Cluemaster Escape Rooms Gilbert

This was my first escape room experience and I was there with a young man with autism who has done a ton of escape rooms before. First Id like to say the room was really cool and lots of the clues were set up in good places so you could find what you needed. I think if it werent the two of us it would have been much easier, but there were some things that made it very difficult. Read full review (we were trying to save a space ship, forget the name of the room). At one point I was trying to balance the cell phone flashlight with the clip board when I was trying to figure out the math on a code, but then I had to flash the light up to read the 4 step clues to which numbers when where in the code. At this point I asked if he could just turn the light on. We finally got the first 2 parts of the ship fixed, and think we had a half hour left. I went to work on the map which involved transparencies. I asked if there was a clue in the room that indicated which way one of them went on (without giving up the contents of the room, it is the one with red on it)(also there were two of them). The guide said there wasnt, which meant I had to guess or try it every way. With the other pages and all the ways you could turn them, there were so many variables. I gave up and went to another station. I just think the room is too hard for 2 people.

Really great escape room. My family and I did the escape from death row and it wasn t too difficult but it was challenging enough for us. For the room designer I do recomend they add more light (even though it s for the ambience, without enough light it s so much harder to see certain items/clues). Game s master was sweet and cute! I was expecting to see the corgi that s shown on their website but sadly he wasn t there. Lobby was well decorated and open. I would definitely go back to do another room.

Another great adventure date night! We played the Space themed escape room and it was great. High quality electronic type puzzles, a good variety for all levels. And their mascot is adorable! Highly recommend.

Cluemaster is so much fun! The room was fully immersive and the staff was great! I ve done a good handful of rooms around the valley, and this is the first one where I was legitimately locked in, and it was fantastic. I almost wish I didn t make it out, just so I can do that room again.

We did the Alcatraz escape. The room was very cool! We had so much fun and escaped at the last second! I highly recommend this one.

Super fun experience! However, live actor was a bit rude and fell on me and didn t break character (which is good), but never apologised after. Also, there could be some more games possibly!

What a fun time!! We had a group for my husbands birthday since he had never been to an escape room before but was curious to try it. Most of the others have been to escape rooms and we were all in agreement that this one was challenging, yet fun! We were in the Cell Block but plan to come back and try the other rooms as well. Our Cluemaster was very helpful with explaining the process and also with hints when needed. We highly recommend this place. It was a great time for all!! Thank you for making my husbands birthday such a memorable one!! As my daughter said who knew that being handcuffed to family members could be so much fun!

My first time and it was an absolute blast. I m in my thirties and have not gone cause I thought this was more for kids and boy was I mistaken. Puzzles, science, laughs and the rush is for everyone! We had just stopped by without making a reservation (please make a reservation, they do need to set up) and Tim happen to be dropping something off. He graciously let us in and set us up with a room. Even though they were in the middle of their personal day. Kudos to the entire family. Was really hoping to meet max though!

the experience was sooo much fun and the actor, Josh, did so well! this was my first escape room and i was with a couple of my other friends and they loved it as well! the escape room was also meant to be spooky and it definitely was. absolutely nothing to complain about. Definitely will be coming back!

We had Robert and Josh as our game masters, they were great! Explained everything so well. Escaped with 17 minutes to spare! Highly recommend this place!

This escape place is wonderful! I went with a group of friends and we had such a blast!!! Its a great way to hang out, have fun, and bond with your friends through teamwork. Special thanks to Lexie and Josh who helped run our game and to the actress Kaylee who helped us along the escape room, Witching Hour. Totally would recommend and am looking to go back for another great time!!!

My party and I had such a wonderful experience at Cluemaster! We went to celebrate my mom s birthday, and it was a blast for everyone. We were a party of 3 and had no issues completing the escape room. The 2 gentleman who assisted us and were our game masters were very helpful and guided us through the puzzle when we were stuck, without fully giving it away. We got to play the newest game, The Mysterious Murder of Madame Mesmerelda, and it was a blast! It was a mix of an escape room and murder mystery! It was pretty challenging but very fun and rewarding when we figured out each puzzle. Will definitely be back!

There were 7 of us and we had an amazing time. Was so much fun to watch my grandkids and their parents work us through our escape. We made it with time to spare. The room was perfect (a jail cell) and everything was setup to create a memory we wont forget. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time, with our daughters 12th birthday celebration, with the staff at Cluemasters. We had a group of 7 and the themed escape room was a huge hit! The staff did a wonderful job working with the group and interacted with the team in a very fun and supportive way. The only disappointment was not meeting up with Max! :) It was a great time!!

this place was so cute and the people were so sweet and considerate! the clues were really helpful when we needed them, and they helped us when we were so lost (which happened a bunch). the new room is amazing! it s just the right amount of difficulty to solve but it is undeniably very fun. i had a great time!! thank you :))

The entire family had a great time at the escape room. Loved the Alcatraz room mystery and concept! It was really well done! We all agreed we would go back again and try another room.

Clues were relevant and well thought out. Atmosphere was very well done. We were impressed to find that we could choose our difficulty level AND scare factor. Very unique and good for my kids and adults at the same time.

Me and my friends all went today. We happened to the first group to even try the newest room (I can t recall the name). They staff were so amazing and if we had questions they would help us. The room is really well thought out. Me and my friends are thinking of going back sometimes soon. You should definitely go here!!

Loads of fun. It was our first time and we didn t know what to expect but it definitely was challenging and we enjoyed it!

We attempted the murder mystery room here, on a normal setting. They said it was their most difficult room and they werent joking, but it was a lot of fun and a well put together room. Will definitely be back to try their other rooms.

My first time at an escape room and now I am addicted. So much fun and clever clues. We did Cell Block and had a blast. I highly recommend Cluemaster Escape Rooms for family fun. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well.

The instructions before the room were relevant and helpful. We did the Murder mystery escape room and it was well thought out and had different difficulty levels based on experience. Will definitely be coming back here!

We ve done multiple rooms here and it s by far the best escape room place we ve been to! The rooms are fun and interesting, and everyone who works here is super helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time with our family at Cluemaster. They were organized, helpful and the booking process and experience was easy to set up from start to finish.

Our family did the deep space rescue mission and we had a lot of fun. It was unlike any other escape room I ve done and the activities & clues were great for our family (2 kids 7 & 10 and 3 adults). The room was very well devorated with realistic props and spaceship control systems. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

Our kids ages 7 and 9 LOVED this. If you re looking for an escape room to do as a family, this is the one. Everyone had a great time. The clues were challenging enough that it took us most of the time but not so hard that the kids couldn t contribute.

A great experience and very reasonably priced. We had so much fun trying to escape Alcatraz on our family night out. We highly recommend Cluemaster.
