really friendly and spent time talking with us afterward. We had a lot of fun and we are looking forward to coming back and doing Noras Nightmare and the new ones when theyre ready!

Lots of fun. Not our first escape room, and we did manage to escape. The man watching over the room (Eli) had a good attitude and was very understanding as well. During the room, we did have a scenario that made us skip a bunch of steps in a puzzle that was probably caused by a swapped lock. Otherwise, this was a very well done room and well probably make a return.

We absolutely loved this. Our first escape room experience was with Blake as our room master. We enjoyed our experience so much we came back later and did another room with Milo as our room master. Extremely pleased with our experience both times at Puzzling Escape. Thank you to our room masters for giving us a great experience. Memories were made here.

4 of us did Noras Nightmare. Highly recommend it! Really enjoyed the room, best one we had done in a while. Good combination of puzzles, locks and electronics. Have done about 25 rooms and this ranks with the best! Will definitely be back when the Houdini room opens!

I really enjoyed both of the rooms. The Nora room has a nice creepy touch set against a well designed little girls room, while the Houdini room teaches you some interesting facts about Houdini while also presenting some really challenging puzzles. You should definitely experience both rooms.

Daniel was the best puzzle master I ve ever worked with, and we ve done over 70 rooms! We enjoyed the Houdini room, and on Daniel s recommendation we will be coming back to try our luck on the others. Thank you Daniel for a stellar, 5-star experience!

We did the Houdini room and had a lot of fun! We thought a group of six was perfect- we all kept busy and contributed. We have done lots of escape rooms and this one is among our top favorites! We highly recommend Puzzling Escape and were excited to come back again!

Our family did the Speakeasy escape early in the week and it was a first time experience for some of us. We also had a tragedy the day before so it really was an escape for us. It was fun and Kate couldn t have been nicer to us. She helped me make everything OK so the fact that we were in trouble right away in our game didn t matter. She made it a memorable good time and we are so grateful! Thank you Kate! You re the best!
